Very rude staff and super unhelpful. Saw my husband and I waiting for assistance and instead of helping us they stood around talking

They don’t even greet when u walk in, they ask other people for water that are white and where Mexican and don’t ask us if we want some very very racial.

Horrible service, we ordered a phone on line and chose this store for pick up. After a long hour with spirit customer no service they told me the phone was in. Wen my wife went to pick it up the sales person try to sell her a more expensive phone and refuse to give her the one we bought.... DONT GO TO THIS STORE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!

Not up to date on their warranty exchange policy They tell you B.S info...no wonder this place looks like a fly by night jointT-mobile rep on phone said all info store told me was incorrect.Chino Hills corp. office is my go to store!

Very pleased with service provided by Henry. I walked in with an unlocked Nexus 5 purchased from Play Store without a SIM card. Long story short, Henry did some trial & error problem solving and now my phone is activated and working perfectly. He was friendly, but not in a fake, annoying way. All employees there seemed genuine and good with customers. Much better than the Sprint store back home in P&L in KC. Thanks
I just joined sprint and got tricked into getting a tracker for my pet which I never have as while as a car hotspot which I dont need but they pay for your AAA membership so we kept it. The worker there named Yamileth was incredible she was very attentive to us, but the other manager there wasnt quiet as helpful. We would definitely come back to this shop only if Yamileth is working.

Ive been with sprint for 6 years gFamily plan paying 300 a month... never have a single delayed in payment so loyalty is there but asking for alternative to a samsung galaxy tablet J that i entered into a contract for just 2 days, I notice that the tablet is old, its heating too fast at the back side and swipping by itself I think I deserve a satisfactory approach knowing that this tablet will have a contract of 2 years and this sprint branch reply to me keep on saying to pay a restocking fee of 75 dollar without asking for alternative way to resolve issue could be asking new tablet but instead he keep on asking to pay for a restocking fee. This how sprint treat their loyal customer definitely my last contract to this company because they never value loyal customer.
Just a complete bad experience all together I do not recommend this store especially or sprint all together I was given a break down for my bill that was incorrect my bill turned out to be way higher than what I was told by Suzanne we ended up exchanging our phone and they left out 2 very important information details one that my bill would be higher because of prorated fees and 2 that if we exchanged our phone we would lose our 29.17 credit for the buy one iPhone get one free leaving us without being able to make a decision had we known that important information! Also in addition to that they did not take any responsibility for their mistakes in leaving all that information out!Suzanne a customer service representative at this Covina store had given me a phone case when I got the iPhones but when I came in to complaint and to request for my bill to be corrected she asked to see my phone and took the phone case off my phone and said she was taking her phone case back!!! Very rude and unprofessional!!! Who does that??? Just completely bad customer service!!!! For me is really zero stars!!! I’m leaving sprint for good!!! And I will make sure that all my friends and family members know not to come to this location and to leave sprint as their phone provider! This is my first review ever leaving on anything I usually don’t leave any reviews for anything but what they have done at this location is unacceptable!!!!!
Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Rude employees, no problem solving skills whatsoever.Cant work under pressure.They couldnt help me out, they actually tired ripping me off.I had my phone replaced four different times all the same models and after i kept having problems with the fourth one i called sprint customer care and talk to the manager there . i was told i could have my phone replaced for a different SMART phone and told me to go to my nearest sprint store and they would know about my issues so i did and told them everything.. they offered me an old trash phone and told me i could only down grade my phone because they dont want to give me anything else.

Went here to activate an iPhone, the rep told me that I needed to buy a new sim card because the old sim card from my previous iPhone wasnt compatible. This made zero sense because the sim card was exactly the same, I decided to call Sprint first. When I talked to Sprint customer service over the phone he told me that theres no reason that I should need to pay for a new sim, they activated the iPhone in minutes over the phone. Always call your cellphone provider first, this isnt the first time Ive been given false information at a physical location, these guys are just out to make a sell. I was gonna give them one star but they were quick to greet me and got to me fairly quickly, so Ill give them that.
I agree with the previous reviewer that states the employees are rude with no problem solving skills. Whats worse in my mind is that they host an Uber Spot and the Sprint employees will turn away Uber customers with little to no info and a passive aggressive attitude. Dont trust the listed hours for either business because they will turn you away even if you make in time.I dont understand what happened because this used to be one of the best Sprint stores I had seen, but clearly customer service and Common sense are no longer in this location. Rude employees who dont even direct you to the correct person, or offer to set up an appointment, just give you an attitude for not knowing their info is incorrect on Google maps and pass the buck to no one by going I dont work for . Then why are you not directing me to the people who do?Someone needs to send these folkes back to training. If you are going to help a customer, help. If not, direct them to someone who can at least give the correct information.

Not very pleased with the customer service I was tricked and was not given the correct information, I was not informined of how much my bill was going to be for the first month as new customer, I was told that my insurance is part/included in the phone plan but did not tell it was actually an additional charge, nor I was informed about the activation fee as well. They are so quick to be a salesman and just sell a customer a phone without the correct info. Terrible. I dont recommend this store at all. I wish I could take back my survey. Also they where very rude on the phone as if they didnt have the time and patience to speak to a customer and help them over the phone.

Very disappointed with the level of service and knowledge. The technician didnt have a clue how to fix my HTC EVO LTE phone and therefore, convinced me that I needed a new phone. Sold me a downgraded phone instead....total misrepresentation.The sales rep (Ricardo) was a joke. I wish I was conducting Undercover Boss investigation, I would have fired everyone on location!!!!!
I was there to buy my new (and regretted) Galaxy S4.I was told I would have received a $ 50 gift card ( denied by Sprint) and a $ 100 rebate (that I mailed the next day) Today I received a letter telling me that ALSO my rebate was denied.THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON I GOT A SPRINT PHONE.THANK YOU FOR SCREWING CUSTOMERS OVER.DO NOT GO THERE, YOULL BE SCREWED.
They sent me to West Covina Sprint store to a technician and a salesperson solved my problem. To bad Covina couldnt or wouldnt do the same. Found me a new Sprint store.

There was a staff member who helped me get a commercial dispute in another place and told me how to get internal information so that I can report to the police. Thank you very much, but I do n’t know her name, her manager refused to help me, other staff members It was cold, except for her.
I do not like it because they did not tell the truth as always the seller tries to sell already after you are already in the plan that you did not ask now if you tell the truth but then you can not win anything more than pay I wanted a plan without contract I asked if I do not pay, the answer signal is cut off. And if I pay again, I will receive an answer signal if I ate later, I received a payment that was not what I paid, they did not know how to give me an answer after I did not use wi fi for a month I wanted to use it and wanted to pay to have a signal and q lladebia 2 months answer now if it is without a contract because I can cancel whenever I want but as I do not notify continue to charge you use it or do not use it. But first you dont say anything about that until you are up to the mother of the debt very badly is a robbery for me
