Purchased new I Phone 12, and in the processof transferring information from old to newphone, they lost more than half of my contacts. Soooo upset!They’re supposed to be professionals.I went to the Apple store for answers.They explained what they did WRONG.Never again. What’s the most important thing in your phone - your business contacts.Definitely a learning lesson.

Fantastic! So clean and nice and easy! I went in for a new flip phone because my RAZR finally stopped working but that manager Daniel helped me get a brand spanking new smart phone that I never thought I could figure out but he made it so easy for me and now I am surfing the web like never before including leaving this review on Google that Daniel deserves so much which I could never have done on my RAZR phone thing before. Very good store everybody was cordial and helpful, I wish I needed another phone so I could go back.

It was really great!! I was able to handle my business account here with ease. I was overpaying with another company and made the switch Anthony was so knowledgeable and I appreciated his attention to detail.
Poor service @Covina,CA office. The employees including Daniel the store manager know nothing about the prices. They quote you and later apologize for making mistake on the price. I wait for almost 3 hrs to do a simple upgrade and walked out with nothing. They make up there own prices, someone needs to monitor that store.Will be reporting to corporate offices. They loose my service.
Everytime I come here to either get an upgrade or simply buy a new case they always treat me like family. Their customer service is the best! I will keep coming here and referring my family and friends to come.
Im really bugged about businesses not accepting CASH. Everyone doesnt have or use Credit cards. Payments of all type should be accepted. Inconvenient
Just got off the phone inquiring about the new iPhone availability. Store rep seemed unenthusiastic said that they have none in stock, couldn’t check availability anywhere else. Didn’t invite me into the store to order or offer the website. Didn’t even know what carrier I currently have, no discovery questions were asked and I felt like a bother to him at the end of the call. Trash customer service

The manager Jasmine has always been great. My family followed her to this store since she transferred from your Walnut brand on Grand & Valley. She’s always precise from start to finish whether we upgrade our phones, add lines, change something on our plan.. if you ever go here ask for Jasmine. I’ve also delt with Cat and she is also very nice. Highly Recommend!!!
They cannot authorize a purchase that was done online for pickup in store without authorization of the name under the account and they will not verify through phone call or even phone number.
I went in yesterday think I was going to spend my entire day working on cell phone service. Jasmine helped me out really quick was in and out under an hour! She also helped me out with accessories for my phone educated me on my plan and let me know if offers ended up coming back later that day to add a line she was really helpful and nice! Quickest setup I’ve experienced

The customer service at this particular store in Covina is excellent. I remember the sales rep Kathleen really took the time to explain the different plans they have to offer and show my wife and I the different features of all the new cell phones. I will never shop anywhere else.
Big Thank you to Jasmine!We Came in on a Monday night around 7:50 with a bit of guilt for keeping Jasmine after closing. She was great from beginning to end, it was a bit of work considering we bought a phone, a few accessories and connect our family of 4 lines to AT&T after bad service with T-mobile. We left around 8:50. That was GREAT Customer Service. Plus she put up with me butchering her name time & time again (Sorry!)Thank You Jasmine!
I got accessories at your Covina location at a great price. Jasmine greeted me at the door and I waited at most 2 minutes to be seen. She helped me add a line to my account for my mom and the process was so quick. She also makes for great conversation. I have reported this store to the BBB for defrauding the elderly. My dad went into this store to downgrade my moms phone because she is struggling with technology. He mentioned he was going to purchase an Echo and was coerced in believing that it would not work without a smartphone. So he reacted her iPhone and we get a bill for $335! When I called At&T they stated they could not reverse the charge unless the store wrote a note stating the phone was activated on error. BTW I have been a loyal customer of AT&T for almost 20 years, but clearly that means NOTHING.I called and spoke to the store manager and he refused to write anything that would reverse the charges. I cancelled the service and there has been ZERO usage on the phone since activation on 6/9. AT&T will not reverse the charges unless the manager adds a note to the account...vicious circle... So if you are smart DO Not TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS STORE!.and I will be saying GOODBYE to At&T..Defrauding the elderly is a crime...
Work on your customer service guys, thats why you dont have any good or any reviews at all. Arrow hwy is a better place to go if you need anything. FYI
