Competent and professional.We had a mishap with a 2015 MacBook Pro (cracked screen). Ali was great. Courteous. Gave us a written estimate and called along the way with updates regarding the parts.They had it fixed in a couple of days as good as new with a complete new lid/screen. Saved a couple hundred dollars versus using the Apple Store.I would go here again if the need arose.

My laptop had gotten the blue screen of death on windows 10 and it crashed. I brought my device in and he fixed it the same day and saved all my files. Really nice cool guy, and price was cheap and fair.
