Same as always with GameStop. You can go get the latestest games. I like to use the game stop rewards. I paid about 12-15$ for a year. Gives you a year of the magazine and $5 coupon every month. So every month I go in and get my $4 pokemon cards or spend the $5. On this day they had a promo if you spend 20$ you get a free exclusive GameStop promo card.

THE BEST CUSTUMOR SERVICE EVER AND WHEN I FIND A GAME THEY DONT SEEM UPSET OR MAD I TOUCHED THE EMPTY CASE THEY JUST GIVE ME THE GAME AND THATS IT ONCE IN A WHILE WE HAVE CHATS ABOUT GAMES

Out of most games they have displays cases of on the shelf. So why is the display game case with the price tag on it there for you to take to the counter to purchase? We had to stand there as the teller read the list of games they do have to an 8 year old that only knows the games by the graphics on the case.

Not too busy, they are super about limiting shoppers in the store at one time. Very helpful, friendly crew!

Nice clean store

There are a one or two employees that are not very good with customers and dont seem to really know what theyre doing. Dont really think they should be working there.Overall, my experience with this location and the employees has been great. Its the location closest to me and I go there often most of the employees there are very helpful and extremely nice. Out of the three or four other locations close to me this is by far my favorite.

Very helpful. Answered my call on the first ring, even though it was 9:05 a.m. on the day before Christmas Eve. After I got off the phone I saw that it didnt even open until 11 a.m.! Most places dont answer the phone at all before and after business hours.

Cool place to get games, I get the pre-owned aka used games with a better connotation, because I can test them and return with no problem if I dont like it, games that dont play any more I can easily exchange and with the elite pro a 20% extra so good deal without online waiting

I love this store and will drive all the way from Ontario, just to go to my favorite store.What makes this one the best?The employees at this location go over and beyond duty just to make a customer happy. i think the manager - not sure - but his name is like Leonardo or something like that. well he is so very helpful every time i call the store for a question or when i go in person too he has taken the time to remember me and my son and makes me feel important and no matter how busy he might be he is never in a rush when helping us and solves any problems that we may encounter this guy does an outstanding job in every way .i dont feel like just another face when shopping here i feel like i matter and they are happy to see us . which is why i buy all my gaming stuff at this location only even if i do have to pay more money for the item because it is worth it. however there prices, products and services is already better than any other retail store out there . thanks game stop for giving the best service always.

Ive been to this Gamestop again and again thinking it would change but I guess Im wrong. Ive had horrible customer service every time Ive come here. Employees are always looking at you like if you are here to steal something or they just dont want to be there. I will no longer be coming here.

Been having multiple bad experiences with a fellow with glasses... One day he wouldnt return my game full price within the seven days because he thought I stole it from somewhere else when he sold me the same game only two days earlier and still didnt remember me... Also just sold me a game and looked at it to check if the disk was ok then handed it to me so i trusted his judgement even though i shouldve checked myself but you know... I thought he was a professional... The disk wasnt working when i checked it it had a huge ring scratch on it... he didnt even check it theres no way now i have to go back and switch the disks... Im getting really tired of this guy...
