Great mechanics

I had not heard about this place. But, one day my car broke down. And, AAA associate on the call suggested me this place as this has night drop off facility. I liked the way in which Jimmy and his team treat their customers.Very nice people - they are very open and honest. They dont try to create a big scene out of nothing, just to make you pay more. I liked that. Ever since that instance, I have been going there - even for regular oil change. Just make sure to call Jimmy and book an appointment though - this makes it convinient for us as well as his team since they are usually busy. (Of course, you may walk-in, but then you may have to wait for a while). Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I stopped by here on a Saturday morning about 2 weeks ago to try to get a price quote matched from an Infiniti dealer. Spoke to Jimmy, who seemed nice, and he took a look at my car and gave me feedback on the areas needed to be repaired.My biggest problem with Jimmy is the unresponsiveness to follow back up with me with the price quote I requested. He took down my name, number, and address and told me that he would get back to me on Monday. I called him on Monday afternoon asking if the price quote was ready, but Jimmy said he was very busy, he still had to research it, and that he would get back to me either later today or Tuesday. No phone call on Tuesday. I decided to call again Wednesday to see if there was any progress. This time, Jimmy mentioned that he was taking a car to the wash and would get back to me when he got back into the office. No phone call back again. Its annoying that he never calls me back because I actually wanted to give him my business. If he didnt want to repair my car, he should just tell me straight up no instead of making excuses each time I try to call. Unprofessional.

Everyone knows how hard it can be to find a great mechanic; someone who not only is a expert in their field, but also is honest and provides great service. I originally found this place through a forum. I drive a 1st gen Honda Insight and not many people do work on them that is high quality at a reasonable price, however I was appointed to the direction of Scott and he is by far one of the best mechanics Ive had the pleasure of meeting. Scott and Jimmy are great guys that offer outstanding customer service and a high level of workmanship whether youre just getting a tune up of a transmission rebuild. I drive 40 miles just to come to this shop and I recommend you do too.

Long story, short. I had to tow my car Friday evening from Ontario to Westland Carpet One in Covina because I was transporting important flooring materials for a seven am Saturday installation. Triple AAA gave me some Certified Repair shop options nearby the store. Plan A :Take my car to the dealership across the street. Result: They are closed on Saturdays. Plan B: Call the certified auto repair shops AAA recommended. I called Jue Motors at 8am on Saturday and advised him that my car is overheating. Jimmy, owner, answered the call and he was ready to take my car and look into the problem. At 1pm he discovered the initial problems and called me to discuss repair. It was unlikely to have the car back same day, but by Monday AT NOON my car was ready to go! If you like professional and reasonable, I would recommend Jue Motors.
