One star is the least you offer or it would be negative stars. I had been using them on the recommendation of my insurance and they did a good job before they changed their name. Now it has all gone down hill. They refused service because I brought to their attention some errors on my vehicle and when I came back they denied what they did as I would not have know unless the worker pointed it out to me. I had brought my car back to them to give them another chance and they are holding my vehicle now that they do not want to fix it but scheduled my appt. and I brought it to them. Waiting to send my vehicle to another shop because they cannot fix the issue they advised. Joke of a business. Lots of other places with same or better service.

The service was amazing! It’s really hard to find a shop with reliable and professional people. Being a girl usually I get treated like if I don’t know anything at repair shops but here I was treated with respect. Everyone in the office and field were very attentive and professionals. I had been involved in a car accident and geico recommended this shop for my vehicle repairs. My car repair estimate was for about 11 days but they had it ready in less than a week. They kept me up to date on everything. The whole process was very clear. They fixed all the dents and scratches that my vehicle had, my wheel was also repaired, they painted my car, and the paint was done perfect! Also my vehicle was very clean when I got it back. Thank you Crash Champions, I will definitely go back when I need to and I will refer you guys to everyone I know that needs your services!

A truck hit my parked car a week before I was supposed to move out of state. Thankfully my car was fixed ahead of time and the staff was super accommodating and made me feel good about having my car there. Everything fixed ahead of schedule would definitely recommend .

At first my estimate was for 2k then after a week it was 4k then they had me wait about 4-5 weeks and waited on the last day to tell me so its now 6k because something about the computer not running?? Now I have to wait for the insurance company to mail me in a check cause they didnt let them know about the price change until the last day. I dont what kind of operation they got running here but its a little fishy taking way too long just for some minor damage done to the side of my vehicle wouldnt recommend going here just go to a professional place like caliber collision Ive had a truck with way more damage done within two weeks. this spot is no good.people keep u updated just armordor wasnt much help I felt Ulysses helping me out more than him and he wasnt even assigned to me lol I wish I could give 0 stars.

Let me start off by saying Crash Champions is so Amazing! I originally came here just for an inspection for AAA but had another spot I was taking it to. As soon as I met Amador the inspector he was very friendly & knowledgeable and said he could have my car done in 1 wk the other place said a few wks. I was also having trouble getting ahold of the AAA agent handling the claim so Ulysses got ahold of the claims department within 10min or less with answers for me. These 2 men got things done in a Fast & Effective manner. So I stayed here which was the Best decision because they did a Beautiful job on my car even added the pin stripe on the side that all the silver Altimas have. They also texted me throughout the wk with status on my car so I never had to call them. Truly Truly Outstanding Service all around. I will recommend and come here for any future bodywork . I used this AAA accredited shop for my cars repair. This is the 1st time I was able to get the car on time as per repair estimate. They keep me informed thru the whole process. Service staff are so courteous and friendly.

I just needed them to help me with a bumper cover issue and they refused to even give me an estimate. Tried to force me to buy the entire new bumper through them.

Extremely professional estimate and repairs equal to or exceeding Porsche quality. Very easy process from start to finish.

On 5/14 i brought my car to this place. Got a quick appraisal. Seemed very professional and nice.well...since than ive been waiting.10 days have passed with them ignoring my agent and insurance company. They brush her off and will not answer her questions about why its taking long. From what theyve been saying aboutwere having trouble sending and or opening the files they took. I guess therye own Department cant open files. We had to finally cancel the claim through them. Going somewhere else. Waste of time. Updated:5/30.So i finally got releasedfrom the system on 527/21. Able to schedule to drop off car at another shop; but have to wait till 6/2/21. Since its not Memorial day weekend. Thanks guys. Thatll be 3 weeks of driving my banged up car around. Even though Louise the. East area manager talked to me apologising, im not upping the rating.

This body shop is by far one of the best body shops i have ever encountered. They have an absolutely exceptional service, starting from the service desk and all the way to the final inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle practically looked brand new upon pickup and you can tell that they took their time in making sure the quality of work is 100% before giving the vehicle back to the customer. They have done an exceptional job, i recommend this body shop to everyone.

The shop manager Alex and the service advisor Saul were professional and very helpful. The centre is fairly mid-small size center, but very neat and well organized one. They’ve done a good painting job, however, I think they could be a bit over priced for those who don’t carry their own car insurance! Overall, Good job.

Horrible Place of Business! This place definitely knows how to beat around the bush. I used them you help make my damaged car better and they ended up messing it up more. They offered to correct their mistake but some how made a new mistake. You can’t put a bandaid on this one! I went to go talk to a manager about this problem and while I was there 3 other people were there for the same reason. How does a place like this stay in business? I took my Honda crv here and to take it back 3 times.The shield from the bottom of the car was dragging because they didnt screw it.I get to the light and I look to my back seat and its all covered in oily finger prints and the door handles were all dirty also. They said they would take care of it and i noticed also that they didnt put part of the trunk of my car back in and my gear shifter was making weird noises and I told them it didnt do that before and they said pretty much they couldnt do anything and since its under warrenty at the dealership just take it there.Worst experience ever. From 2 weeks to like a month and half almost and I was only allowed a rental car for 2 weeks so I was without a car for a while.

I went with my friend whos wifes car had been damaged. As he spoke to them about the damage I agreed to pay them for the level IV detail. When we arrived to pick up the car I was shocked at how they could return a car looking like that. The worst detail job Ive ever seen. The list is too long to describe all the areas of dissatisfaction. Just check your car real well. It makes you wonder about the areas of the car you cant see that they say they worked on. Completely unsatisfied with the quality of work and the response from management. Be warned about this place.

I cant believe how well my truck turned out especially considering the extent of damages it had. I cant even tell that it has been in an accident. all of the body and trim lines match/ line up correctly everything looks nice true and even. I Cant even tell the difference in the newly painted parts they put on. They did a did an outstanding job with paint matching. I can deff tell the quality of parts put on and they did not those cheap foreign knockoff parts that are flimsy . The truck is pieced together the way it should be feels looks solid and everything is secure. they didnt leave any hard to reach bolts missing everything is in tact and right where it should be. And they Got my truck finished and completed A-day earllier than what was expected and agreed on. Which is very surprising because of how bad and extensive was done to it. Thd office staff are polite and no BS. theyaddress you in a professional and understanding way when you bring your vehicle in Alex Gsllerado Alex Pacomates and Ulises are on top of handling the headache paperwork with insurance also providing updates via text and phone call .and just making this process fast and painless as possible for me. I can tell they have quality workmanship and customer satisfaction as their priority and not from some cheesey company slogan lol.. They made this ordeal so much easier than I expected I really appreciate them for that. Only thing I didnt like is that my window in the rear came factory with Privacy Glass and they replaced It with fishbowl glass other than that they are masters of repair and their trade. my truck was extremely damaged and the only one who could tell its been in an accident is carfax. Highly recommend this place if you want something done right which is hard tofind these days

I was required to have my car inspected and a estimate given by Pacific Collision for a car accident that I was not at fault for. As anyone knows, dealing with insurance companies can be stressful. When I went to my appointment on a Saturday, I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly young man named Nester. He made me feel at ease, and I was treated with great customer service. Thank you Nester for making the process so easy and friendly.

Took my car in for a fender bender job on July 3, they said will take about 5-7 business days, got a call a week later, stated that they need to order the fender, will takes about another 10 days, got a call couple days later, stated that they need to replace the wire harness for head light. Go pick up my car on July 30th, car still not ready due to error message of adaptive headlight, they have to take the car to dealer to check. Pick up the car on Aug 2, did a final walk thru, low tire pressure light comes up, and they did not offer to pump the tires.

I just received my van back from Pacific Collision a few days ago. I am very impressed with their quality of work and their communication. They kept me updated at least once or twice a week to let me know the progress on my van. My van was done a week later then they originally quoted, but regardless I was still happy with the length of time it took to repair my car. In the past I have dealt with another local body shop and their quality of work was poor and they had my car an unreasonably long time. I will definitely return to Pacific Collision for any other collision repair needs.

These people did such an awful job on my car, I have had to put off this review for a year. Every Time I started I just got too angry! Here we go..Car dropped off on 9/25/13Was suppose to receive it by the 27th.Was promised by the manager (Whose name I cant remember) that I would have to wait till the 30th instead.. then then the 2nd.. and then the 4th!I finally got it on the 4th, and was promised it would be detailed and the headlights would be restored and 3 coats of wax because of my patience..WHen I got there, none of that was done, and the manager along with the crew lied to my face about how much work they put into my car and that it was not dirty, but that the headlights and paint was so bad it could not be restored. When I got home, I put about 2 minutes into the car and saw it came of with water. Underneath that dirt was damage which was easily restorable. (WHich I did in 20 minutes) The work they did on the door was poor. THere were paint bubbles and a month later 2 bolts and the door hinge fell off. Along with some kind of rubber piece I have no idea where it went. I got comments from all around about why my door had such an awful paint job it was and how it didnt match the rest of the car. I called up the manager who I spoke with and he acted like a victim for being caught! I asked him why he lied to me about so many things he promised to do and then didnt do it, and his reply was I dont know what to say.You see, this place uses psychology by being so nice to you, so that you will not want to complain on them. But their work is AWFUL. I have been restoring my car myself and see just how poorly they work on it was. They even promised to touch up some areas for me because it took so long, again they never did. I cant take my car back to them for fear of what they may do to it. I do not trust them to repair the damage they have already caused. But I may contact them in order to buy me the parts which fell off dew to their lack of auto body craftship.

I had to take my vehicle 3 times back because they did a terrible job the first time. Had a dent on my quarter panel, they managed to damage paint where they didn’t even repair. Left the interior a mess. Overall, no attention to detail. They were friendly but overall extremely unhappy with the work quality. Do yourself a favor and do not take your car to this shop.

Good entry job but they put it out. They did not install the moldings so they had to return money. More than a month later they have not paid and nobody answers my call. Did I lose the moldings and the money?
