The fender they put on was a good match. They also straightened out the front corner brace where the headlight mounts and replaced the top radiator support bracket which had been bent in the collision. Thats their two stars.I had asked that they reuse my bumper since it had no damage from the collision - a side-swipe. The lady said theyd already ordered a new quality part. This was following a conversation where hed told they could reuse my bumper and send the new part theyd ordered back. The new bumper sticks out like a neon sigh flashing front end collision. The bumper is missing a clip on the inside liner. No big deal, but a sign of someones attention to detail. There is a glaring gap where the new quality part bumper is supposed to meet the fender.She told me the reason for them taking longer than expected to complete the job was it took them some time to get the new quality part bumper installed. Funny, the original bumper - the one I asked them to reinstall - came off and back on effortlessly for me when Id replaced the headlights about a month earlier.

I have a colleague (Craig) who recommended them to me for doing work on his Toyota Matrix which looks great. He knew the owner’s (Ted) wife Dana. I had a minor scratches and indentation on the right rear passenger fender and rear passenger door of my 2017 Subaru WRX. The auto body specialists are a family owned business with a Hard working owner in Ted. The receptionist/ secretary I forgot her name, she was polite, even their service men were great. Jason made sure I was treated with respect and told me what would probably happen as far as repairs. Ted quoted me, and there were no surprises, it was a flat rate and the car looks amazing!!! It looks like new, they matched the paint color (World Rally Pearl Blue) and it doesnt deviate from the original paint color, and they warranty the body for the lifetime of the car. I am so grateful for the service I received, and the job that was done on my car. Thanks Athans Auto Body for you job on my vehicle!!!

This is the greatest auto body shop I have been to. I would never trust anyone else to fix my car. They do not use after mark body parts and they always take care of there clients. Athans Auto body treats you like family and there work is unbelievable.

I have taken my Nissan Altima and Acura TSX to Athans Auto Body and Paint 3x and they were the best with the best customer service. Ted and Alicia were there helping with the insurance from start to finish including helping me with a rental. When I received my cars the bumpers looked brand new like nothing happened. I highly recommend this shop! From beginning to end they just totally handled the situation for me. I had never had to deal with the aftermath of an accident so i didnt know exactly what to do. I have 2 kids so I could NOT be without a vehicle. Alicia got me into a rental in time to pick up my kids! She was actually able to get a hold of the adjuster and either herself or Yurida kept me updated the entire time. I was telling Ted how thankful I was for his team always keeping my best interest in mind; and what Ted said just totally blew me away. He said that he lives by the Golden Rule and he and his team treat people the way that he would like to be treated! And that is just what I experienced 😊You cant find customer service like this nowadays🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 oh yeah, lol my vehicle. It ended up looking awesome and Ted even fixed my door that (before the accident) didnt close properly. I am beyond satisfied and heaven forbid I get in another accident but if I do I am definitely bringing my car here!
