Im so glad I found this place for all my mini cooper needs. Carson Brian is very helpful and did a great job with my mini. Its a used mini cooper countryman and I felt it was right to get the maintenence it needed. Carson let me know what was recommended for it and Im glad I was able to get it done. I never felt pressured to get it all done at once, therefore I was able to come back and decide. Which I really appreciate. Ive gone to places where no one really helps me. And some times confused on what to get done. So this was definitely the right place for me to go. I will continue taking my Mini here for future maintenance! 😊

Changed radiator pressure cap. Inspected tires, brakes & all fluids. Mr. Carson Brian & staff were very helpful, polite & friendly. Mr. Brian explained to me the correct way to use my A.C., saving me a cost for repair I did not need. I truly appreciate his honesty. Every time I go here, I am always treated professionally. The mechanics really dig into the root of the issue and do research on forums to see if others are having similar issues. TL Motors always solves the problem that I have and with an older vehicle, they are still able to get parts! I brought my car to TL motors after having a nightmare experience with my car that no one seemed to be able to not only not fix but not even diagnose. My car ran perfect for the year and a half that I owned it and one day I go to start the car and it cranked fine but would not turn over. I changed the fuel pump but still nothing. Battery was at a healthy 12 V so I took it to my mechanic who for a little over a month had me change the ecu $250, have a locksmith come make a master key $250, change the fuel pump twice $75, and have it towed back to his shop $150. Finally putting his pride aside told me to find someone who knows electrical. TL motors was Googles first recommendation so I had it towed there. Carson took the time to sit down with my father and I and found out a bunch of disheartening info we had not known of before. He performed his diagnostic where they went thru everything and found out I needed a new throttle body, new wiring from the obd to ecu which was why no codes were reading, and removal and cleaning of pins into obd port. Unfortunately it needed so much work that it wasnt worth it to fix the car but in a few days he did what no one else could do by giving a proper explanation without guessing and having me waste about a thousand dollars. I now know where I am going to bring my new car in if I ever need maintenance done that is out of my zone of knowledge and just wish I wouldve found him sooner. I once again had a great experience at TL Motors. Carson and Sean are always helpful and courteous. They do a great job of keeping my vehicles on the road and running great. I really appreciate the care they take when explaining what repairs need to be done and I always get my car back quickly and for a fair price. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside, it’s never looked better.

Took in the girlfriends 2012 Cadillac CTS had a check engine light that kept flashing on and off periodically, Sean was nice and thorough with explaining everything showed us the o2 sensors that had been swapped out couldn’t be happier it was done in a timely manner and Sean asked if it was my girlfriends only form of transportation so he can have the job done as quick as possible appreciate the speediness and also the communication will be looking forward to servicing my recently purchased used Lexus at their shop!

These people are prepared to steal peoples money they find issues in the cars to enrich themselves of the people who trust them and I would recommend that they do not stay with a single diagnosis they always find fault or invent them to steal the money
