I ordered a custom hood in January of this year. It showed up in great shape but had the wrong Striker plate installed. I was told to accept the shipment and then they would send another one out and just do a swap. I have been contacting them VIA phone and email for months and have gotten no responses at all. I have done everything short of just driving there and dropping of the hood to get my money back. The customer service is flat out horrible. I am going to have to use a different striker that will hopefully work or have a shop put in the right plate. Any work done to the hood to repair their mistake will be included in small claims court if my issue is not resolved soon. Also their website is always down so no help there either.
I purchasd a body kit from them on eBay and it didnt fit and they refused to accept a return and refund my money and eBay wont Honor their 30day money back guarantee

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH NRG MOTORTRENDS.I placed an order for a body kit for my car in September of last year.Was told side skirts were out of stock but would be back in stock in October.This was not an issue at the time as the car was not together.October came and went with no side skirts.I was very patient.Would only make a phone call once the quoted stock date came about.October turned into January.January turned into February.Still no side skirts.Kevin Ma was the individual that I was dealing with.Terrible customer support.Zero communication.I had paid in full for parts and shipping.I still have no parts.Filed a claim through paypal. But their proposed refund was not even enough for me to replace the parts with the correct parts.Now that the claim has failed because I was unwilling to screw myself out of return shipping to get a full refund it has taken me over a week to get in contact with Kevin again to get the measly $95 dollar refund on 200 side skirts.Now that I have once again made contact with him he treats me with an attitude and is very unforthcoming on when I would receive my refund.Bottom line. Steer clear of these guys. Buy elsewhere.Please share this.EVERYWHERE.
MY COMPANY BOUGHT A REAR BUMPER FROM THIS COMPANY AND UPON RECIVING IT WE FOUND IT DID NOT FIT CORRECT, WHEN WE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO RETURN THE BUMPER WE HAVE FOUND NO HELP AS WELL AS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAVE PUT IN 7 PHONE CALLS AND ARE BEING TOLD THE MANAGER IS OUT TO LUNCH 3 TIMES A DAY HAS NO VOICE MAIL AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW THE MANAGERS SCHEDULE, PLEASE CONCIDER OTHER VENDORS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPNAY

Worst service ever. Ordered a bumper, did not even come close to fitting, called them about 15 times and every time they told me that the manager was out.
