Very bad service. If you are not wearing expensive clothes they don’t even acknowledge you, I’ve been here 4 times and only 1 out of 4 times I have gotten someone with good customer service. I do not recommend shopping here. You would have a better experience shopping online.

Very bad service. I said thank you on the way out and not one person thanked me and acknowledged me because i tried on 3 pairs on glasses. Not the type of service I expected from Versace.

Very nice small boutique but has what you need.

What can I say its Versace and anyone that shops at south coast plaza know your not gonna walk out without putting a pretty good dent in your wallet .Now on the bright side I was able to walk out with 80s collection bomber jacket and found the original print robe Im in love ...bought the limited edition slides cute as could be but arnt the most comfy .Our saleswoman was great wine, bottled spellgro water and treated like a queen ...a definite treat

The Sales Team is Tha Best. One of them was a Beverly Hills, Hollywood 1980s Socialight and I had a Blast talking and Shopping

I have never gone to a designer store with such a poor customer service. Mimi was the sales person that had such a horrible attitude. Not only did she tell me the price of the item before trying to help me out, initiating that I couldnt afford it. Never will I ever shop at this location again.
