Very busy and overwhelming location. The line here are always long. Tip: you could go to the mens or kids section to check out BUT sometimes those lines are long as well.Even though they have a huger selection compared to a lot of other locations, its a bit messy. I get that it could be the customers putting it out of place but it is a bit chaotic. Other than that, the guys section have a great selection. Typical Zara the quality is a bit cheap BUT there are always a handful of good finds that are good quality.

This place needs to stop being the DMV with its crazy lines and wait times and start hiring more people.Pay your employees a good wage. Hire some more people. Sell more clothes. Simple.Every time I’ve entered this store over the last few months, I’ve left without buying anything (and many others do the same—they’re writing about it here!) because there’s always 3 people working and over 100 people in lines between the men’s and women’s side.And it pains me to say this because honestly I love Zara’s products. I love Zara’s style. But this store is run with less organization than a child daycare center. So I don’t shop here anymore. And I won’t shop here, until it’s possible to pick out something without waiting in like for an hour just to give someone money.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely awful. Rude and unhelpful. I was very patient and they insisted on being as unpleasant as possible. My wife was trying to return something and despite having a receipt they refused to refund us app because we didn’t have the original card. We don’t have the card anymore! They refused to give us store credit or anything despite having the original receipt and unused items. I couldn’t believe how rude the employee was. We asked for the manager and while she was a little less rude she was just as unhelpful. Can’t believe it

Customer service sucks. They have a full line near the door and only 1 or 2 cashiers helping. They give you attitude if you ask a question. They just want to kick you out the door. Fitting rooms take forever so if you don’t have an hour to spare don’t even bother then.

I love Zara but this specific location never has as much inventory compared to other Zara stores I’ve been to. The checkout lines are always so long (almost up to the entrance/exit). Sometimes I come with my kids in a stroller toshop here and I literally get blocked or people just don’t move out of the way. Not my favorite place to shop in person.

I waited in line for almost an hour just to pay an item! Only two cashiers... And this was not even in the weekend.. Just a simple Wednesday around 6pm. Management, time to do something about it. I see that you have tons of negative reviews because of that. Not even mentioning that you are losing $$ cause people are giving up and are not ready to wait so long to pay for their items.

The WORST customer service. I came in to return an item past 30 days (which is the limit for their return policy), asking for store credit. Most reasonable stores would do that. I was instead treated very rudely by the employee at the register (after waiting 30+ minutes in their line due to severe understaffing). The manager was completely unhelpful and told me I had to make the return online via mail. Completely unacceptable customer service. I will hesitate to ever shop here again

Make sure you bring some food and an activity when you come here so that you have something to eat and do when you’re standing in the line that will be a minimum of 30 minutes, even on a weekday afternoon. For some reason they seem to have a limit of two cashiers at all times, no matter how busy the store is.

Horrible, Horrible and just plain horrible. It’s probably the worst place to shop at. It’s filthy the staff is the most useless employees, provide ZERO help, place is so awful I’ve seen better flea markets. I am so surprised a prestige mall like South Coast allows them to do business at their mall. Someone should look in why this place is sooooo dirty and employees are absolutely unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and go to one of many other better options if you want better service and clean store. BTW whose heard of ONLY exchange for different size or color but nothing else, I’m stuck with an ugly dress that I couldn’t try on but was told without receipt I can exchange but that’s SO NOT TRUE!!! They refused to return it without receipt for even exchange. Horrible horrible and just horrible.

I sure hope this place pays their employees enough for them to police people around of who doesn’t wear a mask, when the CDC no longer requires vaccinated individuals to wear a mask! It is outrageous to see a staff member who gets paid minimum wage that refuses to scan my items until the manager provides me with a mask. It shows that the employee no longer cares for the customer but they own personal beliefs. The employee felt that she knows better than the CDC who should wear a mask, doesn’t trust her own mask, and doesn’t trust the plexi glass that was between me and her. Will definitely not be shopping here again. Sorry Zara, because of your untrained employees you will loose much business.

I only give it 2 stars because have how messy the entire store was. Either people were very disrespectful and didnt hang clothes back or I feel bad that there was not enough staff to keep up.We could not purchase anything or try anything on because the lines were practically to the front door. Ok, where do I start? They were having a sale on everything, the checkout line was hella long ANDDDDD there was only 6 people checking out. Clothes were all over the place. The only reason I was in there is because my friend needed some work clothes, I would have turned around and walked out. The manager was just walking around. It was crazy.

Good items but many things aren’t tagged and also, they give you a real hassle if you ever try for an exchange or return. Not only that, but they’ll literally screw ya on shipping to you online, like, to where you hae to go pick up the damn thing yerself. Really grinds my gears.

Same thing happened previous review. Their clothes are decent with decent prices. But it’s a cheap brand considering the way they do business. Bought something July and within that week, SCP ordered to close. So I couldnt return it right away. Today, it issued be a store credit with that excuse. Other clothing brand would know and def refund completely due to Covid times. Since this brand sells well, its management or company tend to lose “care” for their customers. If and only when people don’t shop here as much and they’re drying up or suffer losses to a point of closing their stores, then attention is achieved or care to improve performance and policies. I suggest not buying things during this Covid times until over bc you don’t really know when mall could be close again. Wait till Covid completely over to shop here.

The staff at this location is incredibly rude. They are using a QR code to manage their lines, which I think is a great idea! However, I waited my turn near the store and received a notification that my entrance time had moved up quicker then I expected! I went to the front door to show my phone and the security said the app was incorrect and I was still about 40 minutes away from my actual time. When I asked why the app showed one time and their systems showed another he told me I needed to “learn how to do math”. I was honestly dumbfounded that he thought this was an appropriate way to speak to someone. I also work in a customer facing position and would never speak to any client in such a condescending way. I wouldn’t recommend shopping this location but the company as a whole is great and they have plenty of other locations with friendlier staffing!

Horrible exchange policy. If you dont have the receipt youre screwed. I just lost $150 because they wouldnt let me exchange or return week-old clothes, even with the tag still on. This is unacceptable, especially in the times of COVID with all changing rooms closed.

Worst customer service and a very rude manager. I cant return an item because their system of customer management is not flexible to meet the needs of customers during COVID.This is the right of a customer to be able to return an item with the receipt and within the acceptable timeftime and be treated with respect. Not only I couldnt return my item, but the manager was really rude and yelled at me and left as I was asking about how I can return the item. If they dont have enough patience for their customers, maybe they are not fit for this kind of job.

Wait until covid time is over to shop there. This august, probably covid time is going to over and then we can go shop because customer service is terrible right now. Worst place to shop!!! I bought something from this store on the day (July 13) that the Governor ordered to shut the mall again, we try to stay in the line that day trying to return but the staff refused to let us in and told us not to worry cause once the store reopened we can make the return and get the refund, today(Aug 31) the store finally opened and they only give me in store credit and insist that’s the policy, what a lousy way to do business!!!🤬It feels like a robbery to me🤬 I bought something else from Gap on Jul 13, I bring it in today (Aug 31), they just refund me the purchase I made, I think Zara is really bad when compared to other businesses!!! Not all but some of them are so rude to customers especially in sale seasons. I came to return and also buy some stuffs, had to wait in a long line but when I came to the cashier, she didn’t say any single words to me. Even when she gave me the receipt I politely said thank you with a smile but she didn’t even mind to look at my face. What an attitude! I don’t know what I did wrong?!?! I think Zara should train the employees more, at least learn to say thank you to their customers.

Insanely busy on the Saturday afternoon that I went. I waited about 40 min in a VERY long line for a fitting room. (Why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). I dont think there was even a sale! I love going here, I am a Hair Colorist, this store is a way to buy nice looking clothes without overpaying.The one complaint I have is if you pay cash you end up waiting longer because there’s only one cashier that you have to wait for they can process cash. So while you’re standing there in line, people pass you up because they’re paying credit card. I don’t think this is right.🤔

Good place to shop for fashionable items with relatively inexpensive price. Sometimes, the store gets too messy when they are on sale, but it is what it is. The quality is okay, not the top of the line. Still a good buy for the value that you pay. I usually buy things here when they are on sale though. They go on sale very quickly anyway, but you bear the risks of your size being sold out.

Zara used to be a decent fashion brand but its quality went down drastically. fine fabrics were replaced with plastics and the clothes lost classical elegance and turned into cheap, modern clothes for young people. However, the store is clean and nice and the staff were amiable and helpful which is why I gave it two stars instead of one.

Absolute worst customer service here. I’m sure I’m not the first to say this, but if I could provide 0 stars I would. Even half a star is too generous. The employees here hate their lives. They will provide a bs response half the time if you ask them a question because they don’t want to stop what they’re doing to pull their phones out and check the updated inventory at their locations. They don’t answer the phone ever at this location. I’ve seen reviews here indicating that they even hang up on customer calls, further showing how much these employees don’t care and that’s it’s all about sales for them. This place needs to pay their constituents a little more or something to give them a little motivation or hire more assistance to balance out the volume (maybe after letting go of its current employees and actually putting the time and resources in to find/properly train ones who aren’t utterly lethargic). Pretty much every other Zara is well-maintained, has employees that aren’t completely useless, and is willing to help their customers. What is going on with this place? Lord knows. Just stay away from it until they make some changes. Check out the one in Torrance. It’s a godsend compared to this place. There’s my two cents. Take it or leave it Google.

Ugh. Ordered shoes online for pick up at the SCP store. Waited 15 minutes for them to find the order. Clerk was rude, bored...as I asked to please see the shoes before taking them out of the store. There were no tags, or paperwork with the shoes - they were literally thrown in the box by the packer. Took them home, not working, return to store. Due to lack of paperwork and tags, I was treated like a criminal, We will make an exception this time. 7-10 days for my $100 to go back on my card. Zara? Too bad. No more of you.
