This store by far is the best urban outfitters store to shop at. They have a good selection of mens clothing. I have time to the spectrum and fashion island ones but could never find something to buy. But I can at this store in this location. The store is neat and clean. Never messy. Love it. The only bad thing about this location is the ridiculous parking spots. It just doesnt have enough spaces.

My daughter loves this place. The one in Pacific City is our personal favorite. Super helpful staff, store is open late, and clothes are very nicely displayed. 👍

I called looking for a shoe and the girl who answered went above and beyond; she took down my name and phone number to check if they had a shoe I was looking for and when they didnt she ended up calling footlocker for me and putting it on hold. Such Amazing customer service. Definitely plan on shopping at this urban more often. Seriously made my day.

This Urban outfitters is smaller than others Ive been to but they have the same funky stuff. This place is great for random gift ideas.

This location was at the Anti-Mall near South Coast Plaza on Bristol St., Costa Mesa, CA. Huge store, very cute clothes for guys & girls. Little bit of a shoe collection for both. No AC in store though & parking not great for all businesses & restaurants in there but if your not rushed its not bad. Purchased, returned & exchanged there. No problem especially if you have your receipt. I dont know otherwise. Handicap access too. Womans clothes seem to run on smaller side rather than true to size. Im a M & bought L at this store. M just seemed tad to tight the way their sun dresses & pants & tanks & sweat pants ran. Good experience though. This outfit costs $50. $36 pants. $15 top.

Horrible customer service. I’ve been to this location a handful of times and each time the employees haven’t been all that friendly. However, my last visit was the worst. An employee screwed up pretty badly with my purchase at checkout (which happens sometimes) but then proceeded to blame me and attempted to cover up the mess. She was very rude about it and I ended up leaving the store without any items. I won’t be coming to this store anymore.

Never in my life had to deal with such rude employees. Good lord. Management needs to do something about that. Literally will never walk into this store again.

Love this place its my favourite local spot to chill out with friends having coffee or a bite with or even a drink it has that unique hippy signature all over the place

I came to pick up an order. The girl at the register was so cold and rude. She threw my order at me, looked at her phone the whole time. I worked in retail before, and its no fun. But come on, the store just opened for 15 mins. 😑

The workers here are really stuck up and rude. I like the store but the workers need to change their attitude and have better customer service or get fired

Ive walked thru this place twice now, and I just cant believe how hideous and ridiculously overpriced all their made in China apparel is... Even the dr martens are made in China now.!!! Sad...Guess Im getting old too, cuz I remember vividly seeing the same hideous clothes and wears about 20 years ago! In the 80s... Already had to live thru that horror once, and now again??? Arrrrghh!!!

I enjoy shopping at Urban Outfitters, because they have the perfect style for more relaxed, calming, funny stuff books ect. I shop at the Irvine Spectrum as well, and a 10 on customer service!

Something broke and spilled on the floor there was glass and liquid and it took them 15 minutes to notice...another 25 minutes passed until I told an employee AGAIN about the mess and still nothing was done

I felt as if the sales girls went above and beyond in helping me especially Katrina and melissa(I think that was her name/cashier). They made me feel like a VIP in the store and they patiently helped me to find everything for my daughter. I love this store for my daughter.
