This grocery shop is a place for those who want to do groceries without much hassle in long lines queuing for payment. Always have a variety of goods to choose from. Fresh produce is of good quality at a very affordable price. The store was well-maintained and not crowded. They got it all for you! Highly recommended!

Had everything I needed and the cashier was friendly and efficient

I wish I could put ZERO stars. This store has no creditably the staff stories change faster than the weather. The managers seem to want to hold things for their friends. They make up stories like Eric the Security manager. This store seems less Customer orientated and more about just hooking up the friends and screwing over their customers pretty sad this will be the last time I walk in the store I wonder if corporate will have the guts to actually reach out to me on this matter

I always come to shop here for weekly groceries. There is a great selection of food and I can pick up other items I might need that a typical grocery store doesnt always have. Very affordable as well. I also love their seasonal decorations, especiallyfor Halloween! Staff is friendly and helpful.

Alfred was amazing and over qualified for his position. He is young and gave me the single best customer service experience in retail history. I bought a tracphone and he took time to activate it for me. Got me a new number and everything! Very impressed with his customer service. I worked middle management at Sams club some years ago and can honestly say this kid hit it out of the park. Truly satisfied with my experience at target!

Ashley my cashier was so friendly and outgoing! She smiled the entire time, made her job look so easy. Was patient with my 5-year old, even offering her Target stickers!! I forgot my Poinsettias I just bought and she chased me down to the door and made sure I had them before I left!! She even had a line full of customers, she could have easily looked the other way. She went way above and beyond customer service!!

Apart from Edgar who was working on replenishing the shelves and took the time to find someone to help me, no other associate any concern of what I was looking for at the store. Each associate made me feel like I was imposing on them by asking questions of where I would find the items that I was looking for. I have already mentioned this to the floor manager who was concerned about the staff behaviour. I explained to her that I have worked in retail for a long time and the associates need to be more cordial and responsive to customer needs.

I had a very upsetting experience where my online order that was ready for pick, somehow ended up getting cancelled . The front end manager Danny listened to my issue and was able to work out a solution to rectify the experience. Thank you Danny, for your professionalism and Customer Care.

I doubt corporate would do anything they never do, yeah Ive caught this store subtracting value from returns and keeping customers money and then trying to kick me out when I catch them with their hand in the cookie jar just so that they can continue on with their fraudulent behaviors and not follow the target policies. Ive put my name and number on the call list for sports cards. Anf I never get a call back.. ive been number 3-4 . I go every day of the week.. and never seem to get a call . This target is handling the Sports card situation in a shady way. I heard management is in on it!!!!! The employees are holding all the sports cards. This should be against company policy. Some are even taking bribes.

I absolutely love Target & this location is by far one of the best ones Ive been to! This store is clean, organized & keeps their shelves neatly stocked. Ive used their drive-up service quite frequently especially during this time of social distancing. The drive-up service associates are friendly, professional and do an excellent job. However, Ive encountered a few who need a serious attitude adjustment & should not be working in any customer service oriented position.

Its ok, I can get what I need and get out quickly most of the time. The grocery part is kinda pricey, not a lot of saving but if in a pinch, its nice to have that option.

Stood in line for returns . 7 people in return line. 4 more in pick up line and just one person is at the register. Unbelievable!!!!!I went there again 3 days ago and the same experience. Needed to pick up order, waited in line and only 1 employee is there. Took so long and then they sent me to stand in the return line to return an item ( same employee was there). Waited another 10 minutes.The service is slow and always lacking.I LOVE Target! I have been to many of there stores and I enjoy shopping there and customer service is great. This store is the one exception. Horrible!!!!!

It’s understandable if shoppers aren’t wearing their masks correctly, but a Target employee in the self check out area was wearing his mask incorrectly with his nose out. My parents are elderly so we do not feel safe coming back to Target until the pandemic is over

I love target. Not liking it during the social distancing time as people are not practicing. Also, used the self checkout and target associate didnt clean machine after the customer checked out. I would be cleaning each machine after each usage before the next customer can use, that is just me. she stood at the front watching us with her gloves on and the bottle of disinfectant in her hand.

Do not go to this location. The kids who work here are very rude and did not want to help me. I went to return items at the customer service area and it was a group of boys who just looked at me and then walked away. Took awhile to get help. STAY AWAY

Ross and Burlington has better prices for the same quality of items so I will definitely choose those stores over Target. I chose a high score because I was able to save $60 on my purchase but my friends and family members are not likely to use any coupons so they would waste their money at target!Plus, Target has amazing deals on Black Friday which is unfortunately not celebrated at Ross.

Be very careful when leaving nice cars there. They damaged mine. Not cool, you have been warned. Drive up only for now.

Will not be coming to this store in the future. Simple customer service courtesy is not extended here. Find a different location. Apparently every different target has different customer service standards.

Todays experience in your electrictronics department was extraordinary, thanks to Megan B, Tamera, and Tanner. These women assisted me with establishing a Consumer Cellular account, were able to utilize my existing phone, transferred all my data, Apps and contacts, and did it all with a patience, professionalism, and sense of humor that are seldom found in todays retail stores. These are the kinds of employees that make Target an outstanding retain operation.

The store is clean and organized. Employees throughout able to help. The man at the cash register was very friendly. He checked us out quickly and chatted with us pleasantly throughout the transaction.

Purchased Philips Hue light strips on a promotion that included receiving a $35 gift card. I returned the item unopened the next week and was told by the returns manager, Laura, that they do not refund the gift card, even though that was not advertised when making the purchase. I asked if she would make an exception considering that was not indicated, even in fine print. She said no.Great trick to get people to purchase a non-refundable gift card and only return the item less the $35. Looks like Ill be back to shopping at Amazon.

Clean and well stocked. Very nice staff and very helpful. Good selection on women’s shoes as well as clothing. Not any sales going on so have to wait other than that it’s a great store.

This Target is pretty nice, clean, stocked, and pretty well laid out. The pricing is pretty reasonable on most products. I think they have just about everything you might be looking for. The indoor temperature is great for when its hot outside. I purchased sporting clothes which I found available in just about every size. When I asked for help the staff was willing and helpful. Overall satisfied. It wasnt busy at check out and they do have self check outs.

I love it! Target has everything, almost too much. My friend and I have an on going joke about how proud we are if we just bought the item(s) we originally went in for. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there is generally a Starbucks inside of you want to feel a little fancy while shopping.

While shopping I heard more than once the announcements and/or advertisements broadcast throughout the store were in Spanish first and then in English. Target is an American company. We speak English in America. We speak English in Costa Mesa, California. I have talked to the manager, Hispanic, about my complaint and he lied and said the English part is broadcast first then the Spanish interpretation. He said I must have not been in the store long enough to hear the English first. I let him know I had heard more than one cycle of the broadcasts as I was shopping for over an hour. Same as my visit yesterday. It is insulting to your American customers! There are cities that are majority Hispanic like Santa Ana, or East Los Angeles, but Costa Mesa is not one of them. I shall tell my friends & family about this Target but it wont be a recommendation. Please show your American pride! Please stop insulting your American customers! Americans stopped shopping at Radio Shack and Sears enough to force stores to close - I had also complained when they broadcast in Spanish first in Costa Mesa, CA. Just saying...

Easily the best Target Ive been to, all the employees are super friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and everything in its place. This is a very popular spot so be weary of lines from time to time. Does have self check-out but that has a line too. Starbucks and food available as well.

Im so sad. I used to love shopping at target, and now I just hate it (at least at this location). Shopping for clothing at this target has become a huge pain. Every department I visit is just a huge pile of random clothing strewn about everywhere. It doesnt matter if its morning, evening, weekday, weekend... its just a disaster. Even the laundry soap department had a spill or something and there was soap covering all the containers which then got all over my hands as I tried to grab one. I use the Target app to make my list, but theres no hope in ever finding anything I need once I get to the store. I thought the remodel would help things, but it seems like its just turned the store into a giant pile of clothing that I have to dig through.The employees are nice and do their best to help, but usually even they cant find the items Im looking for (even though it shows as in-stock in their system). Ive had this horrible experience one too many times. Time to find a new place to shop.

Just walked out of this Target after being in there for almost an hour. Walked in to buy a 50 - 55 class TV and couldnt get anybody to help me....one guy was too busy helping his buddy that had to keep calling his Dad to ask questions, and 3 other ladies were too busy talking amongst themselves....COVID is not an excuse to not do your JOB....

I love this Target. The staff are always so kind and so helpful! Target really has done an amazing job surviving and thriving market-changes. Although I am sure corporate has a part in the great customer-service provided, I cant help but give the majority of credit to the amazing staff that is hired. They are always so happy to help, are almost always funny, and are well-aware of their inventory. There is a specific girl who works here that I have seen over the past several years who is so nice. I only hope management and corporate give them the necessary recognition for making us customers genuinely happy.

Honesty literally has no payoff here at Target. 2 days ago I found money on the ground and turned it into Guest Services / lost and found because I believed that one should be able to drop money and go ask if someone turned it in and get a yes answer. 48 hours later I called back a services to see if anyone had claimed it. Well they couldnt tell me yes or no over the phone, the young lady said that if I drove down and the amount they would give it to me. This was outstanding news as I am a single mom. So I use a little bit of gas in my tank to drive down here. when I get here I am told that any money turned in here whether its off the floor, someone leaves it in the South check or at the register becomes property of Target. So do yourself a favor and dont bother doing a good deed cuz all youre doing is making Target richer. It wouldnt be a big deal if they hadnt told me yes over the phone. Oh well. I still did the right thing. No son..we cant afford juice.

I walked into the makeup aisle and Perla helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was super polite and very helpful even offering personal recommendations on brands. Amazing! I wasnt aware Target had this service available. Will definitely make this location my go to from now on.

The woman in the self-checkout area was not helpful in all and in fact quite rude. When something was mispriced on the shelf I informed her yet she spoke to me like I was lying. Turns out it was mispriced but nothing was done, shew or fixed. It was clearly misslabed, yet I was labeled as a thef. Thanks for nothing, extremely awful experience.

This location is terrible with in store pickup. Closing the entrance closest to the guest service counter/drive thru pickup is not efficient and made many other guests that were in line with me upset.I understand this store has a huge shortage(asset protection) issue, but it doesnt benefit other guests shopping in the store. Just put another AP at the door.

The service by one employee was outstanding. I think she went above and beyond trying to help me find a shirt that I saw three weeks ago. I could have swore she wasnt going to find it, but she did and she even looked in the nightgown section and thats where she found it?? I was so impressed. Havent had that kind of service in a long time at a department store A-Plus Bravo

Great pharmacy, they and the stores customer service is great, nice to shop at times when we need to wait for prescriptions, good prices and they carry most of what we need.Customer Service in store is great, remember the Target Circle for extra savings. One negative, auto payments go through and they still charge late fee on the Target Card...couple friends had the problem

This is a large Target store. They definitely could use more cashiers to operate the check-out lanes during peak hours. Still, its size & the surrounding stores make it a worthwhile trip when trying to get several things done.

Target in Costa Mesa is a hot spot for COVID-19 cases. They’re refusing to inform the public, and are not doing anything for their employees. It’s disgusting how much they don’t care. I cannot believe they’re still open.

This is smaller than what i would call a superstore. Its a usual target. I went to buy shoes. The pair i liked didnt have my size. Most of the others i liked didnt have the colour i was looking for. The price was good, though. I took a pair half a size shorter and its worked out okay. the self check out was smooth. There are a few food places around, in case that is of interest. Being on the corner of Harbor and Baker helps.

Love this Target, large and clean. I come here for the electronics section. They are well stocked when I am trying to find that amazing deal, on something going on clearance. The guys working in the department a very friendly and always help with anything I am looking for. If they don’t have it, they will give me a list of any target around the area I should visit next.Black Friday: I was amazed by my black Friday experience last year at this target. They are very organized, and distribute bracelets for the high ticket items. They crowd control by only letting groups of people in at a time. They were also very well stocked on every sale item. Definitely worth a visit if this is your kind of thing.
