Amazing experience

This store is a ripoff. They gladly take your money but if you try and return it they are never cooperative. I will never buy a Boss product again!!

Awful service. Not welcoming employees. I went to buy a suit and salesman was dismissive and unhelpful and snobby. I went to Bloomingdales and got great service there and purchased a suit. shame on Hugo boss management for being so incompetent.

Great brand but sales are on the light side, try Bloomingdale for best discount on the brand

On Saturday April 12th around 5 pm I entered the store with my girlfriend to a lady and gentleman fixing clothes at the store. I proceed to ask about the lace of my shoes that has recently broke and the Hispanic lady immediately refers me to Nordstrom without even stopping what she was doing- OFFENDING. I was shook. She then started questioning whether I bought it at that particular store like I dont even where to buy Hugo Boss in the first place. Pretty much after repeated, mostly one sided enquiries on my behalf, I am ultimately referred to Nordstrom for laces. You would expect that a high end designer store would at least give you a post sales experience and try to ask about the product you bought,when you bought it or at least what design it was- not the case at all!!!!Having shopped at Hugo boss before this particular level of customer experience received was no better than that of the local farmers market. No longer interested in this store and the brand at all with proven alternatives present. The faulty shoes will just be a reminder of that.Store #1212

The store manager Esther Ko is the rudest, the most impolite and unmannerly person.People like he are not suppose to work with other people.

Dont expect good services here that you would expect when paying so much. The quality is subpar and selection limited. Boss stores are not like they use to be
