Small mens section

I went in yesterday to this store, I asked the purse Monogram. The sellers said that they do not have this and that I confused them with Polo Raulph Lauren and they sent me to the Central Department Store in Ralph Lauren. In TSUM, I went to YSL (which I needed initially) and bought what I wanted. Monogram is a classic line and its sellers could not know. What it was - arrogance, unprofessionalism - I did not understand 🤷♀️.
