Love Volcom, Clothes are durable and comfy. Theyre also hip for surfing skateboarding snowboarding and just casual wear.

Been selling junk clothes that fall apart for decades. The price they sell this junk they call clothes you think the board shorts you buy would last more than 6 months. Had one pair fell apart in 6 months. They replaced with a warranty and the second pair fell apart at the seams even quicker. The second pair I never wore I’m the ocean or a pool, and wore them about 20 times tops. Buy RVCA, Hurley, or billabong these companies can make a quality product that last. Later Volcom and your junk clothes. Never bought your garbage anyway just had to get a pair of shorts a day before my vacation and unfortunately thought maybe since you went public your quality would’ve improved. Quests not.

Christmas Eve last minute shopping with the boys. Always a great place if you have the ability to visit and shop. Atmosphere is a positive vibe and the apparel the last couple years has been sick.

It is a good site, but I didnt find information about their international outsourcing.

Called to buy a bulk supply of hats for a skydiving business. The receptionist answered the phone with a slightly negative tone. I went on to describe why I was calling and in the middle of my explanation loud drums started playing into the phone as if she put me on hold. I spoke out loud did she just put me on F#*ing hold then she replied did you just curse at me. I went on to say hello? Confused if im on hold or not. once i realized she was there I apologized for cursing. She replied with a very nasty attitude can I help you. I replied no you cant and hung up. Whats just as offending is in the middle of a sentence being cut off by loud drums (still dont know what that was) and not understanding that I did not directly curse her. Plus we are all adults maybe my industry is more crude but its normal for people to indirectly curse around me through out the day so it doesnt offend me. Anyway I called happy and hung up with a little peace of her bad mood. wont be doing any business with them in the future now.

They wouldnt even let us in. Said its for employees and friends and family only. Wont sell to the public. Then they should remove it from the Yahoo and Google sites listed as a retail store. They dont want my money, then fine. Billabong,Roxy, RVCA and Element are better brands anyway.Wont ever buy any of that brand ever again anywhere! This place blows!
