My girlfriend got exactly the pairs of Vans she was looking for, as we are Vans People. Journeys doesnt feel as bougie as the rest of the South Coast Plaza Mall but feels just as comfortable (for adults and teenagers) to shop in as I remember growing up.

Very kind and helpful staff

This is a chain store offering mostly shoes and accessories, like bookbags and caps. Personally, Id say come for the shoes..sneakers. They have a nice selection of brands like Converse, Adidas, Vans and some Dr Martins. Personally, Id stay away from the Dr Martins..this is not where I would buy them. But their prices and selection of casual shoes is good and generally their service is great. Staff is usually quick to offer help and are friendly.

I shopped here for the 1st time yesterday & had an awesome experience. Was looking for a pair of specific shoes for my bf but couldnt find them. Luckily a red haired gentleman assisted us. He knew exactly what we were looking for & got us a pair in my bfs size. He loves them & I think they fit great! Thank you, to the employee who went above & beyond to help us. We really appreciate it!
