Luxury shopping can be a hit or miss depending on your store associate. Due to the pandemic, there is a limit on how many can be inside the store at a time so expect to wait to get in. I was fortunate to have a nice and patient SA named Andy. He was patient and helpful with all my questions regarding my purchase. It was a pleasant experience.

Terrible customer service ever. I visited there three times, and the chinese woman and man were very rude and they didnt care about their customer. They changed their attitude when they treat other customers. However, Andy, chinese guy was very kind and helpful. Except him, ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES WERE SUCKS.

I love Dior and its products, but I completely agree with many reviews. terrible customer service. a lot of people work, but only one serves. others stand to communicate or imitate work. already several times observed such a picture. communicate in Chinese. thats why I began to teach him and understand a lot. it makes it even more unpleasant. I bought today sandals that are sold out everywhere. at first the seller said they werent: then she said that someone had already bought them. then when I said that I called the hot line costumer service, they were found. didnt even apologize. quickly packed the shoes and gave the package. I said thank you to which the answer came mmmm uhu! spending a lot of money here and wanting a little kinder service. I wont come here.

Worst customer service ever. Person guarding the door was incredibly rude and staff didn’t seem like they cared to be there. I’d drive the three hours to get to The Rodeo Drive Dior if I have to, they have always had better service. If you’re debating on coming here, don’t.

First time shopping at Dior and the staff is just lovely. My SA, Sarah Yang, was just incredible at her job. She was very thorough with my whole experience shopping for my bag. Best service I’ve received in a while from a great brand. They’ve definitely earned my loyalty.

Its the worst place to shop, we waited more than 20 minutes,at least 4 people came out but the person who was standing by the door didnt let us to get in so we ended up leaving, its a policy to have a sales associate available, as 4 people we saw in the store only one was helping a customer. I didnt expect such a poor customer service

I wish there is an option for zero star review.This store has the worst customer service ever. Store closing hour is at7. i was waiting in line until 6:40 pm and was told that I cannot go in.If I want to,I would need a private appointment with the sa. Thanks

Awful experience working with the manager David. As a store employee I was told to enforce strict security rules to limit the number of customers allowed in the store because of covid. All customers had to wait in a line outside before being let in. There was one customer who refused to wait in line and she insisted on coming in regardless of the rules. I told her at least 3 times that she had to wait in line but she refused. She snapped at me and called me rude. She then complained to David and said that I had been rude to her, even though I was just enforcing the store rules that he told me to follow strictly. He got upset with me and gave me a verbal warning saying that my behavior was inappropriate and that I needed to improve my people skills. However, he just assumed what the customer said was automatically true; he never even asked me my side of the story. I tried to explain it to him, but he would hear none of it. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. He took the side of a rude customer over his own employee. I have worked with Dior for a long time and have never had any complaints from customers before. Because of covid, things have gotten worse with customers, and David does not seem to take this into account. He also frequently allows some customers to force their way in if they are aggressive enough, and yes, he even allows them to cut in line in front of others. This makes our job so much more stressful. David, if you ever read this, here are some things for you to consider: Why would I deliberately be rude to a customer? Why would I put my job on the line like that? Why would you automatically take the side of the customer before asking me what happened first? Why would you refuse to hear my side of the story? Why would you assume that I was being rude when I have no history of being rude to customers? Why would you deliberately damage trust with your employees just to appease an aggressive customer? And why would you still reject my side of the story after I explained it to you?David, you are not a good manager, that is the truth. I dont like having to do things like this, but there seems to be no other option since you dont really want to make things right. I hope that you can learn better management skills. I am definitely considering reporting you to higher level management.

This boutique sold me an expired perfume from their Maison line, Bois dargent, at final sale. It smell so rancid and totally unwearable.I could not have inspected the perfume at the store due the packaging being sealed and the boutique wouldnt help in replacing the item.Contacted Diors online customer service email and they too are just pushing the issue around without any intention of resolving the issue for over three weeks now.Totally unacceptable and highly disappointing for a brand of such pedigree.

If I am purchasing something high end/luxury, I truly do expect great customer service! PERIOD!My experience shopping there was terrible. I was interested in a mini Dior Ultra matte pink I had seen at the store a couple of days before. I did not purchase because I wanted to give myself sometimes to think about it. I was going to be out of town for a couple of days, so I was planning to purchase the purse online. However, since the main websites collection did not have it, I returned to the store before I left to make a final decision. I also wanted to ask about how to take care of the product since its a matte finish. The representative who helped me that day was FERNANDO. He wasnt enthusiastic as I asked him about the purse. Maybe, I revealed that I originally had planned to make a purchase online and not in store so he would receive a commission!? When I asked him how to take care of the product, he answered me frankly that the color would wear off eventually, nothing I can do to prevent it. Duh! I know. I would say he talked to me in such a condescending voice. BEYOND RUDE x1! When I was holding it, as soon as he finished his sentence, he TOOK THE PURSE OUT OF MY HAND WITHOUT ASKING! BEYOND RUDE X2!!!! My shopping experience there lasted for less than 5 mins.Again, If I am purchasing something high end/luxury, I truly do expect great customer service! PERIOD!Dior usually has excellent customer service, not this time with you FERNANDO!

There was a male employee at the entrance of Dior for Womens dress, tall, thin and black, really irresponsible. He didnt arrange the queuing guests well, and he couldnt tell the queuing sequence of the guests. His attitude was particularly bad. His working attitude is particularly bad. He is derelict in his work, arrogant, impolite and unfriendly. He discriminates against his guests and against anyone whiter than himself! Why did these employees humiliate Dior on the doorstep of dior?

We were at the Dior for women at South coast Plaza. We bought the perfume Espahan that my wife was looking for. The cashier held us up for 15 minutes to “count her cash”. When questioned her and discussed it with her manager, we were told that it is “their procedure”. When you charge $220 for a 15ounces of perfume, you can either get an extra cashier, or a cashier that can count quicker, or a manager who is qualified to by pass the protocol. Are we shopping at Target or Dior?We ended up purchasing the perfume. But the experience at CVS for a $2.20 pack of gum was much more pleasant.Needless to say attitude belonged in Salvation Army.

I was in a huge rush and called in to see if they had an item I was looking for. Yoshi picked up and was super nice and friendly. She told me she would hold it at the counter for me. Came in and she was just as nice in person. Thank you Yoshi for your amazing service.

I just want to say that the difficult Asian salesperson who speaks Chinese is very poor. When I bought the bag, he was very enthusiastic. When I paid, he gave me the receipt and he saw another customer he seemed to know., I just handed the receipt to me and greeted him with a smile without saying anything. The one who seemed to be an old customer, then I wanted to say a word to him and he ignored me. I thought it was really funny and wanted you. When I bought the bag, I greeted me with a smile, and my face changed immediately after I paid the money. Really speechless!
