I came down to this dealership because I got my first car here. I came back looking for another one because the service is exceptional. I wanted a truck and after being taken to the lot to look at their selections I noticed their was a few I liked. Before I chosen one, I wanted the color Grey. I looked at 5 then the last one I saw sitting there was a nice full size crew cab in the color Grey. This vehicle beats any other vehicle that I was hoping to buy. Their are great deals and I highly recommend coming here for their service.

Literally the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was obvious issues wrong with my vehicle and they said they couldn’t find anything. Drove 15 minutes out of the dealership and broke down. Do not ever take your vehicles here.

I finally was able to get the recall scheduled and completed. Everybody was friendly and I was provided a very nice loaner. The only thing that would’ve topped off the experience would have been for someone to explain and show exactly what was done.
My Yukon had a recall notice for the passenger side airbag and I was contacted by the dealership and the parts were ordered. A reserved time was given and all went well. While I had the truck in I had one other item repaired. The work was completed quickly and I picked up a clean truck a few hours later. As always I was very satisfied with the service provided by this dealership.

He asked me if I wanted to wait there and I said I’ll go for a walk. I walked about 40 minutes then went back. I thought I would have to wait a bit in the customer service area but nope, as I walked up my car was already done.

Fred was my service advisor twice in a two week period. Once when I brought our truck in for an oil change and again when I brought my suv in for a faulty tail light that was covered under warranty. Both times Fred provided a reasonable time for service to be completed, was courteous and provided updates on the status of the service.

Im not a huge review guy but for most of us buying a car is a pretty big deal and something we want to get right. Im happy to say I got it 100% right by working with Suburban GMC and namely Vic Tavitian to purchase my 2020 GMC Acadia.Vic is 5 stars on follow up, product knowledge, and process knowledge. He was never the pushy sales guy and from the get go, he gave me an incredible offer... there was no haggling, no shell game, etc. I called all the local GMC dealers and no one was better... really, not even close.If youre considering a car they have, definitely go hear first and as far as the SUV itself goes... I couldnt be happier. The 2020 Acadia is on point in every area. Design, features, and ride quality are all great.. I almost pulled the trigger on the Telluride but once you get in and drive them both the Acadia was the better choice.
Came over the weekend to purchase a car, salesman was john bunch. Interaction for the most part was pleasant. Since it was Sunday Johsaid he would call the following day with bank fiance numbers. The following day I was waiting for his call till about 3pm where then I called the store. His coworker said he remembered me and will tell John to contact me . Never heard from them again. At first we were gonna pay 18k cash but was able to get more . I was so disappointed cause they ha e the car I want at a great deal but never followed back up with us after spending hours their prior .We ended up going to OC auto exchange and paid for a lexus 25k outright was in and out with in two hours, very friendly and even called me the next day to check up.You would think withcovid youd take extra care of your clients .. step your game up mr. Bunch .

I brought my 2016 Sierra in for an oil change and while driving to your establishment, the check engine light came on. Cruz informed me that the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. But, they had to be back ordered. When they came in, Cruz informed me that it would require keeping my vehicle for a couple of days. Not a big deal, but I was concerned my aging mother and the possibility of a medical emergency occurring. Without my asking, Cruz set me up with a loaner. This greatly relieved my anxiety. Cruz has always shown concern for my mother and always asks about her whenever I visit. Cruz is a great asset to your organization. Thank you Cruz!

This dealership has many friendly employees. The specific one I will mention is Raymond Whipp. He is very polite, patient, and not pushy on sales. He treats you with respect and will listen to you. I recommend speaking with him when inquiring on a vehicle. The prices at this dealership are also better than many other places out there. Overall, I would return and I do recommend.

Ive been love the GMC truck very long times and i love mine too (6 months ago). but after experiences purchased the GMC with this place. My credit is just totally a mess. Now im not only dislike the place, sales, manager. bad reputation for gmc products. The fact, these people just want to get your money as much as they possibly can, they dont give a beep what, how u think about their services or themselves. dont think that they shake hand, telling jokes make u laugh is your bestfriend ok. I HATE MY GMC now.

Dont fall this dealerships deceptive practice trying to buy your used car. Tania stated that she could get close to my asking price for my used car but needed me to come in to see the car. I told her the price I was looking for and when I drove to dealership, took time out of my day she said the dealership could only offer 66% of my asking price. Complete waste of time. So dont waste your time.
Great experience buying my new Sierra here. Both Sean and Joe were easy to work with and very nice guys. We did a lot of the leg work over the phone and text before I drove down in the rain and it made a big difference in why I choose them to make the deal. Very little negotiation and realistic to trade in value and new vehicle value.

I am selling my old car and a few days ago I did my car assessment on the Suburban Buick GMC web site. Their system said that they might pay me at least 5,000, so the sales reps could make their couple of grands after having it reconditioned and selling it for 8-9 thousand. I was not going to sell it to this dealer, but right after my research I started getting phone calls, texts, emails from them like buying my car was their last chance, even though they knew it was old and had many miles on it. It is in great condition, though. I regularly service it and fix all the issues if any. So, somebody named Scott offered to book an appointment for them to do an appraisal of my vehicle. The morning of the day of the appointment I got bombarded with phone calls, emails and texts again. I confirmed that my wife would show up and was told that the sales manager would wait for her at 11:30 AM. When she brought the car to the location at the exact time she was told that the person who booked the appointment with me did not work there and there was no appointment booked at all. After a while they told that he was working, but had not been there for a couple of weeks, and the used car manager Benny pretended he did not understand why my wife was there. He and another guy whose name I do not know also pretended they were doing a big favor by looking at our car because they are not interested, they only want to do a trade-in. After a quick assessment of the car my wife was told our car costs 1,000 max and she should go to Carmax to see if they give us more. That looks like a ridiculous school play with many people with a role in it. The person who lures you does not show up, the others pretend they are not aware of anything, do you a favor talking to you, try to confuse you to make you sell your car for nothing so they take advantage of it, and if they cant do anything simply show you the door. Complete waste of time and gas. Using such tactics they will not gain any good reputation. I have also had quite unpleasant experience bringing my car for service to the Suburban GMC service center. They often tried to push me to get unnecessary services and repairs done. I knew that because I always ask for a second opinion elsewhere. One time when I was walking with my daughter around their building and showing her brand new shiny cars through the glass I was confronted and intimidated by their security guard. So, I think, this place is not worth visiting. You may be not welcome there if you do not look like you are going to pay them lots of money. I have been to many Buick dealerships, and this one is by far the unfriendliest.P.S. Scott, the person who booked the appointment and, according to the sales people, was not working there called me shortly after the visit and told me his shift started only an noon and he had asked his teammates to help my wife. Some shady things go on there.

The salesman was very nice and knew what he was talking about! But as for the financing and management they need a lot of help on getting paper work right and on the same page from the day people to the night people. Was told one number by the day financing/ manager that is why I flew 2000 miles to get this pickup. And then when I get there it it was a way different number than was told. Unethical dealer, misrepresented vehicle, did not keep promises and tries to pad deals with dealer add-ons. The epitome of a bad car dealer.Went to purchase a used truck from them, agreed on a price over the phone, was told they would deliver the vehicle to us. First quote comes to us and its padded with glass etching and other items not even on the truck. Then after being forced to come to the dealer the truck wasnt ready and had damages and missing features from the listing. Finally when trying to buy the car forced to wait 1.5 hours for the finance guy. Even after all that they wouldnt pay the $25 uber fare for us coming to the dealer a 2nd time. Ultimate pettiness and bad customer service.

I think the service department is very reasonable price wise and they get the job done right. My only complaint is that no one welcomed me when I walked into the dealership. I had to find service myself and once I went to that department I was welcomed. That being said Id still come back for my cars maintenance needs.
