I was an out of state buyer. Hesitant to purchase a Mercedes G550 sight unseen. Carlos, the manager and partner, made me feel completely at ease from my 1st phone call. He took pictures of the under carriage without asking to show me the PERFECT condition of the vehicle. There was no haggling, the vehicle was fairly priced. I had all proper documentation to provide the DMV in my state thanks to Carlos. A very straightforward transaction with an honest deal. Carlos even got the seller to send owners manual and window sticker, but made no promises he couldnt keep.

We bought an awesome 2014 Mercedes convertible from Carlos. He provided great service and was very patient. I hope to buy another car from him someday.

Our family bought a vehicle from this shop. They used a different name, Coast Automotive to sell us the vehicle and lied to our family about the condition of the vehicle. They said they repaired some major components of the car, so we felt very comfortable buying the vehicle. Turned out that the work was done very poorly and the car broke down almost causing a major accident.I was very surprised to find out that for many months, we were being given the run around, the parts are coming for things they broke. We can afford attorneys, but how many others must they have ripped off who can afford to hold them accountable?Bureau of Automotive Repair is the place to start complaints, but as a cash-strapped bureaucracy, they are slow and often not very effectual. In our case, everything is well documented.Dont buy from these guys.

I purchased my car from Carlos last week and wanted to share my experience. He is very supportive. The car was not available in my desired time so he drove the car to my address for the test drive to make up for it.He answered all my questions and was not pushing to sell the car to me. He was very patient and gave me a great car experience. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell car.

I didn’t have the best experience with them. They were fast like they were rushing things through and pushing a car that I didn’t intend to even look at it. When I did ask about the car they said I could qualify for they tried to downplay the car and push the Ford Fusion they “received” that day. We decided not to get the car and I asked for my license and paystubs. When asked about what I could offer I was rudely told “not possible” Sales lady got on to the phone told her supervisor my offer and left in a hurry. The lady supervisor who was NOT wearing a mask came in to try push the Ford Fusion to me again saying I was getting a deal. We said no thanks, and I got my stuff and left without a car and irritated with the whole buying process.
