John and Annie run the place and have for as long as I can remember. Included is a full service autoshop with mechanics I trust.Full disclosure, they are family friends. But whenever I need a car and my credit is trash, John finds a lender to work with my self-employed status. My mother is constantly finding things that need fixing on her car, and John takes care of her every time without any warranty. Same for me when my warranty lapsed. My dad grabs a new car from him every few years as well.Im now on my 3rd car from Jeepster. First was a Toyota Matrix after a bankruptcy many years ago, so terrible credit and high interest, but it got me started. Then I asked if he could track down a MazdaSpeed3 a few years later. Not long after I get a call he found one. 8 years later and a lot of miles + abuse by me the motor blew. 2 days later I leave the lot w a 2015 BMW iDrive 35i under 70k miles and drives like a dream!

Great experience buying my first car ever!! I had been searching for a particular vehicle type for 6 months. I had about given up until I saw the exact vehicle I wanted at Jeepster Auto Sales. I was located in Austin Texas and made the flight to Costa Mesa to get this SUV. I found and decided in the first week of September to buy the SUV. John graciously took a deposit from me over the phone via credit card and agreed to wait 3 weeks until I could fly out during the Pandemic for my Stepfathers funeral. John was masked up and sat in the back and provided bottled water for us which was much needed after the long flights!John went above and beyond for me. I let him know we were going to take 6 weeks and go through 6 states camping and social distancing hiking and he made sure the vehicle was rechecked bumper to bumper and did an oil change and made sure everything was good to go. John picked us up from the Airport where I did my test drive. Once at Jeepster the paperwork was ready to go, the tags had been renewed for a year, the Vehicle also came with a 108,000 Platinum warranty for the next year from the original owner! Since it had 85,000 on it this was well worth it. It was $40 to do the paperwork and John took care of that for me. While waiting for me to fly there John took the SUV to RacknRoad and had them install my racks so I could put a rooftop tent and awning on top of the vehicle. I paid for the cost, but he was kind enough to do this for me so I could immediately drive to Palm Springs for the funeral.The SUV: We drove her from Costa Mesa-Pam Springs-Big Bear-Salt Flats-Route 66 4 states-Utah Escalante, Bear Ears, Arches, Moab, Independence Pass (12,000 feet), Golden State Park, Boulder, Roswell (you get the idea.) We took her through loose sand, snow, off-roading; basically put her through the paces and she was a dream to drive and ride in.Wish I could post pictures!!! Okay, first off, let me start by saying that I dont think my car-buying-experience could possibly have gone better than it did this past week. As far as Im concerned Jeepster Auto Sales is the very best car dealership out there. And I do not say this lightly, I had spent months shopping around.Jeepster Auto had exactly what I was looking for: very nice clean BMW X3, with low miles, in excellent condition at a reasonable price.I actually live in Utah, so my choices were to either have the car shipped to me or find my way to California and drive the car back. I explained this and Annie and John went to work and called me back within a couple of hours with a quote for having the vehicle delivered to my doorstep, crucial information that I needed to help me make my decision.I decided that it would be cheaper to fly out to California and drive back to Utah.John has been in the car business for over 30 years and he and Annie have been running Jeepster Auto for close to 15 years. They do have a lot of experience and are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions that you might have.Annie and John are just wonderful people and these guys are the very best and will do anything (within reason) to make their customers happy. For example, they are normally closed on Sundays but they went out of their way to make an exception for me to be able to fly in, sign on and get the car on a Sunday, which is their only day off by the way. This is not the only thing, all I can say is that they went above and beyond for me as a customer.A concern that I had was deciding on the car and having it shipped to me before seeing it in person since I live in a different state. While this may be a genuine and valid concern, I am willing to personally vouch for Jeepster Auto and guarantee you that they do not sell bad cars. I was there and had a chance to look at some of their stock. Their vehicles look exactly like they do in the pictures on their website, if not better. So if you are looking to get a car shipped to you from Jeepster Auto rest assured that your are making a good decision and that you are getting your moneys worth.I am more than happy and satisfied with the car that they sold to me and I would definitely work with them again in the future. I do recommend these guys to anybody any day. You will not regret buying your dream car from them.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. I came in knowing the type of car I wanted and Charles set me up with everything I needed. He and all of the staff here are extremely helpful and welcoming. They make sure you have everything you need and are looking for. They have also helped me find upgrades that I wanted. He takes care of you with servicing the vehicle after you purchase it as well. The best place to purchase a vehicle you know you will be taken care of even after you purchase. They are not pushy sales people. They gave me the keys and said play with the car. If I had questions he easily answered them.It was not a long drawn out process like most dealerships. I will always recommend this company and there vehicles. As a side note, he knows insurance agents who can assist you as well and beat your current rates!

I 100% dont recommend this dealership. Looked at an f350 diesel for sale. I found problems with the truck and diagnosed the problems for them. Asked if they could fix this before I purchase so its not brought back right away for warranty work. They said would fix the truck and then called and said they did fix it and when could I come back to pick it up. Told him Ill be there this weekend for sure to get it with cash in hand. They said sounds good and would hold it till then. Showed up this morning to pick up the truck and he replys we actually sold it yesterday but with no phone call or text to let me know when I drove 70 miles to get there with no ride home expecting to drive the new truck home. And he proceeds to try and sell me a different truck that I wasnt interested in. Walked out of that place and do not recommended it to anyone. Truck had problems in the condition they were trying to sell it. Horrible management from sales manager Charlie. Dont waste your time at this place.

I came up from San Diego, and he recommended I take the train, then he picked me up at the train station and brought me to the dealership. Just way above and beyond.The feeling was low pressure. Im a leave me alone and let me look around kind of guy. I told Charlie I was going to look around the car and be back in a few. Most people just sit there and hover, but he just left me alone to do my thing.Awesome cars on the lot, too. They have a Porsche 911 Turbo I was drooling over. OK, first off, This dealership runs like no other. Customer service is so detail and professional and personable. Charlie, who runs the dealership is one of the most unique people in Auto sales. He is so anal retentive about customer satisfaction in everything from getting you the best loan to making sure you are in the right car and will even talk you out of a more expensive car where he would stand to make more money. Which is why he has so much return business and thats what he wants, for everyone to leave there feeling like they will come back and tell others about how good they are treated. I was debating buying from a dealer or buying private and went shopping to check out a Volkswagen wagon which I ended up buying. Charlie was a big help, and didnt push me. Very easy, all the paper work was easy and Charlie helped me to understand it. The people in the office are very friendly and were helpful in solidifying my decision to purchase the car. The car is great, I am very happy with my purchase, and I would most definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. It is MUCH better and the people are way nicer than some of the other scummy dealerships in the area.They were all very happy to help me which made for a pleasant buying experience.

Such wonderful sales staff, it really didnt feel like a pressure-filled, buyer beware type of experience. They get customer service; we felt taken care of and informed throughout the entire process. In October 2014 I bought a 2007 Lexus LS 460 from Charlie and could not be happier. I flew down to LA from Sacramento and the car was exactly as described if not better. I bought a Mercedes C350 SS from Charile Cha in May of 2015. I found such a great deal and Charlie although he didnt budge on his price did however offer me a better extended warranty than the bank did. I was able to negotiate a free oil change out of it. So, I did save some money. After I test drove it I knew I wanted this car, Charlie was very personable and made the purchase smooth. I was very satisfied when I drove it off the lot.

I am sorry that the folks below feel that they had an unpleasant experience. My experience was the complete contrary. Charlie and John are the kindest fellows in the Orange County area! They took real good care of me - and as I just moved to LA recently, the loan process was not entirely simple so Charlie went above and beyond to make sure I got approved - mind you, this is a used 02 Maxima Im referring to - so Im sure he had bigger fish to fry. Took care of me like family. These people are straight shooters, and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their first or follow-up vehicle.
