I purchased a 2018 M3 here, and dealt with some of the coolest sales representatives. Before coming to California Beemers I went elsewhere and looked at vehicles, only to get sales reps that didnt seem to want to be there with me to begin with. Tod & Dan made me feel like I was talking with one of the bros and that alone made me feel great about purchasing my M3. Car was in very good condition, came with all the paperwork you could possibly ask for, before you even ask for it. They detailed the car and applied some protective coat that seems to be doing its job quite well. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy their M cars, to come here.

Beware - Deceptive pricing! Everything goes along well until you ask for final numbers and them listed. First the agreed price was more, worst - they added surface protection for $989, also LoJack for $995, registration and fees were all increased!! Terrible! Management should reconsider their bad policies. When I said I didnt want these upsells, they told me I had no choice. Well I do have a choice - I purchased a car from the BMW dealer in Santa Ana. They gave Honest Great Service, Pricing, and Experience.

Overall it was a great experience! There were minor issues with the tires but Rourke was very responsive to all of my texts over the weekend and outside of business hours and they were able to correct the issue right away. They focus on the customer and make the experience outstanding.

I purchased a car here in October of 2020 and was impressed with the sales staff here as they were so knowledgeable. I just visited the store a week ago in search for a family car and had another amazing experience with Mariah, she knew so many details about every model of cars; Tesla, BMW and Lexus. It was very impressive. She was sooooo patient, I test drove 3 cars a few times. In the end I did not purchase a car from her and it truly made me sad, I wanted to find this car with her. My experience at this dealership had its ups and downs. The first and most critical part is the exceptional customer service provided by Dan the sales guy. He was extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to chat with. You could tell he loves selling BMW and knows a lot about them. There were some issues throughout the process with the dealership from finance to taking the car. Im enjoying the 2017 740i I picked up from here about 2 weeks ago, but after driving it for a while, Ive found the cars shifting to be delayed making it uncomfortable to drive, even though it has 25k miles. Its definitely not broken but is uncomfortable especially for a 7 series. The sales advisors are overall friendly but I find the General Manager Frank a bit self assertive and intrusive. They have an excellent inventory of msport package BMWs which is a huge plus for anyone picky about options, just be sure to test drive thoroughly.

What a great and ideal place California Beemers is to buy your BMW. From the moment I started the inquiry process, and after I found my car it was a pretty smooth transaction. Their website is simple and very easy to navigate through and they have a lot of pictures of the cars up for sale. My Sales Rep or BMW Product Specialist I had the pleasure of working with was Mark Cullinane. Talk about a nice guy and just really friendly! Mark is friendly and a good family man. He was sharing with me pictures and stories about him and his family, just things you don’t expect from people in sales. He just made the whole shopping for the car experience pleasant. I also worked with Rich Salmonson, the Sales Manager, and when we went over the numbers, it was explained in detail and no gimmicks sale and I liked that experience. After that, I went to Chrystie Muncy, who is the Finance Manager. I found Chrystie to be a pleasant person and she and I struck up a good conversation, while I was finalizing all of my paperwork. Now I can go on and on about this place and the people, but I will cut it short and just give my recommendation. If you are in the market for a used BMW, California Beemers is definitely the place to go! They work with all of the local BMW in the Southern California and that is pretty much where they get all of their cars, so they are all low mileage, one owner, leased cars and still have the BMW Warranty.

Starting with a call from Stan and ending with Mark I had nothing but the best experience at California Beemers. I test drove, inspected and financed my i3 and was out the door in under 3 hours. I had let them know I was coming from 100 miles away so they made sure I was fully charged and fueled up so I wouldnt have to stop on my way home.

1 week ago today, my husband and I drove 30ish miles to California Beemers because I wanted to test drive a specific BMW 530i that I had found on Car Gurus. When we arrived, I spotted the car immediately. But we walked around to look at other cars on the lot. Once we looped back to the car I came to check out, Mariah came out to ask if I had any questions. I told her that I wanted to test drive the car, she went in to get the key and moved the car up front for me. The car was as awesome as I expected but I didnt want to decide impulsively, so I told her that I wanted to sleep on it. She assured me it was no problem, and offered to connect me with Richard just to run the numbers. He was very helpful (again, NO PRESSURE, ) and the numbers worked, but again, I wanted to sleep on it. They were understanding and gave me their phone numbers to text with any questions or concerns. The next day was Easter Sunday and I had decided that I definitely wanted the car. I texted them both to let them know my decision and Richard got the paperwork and the car ready for my arrival. Mariah was off that day spending time with family, but when I told her I would come back in the afternoon, she came in to work just to make sure she was a part of the full experience. She was great! Overall, it was the best car-buying experience Ive ever had, and I highly recommend the team at California Beemers.

Worst experience ever. They claim to sell 35% of cars out of state but wont even respond to customers after 2 days. Sales manager Frank was extremely rude and insulting. Could you imagine telling a customer I dont want to sell you the car just because I dont feel like it if this is how you treat out of state customers I can only imagine how you treat your locals. Sales managers and sales people should really have a meeting one on one with each other because they seem to tell customers 2 different things so Im utterly confused on to what I am supposed to believe. Oh and for Connor (sales person) you may want to pull back on trying to sale so hard its clearly transparent. People know what they want and what they want to buy. Honestly very confused on to how they have any good reviews! Save yourself time, energy, and dignity and go somewhere where the customer is valued. Either way, the longer cars dont get sold the more the dealerships have to pay just to have it parked on the lot . So good luck on selling inventory with your sales manager Frank who tells customers he would rather just not sell them a car!

I went to California Beemers with the intent to test drive a few vehicles, and see what was out there. That mindset quickly changed, when I arrived on site. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. I was greeted kindly by a non-pushy salesman, (Todd) who promptly got me behind the wheel of the very car I was interested in. While driving it, I uncovered that his knowledge of his cars, was quite extensive. He was able to explain the function of every button and control inside. He also had a fine test drive track plotted out, that allowed me to investigate every aspect of performance. Phase 1 went quite smoothly. Once the decision was made to purchase, that too went as smoothly as such a process can be. No pressure and genuine honesty, put me into my first ultimate driving machine. That is what one should expect from California Beemers. Side note: they are fully stocked with better snacks than any other car dealership. Trust me.

Finally a great car buying experience! I had been looking for a low mileage BMW 650i convertible. Barbara at California Beemers was super professional and followed up with me without being pushy. She gave me all the information I needed and set up an appointment that worked for my crazy schedule. I came all the way from LA and it was totally worth it. The car was clean and as perfect as described. Barbara could not have been better. Super nice and knowledgeable about all the features and details of my car. We sat down and California Beemers could not have made the purchase easier. The manager Frank was incredibly detailed and made my wife Cindy and I very comfortable and answered all our questions. Frank handled everything detail with speed and professionalism. Frank even traded out the silver BMW kidney grilles and replaced them with black ones like I wanted. The icing on the cake is that they put a beautiful red bow on the car and that made us feel great about our purchase and showed their focus on customer service. I love my car but they sold me a car that had front end damage not shown on Carfax. When I purchased the car, the report was clean. Now Carfax shows damage and my car’s value is lower because of it. Not disclosed and not cool. My guess is they bought the car with the damage, repaired it, and sold it before Carfax caught up. Not salvage, but still the damage should have been disclosed and it was not. On the positive side, the car has been great and so has the extended warranty I purchased with the vehicle. No disclosure of the accident is not cool and lowers my value. Be warned that you might end up in the same situation dealing with California Beemers.

Very fast and easy experience at the dealership in terms of paperwork, signatures, all that jazz. Probably only took an hour, including the test-drive to make sure the car was in great shape.Minus 1 star as this is still a traditional dealer model that makes its money on semi-aggressive up-selling of warranty, paint coatings, anti-theft, etc.Overall would buy again.

I absolutely loved coming up to Costa Mesa to find my new BMW, California Beemers has fantastic selections and incredible customer service. They also gave me the full market price on my trade-in and were more than happy for me to get a second opinion at CarMax, which I did. Both quoted me exactly the same amount. Frank also showed me the online listings of the equivalent of my trade-in car within a 500-mile radius to show what prices those cars were going for. John was also great to work with and the three of them really made me feel valued throughout the process.Dan ensured that any minor scratches, etc. were removed from my car before I picked it up, and they also did a great job on the interior too, which looks brand new now!Overall, I’d highly recommend CA Beemers. These guys have a great reputation and I can see why.

California Beemers come highly recommended. Drove up from Oceanside because they had the car we wanted. Traded our 2011 528i for a 2016 528i. They were open and honest about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, and gave us a fair price for our trade-in. I worked with Barbara, Steve, and John. All three were professional during this process. Their cars are top notch used BMW that are not standard out-of-the-dealer purchases. Each car was a custom or special order car. Their prices are extremely fair and below other used car dealers. They specialize in BMWs only (with a few special off brands as well). If you are looking for a used newer model this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The only reason I gave two stars was because Monica was great with my husband and I to find a car that my husband liked and was extremely helpful at finding cars he could test drive. She even took the time to check on us a week after to see how she can still help us but we made a deal elsewhere. As for financing they were worst! They not only kept us delayed on the approval when trying to reach them always too busy for us to find the right deal for us for the car my husband wanted. Then they offered a different car than the one we wanted! If I would base my review on finance and the inner office service I would have given negative stars! My husband and I ended up going to Irvine BMW got a better deal my husband got to choose what he wanted for his car. Top of the line treatment and selections the entire dealership treated us with respect, courtesy, professionalism and took us as serious buyers that we are. Even gave me a $1000 discount for receiving my masters degree a couple of weeks ago. If you want a top of the line car go to were they originally come from BMW corporate dealer because guaranteed if you are a serious negotiator and buyer you will leave with your dream BMW! By the way the corporate BMW dealer also told us California Beemers has no relations with BMW the cars that come with warranty is because the first owners bought them that way and the warranty transfers over. The extended warranties we got for my husbands car can transfer to the next owner if we decide to sale it. Dont be afraid of big dealerships because they can go the long way to find you a deal.

California Beemers has great cars, team workers and customer service. They are awesome, very friendly, professional, and patient. Tod is a good salesman. He knows BMW cars well and explained the detail of the different car to me, he was very nice and let me know about the road and showed me details about the car during the driving test on the different cars. We bought the car finally and it was very late over 10:30pm. We came back for finishing the oil coats for entire inside and outside of the car after three days. There were good communications between customer and car dealer. Tod answered me back right away, and he made sure I had rides to the shopping mall during the oil coating service. Overall we had a very good experience with California Beemers, they have great cars there and good team workers, from manager to salesman. I will recommend California Beemers to my family and friends.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. We arrived on a busy Saturday at noon and they quickly had the car we were looking at washed and ready for us to test drive. The purchasing process was very easy. We had a special request and they really worked to meet our needs. The next day we discovered an issue with the car and we called and they didnt hesitate to make it right. We came back the next weekend to resolve the issue and they remembered our name, greeted us and washed the car again before we left. I literally just texted the picture I saw online to a super nice guy, Todd. It was 10pm and he responded!! I just bought a 2016 X4 from California Beemers, and I had an amazing experience. They have great cars, great prices, and great service. Speaking of which, after I bought my car - Id already signed the papers and given them my check - I pointed out a small chip in one of the doors and asked if there was something they could do about it. Without any more discussion, they took the door off and painted it, and it looks like new now. That would have been a $500 job at a body shop.
