Actually had a great experience in that store I got my phone delivered so I had to go there to get all my stuff switched over to my new phone and he took care of me didnt have to but he did now thats customer service great store great employees at that location and thats saying a lot for a phone store LOL

I was at this location May (Cinco de May) and part of the parking lot was cut off, but since Im disabled, I got right in. The service agent seemed a little testy, so I joked with him and he was much better. Shaady, thanks for taking care of an old disabled lady.

I hate posting bad reviews but cant stand rudeness. Abraham seems like a nice kid, but he should really learn to have patience, specially if he is pursuing a career in customer service. He tried to explain that a non working phone was my 70 year old aunts fault and not the companys and literary said that he had explained the same thing 3 times and he wasnt going to argue with us. Clearly, we were inconveniencing him, even though he had a working phone, my aunt didnt and it was his job to point us in the right direction. Even if there was nothing he could do for us, which Im sure there was, empathy and understanding goes a long way in customer service. Abraham showed he had neither of those things. I hope he moves up in the world, some place were he doesnt have to interact with customers. Im sure he will do a fine job there...

Went here a couple of days ago to upgrade my phone to a 5g phone As I walked in the person working was helping a customer but still took the time to acknowledge and greet me as I walked in and made me feel welomed. Once he was done with the customer in front of me he asked me how he could help. I told him what I was looking for he then went to look at what he had in stock for what I was looking for he then told me he only had one 5g phone available which was one of the 2 phones He did ask if I wanted him to explain the phone to me first which I did so he told me about it so after all my reserch and his recommendation I dicided to purchase the phone along wit a case and screen protector. He was very nice the entire time and didnt make me feel rushed. I will definitely go back when I need something. The person who helped me was Shaady

If there was a triple 000 star that would be my review. Very bad service and dishonest person. Abraham added services to my account without my consent. On top of that he did not explained the options of the deal when I asked him I need two phones. In addition. I gave him my DL and he still miss spelled my name. Very dishonest person. He needs to find a job where he can perform better or feels happy. Very terrible in sales, totally dishonest, horrible customer service and not friendly at all. He needs to go. I feel sorry for the owner, because of this person no one is going to this store. I am sure I am not the only one complaining. I read the reviews from others. So my advice to the owner. You need to find happy people wih great personality honest and excellent customer service.

I went to this store to switch carriers. It was fine as cell phone stores go. Nothing wrong just nothing remarkable.
