Boost has been great for 10 years. Outside of their customer service....which sucks....their stores are great.

He was very understanding he made sure my phone was working properly.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Especially The Guy who worked today . I Called and he told me he had customers now he’s busy so he won’t be able to assist me. LIKE I’m not A Customer Too. I’d Give ZERO Stars If i could. Very very very unprofessional. Do better.If you’re asking me I’d Say DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Still Love Boost Mobile Just not this location.

Very helpful. I was helped steered into the right direction when deciding between two LG models. LG HD or Power X. Very happy with my Power X! It is very light and battery lasts a very long time.

This store has poor customer service they also make up fees that do not exist they are scamming people i should have known when the store manager was arguing with customers who were also ripped off. Dont go there there is a better one on 441 and royal palm. P.S. boost mobile is a great service ive had them for 10 years so just dont go to this boost store... (your welcome)

Just purchased an iPhone 6 brand new for $350. Owner was super polite, helped me to transfer over my contacts, explained all features and made sure my phone was working before I left. Will definitely recommend.

Ive been paying my bill here for years and last year decided to make the leap over to Boost Mobile just because I liked working with Danny and all the guys at work at the store and I have to admit Im a big Boost Mobile fan now and I love coming to the store

Loved my experience at this store. Danny made it super simple, i have my family members all coming to you from now on.

Got to keep my phone number, paid no fee just the flat monthly amt with no addl cost and got a free decent phone. couldnt really ask for much more. A little sad I couldnt use my HTC One being that its from the same major company sprint but also glad I wasnt without a phone. The staff at this location are really patience and helpful.

They sold me a bad phone. It gets hot constantly. I went to exchange it the next day after I purchace it, but, they did not have more in stock and they did not want to place an order. Stuff told me they dont make the phones, they just sell the service. Managment did not do anything to solve the problem. My phone still gets overheat often. I wouldnt get anything in this place ever!

Boost has been my phone company the past 6 years or so. I think they stopped giving phones away cause they wouldnt gimme one a couple months ago...they gimme one maybe 2.6 yrs ago or so.??

Great customer service, love how easy it was to transfer my number over from Cricket to Boost and they gave me a free phone for doing that. Thanks Boost!

They sold me a screen protector that didnt fit my phone. The screen protector broke when I went to put it on the phone and they wouldnt exchange it. Poor customer service.

The tech guy messed up on a repair and I was charged for something he did.thumbs up customer service.If you go here don’t go for repairs
