Came in with no idea how to use a camera and thinking it was broken, luckily for me the owner taught me how to use my camera and fixed a part of it too!! he doesn’t work in a shop anymore and works from home but still is very professional and will not give up on your camera till it’s fixed!!! very lucky i found someone that helped me!!

I’m in search of a battery for my out of date camera and called to see if they would happen to have one, unfortunately they don’t however the service he gave in looking into it was top notch. I don’t recall the gentleman’s name but he was fantastic and even though they didn’t have the battery I needed he was able to refer me to a few places that do have it and I greatly appreciated that little bit of info. I spoke to him on April 20 a little after 3 pm. I just wanna recognize his intentions for looking into it and calling back with what info he gave me.

By far the best experience I’ve had with repairs. My camera is as good as new! Ami can be a little hard to understand at times, but the man knows his stuff and his prices are fair.

I am very clumsy and broke my camera and this very professional, down to earth man fixed it with relative ease. He charged me less then nikon as well.

Sent them an email as they suggested on their website and it was not acknowledged. I really needed to get this gift. Luckily, Amazon had the Canon 5r back in stock and I am getting it before Christmas. I try giving the retailers a chance, but Amazon is just too competitive. I rated 1 star for lack of acknowledgment.

My sister got her camera fixed here, so I took my computer to him. Great work and you can tell he really knows his stuff. Hes very professional, hes foreign so Im sure the language barrier makes him seem intimidating, but the computer was fixed in no time and for very cheap.

He was professional, quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others.

If I could leave -5 stars as a rating I most certainly would. He is no longer located in an office, he is working outside of his house garage. This man took 1 month and 8 days to fix my Canon T3i, absolutely no communication and no proof of the issue with my camera or the parts he purchased to fix my camera as I requested. If you have an appreciation for great quality customer service DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CHOOSE THIS SERVICE. Camera is working fine but the quality of service and miscommunication regarding pricing was absolutely positively atrocious.

Extremely experienced camera repair skills. Brought him my very expensive Nikon Df camera. He diagnosed it very quickly and I had it back in my hands in less than one week!! Already going back to him with another camera that is having issues! Highly recommended.

I took my scanner there. He fixed it but scratched the top lid. I told him about it and he told me to put a sticker on it. I still can’t believe it. I shouldn’t have paid him. Very irresponsible!
