Really bad attention, i went there to make simple question about the rent program of game stop. And the person on the counter had a bad attitude.

Absolutely the worst management I have ever came across.. My issue is with the manager.. Nick P.We came into this store and he told me and my partner 2 days before the launch of the Xbox series X console that there would be a few amount of consoles available..We waited 14-15 hours to get our hands on the console being in first in line.. Other people lined up sharing their information on what they heard from other GameStops that this specific GameStop would have some extra..I was also told by this manager that it would be best to go to the store early due to the competition to getting the console.. I made said plans to make the time to arrive at 8:30 pm on November 9th. My partner and I with several other people waited in line for 15 hours only for this manager to not even look us in the eye and lie. He made it his mission to make us look like we were crazy.Based on a lie he had people out waiting. This is suppose to be a manager and he couldn’t even have the common curtesy to just communicate with us being that he had several tired and disgruntled customers outside. Rather he slammed the door in our face 3 times.. Completely disrespectful.. Not even a simple apology from this poor excuse of a manager Nick P.. This man needs to be fired..Also i have had a bad running with this same manager at this GameStop before this incident long story short the impression he left was that he was very rude and a know it all narcissist..We simply took our money somewhere else..DO NOT preorder at this GameStop..

This is my favorite GameStop to go to! I don’t know much about games but the young man working there helped me and was super helpful i got my grandson exactly what he was asking for. Defiantly will be returning!

I am from out of town but the guy was personable and the store was just like the one where my family is from so it was easy to navigate. My kids got to handle their own transactions which makes them feel like big guys!

Best game stop of all time and have been gaming since the early 90s. By far best service, actually have developed friendships with a few if the gentleman that run the store and and it is amazing. Great selection always. Always in stock, and the most knowledgable about games and platforms I have ever experienced.

This is my preferred Gamestop location. The staff here is knowledgeable, fun, and are always willing to help out. Ive been coming to this location for three years and have never had a bad experience. Shout-out to Jon, who always goes the extra mile and will work with you to find any item, even if the store doesnt have it in stock. I never have a lengthy wait here and each transaction is smooth. I love this store!

Strictly for children. If you get headaches very quickly then dont go in there its very loud everything is bringing and lights flashing and its just a ridiculous place for grown-ups to be going in there by themselves unless they like that sort of stuff.

This store has awesome customer service I have a 10 year old now who is into fortnite and now NBA on his PlayStation I had the silliest questions and Steve was so wonderful and so helpful and he was very patient will be shopping at GameStop from now on

Worst gamestop ever! The associate was very rude when I went there to recover store credit from a card that was stolen from me. After calling customer service they told me to go to a local gamestop to recover the credit. When I asked him about it he told me that there was no way he was going to give me that credit and chuckled to himself. He then proceeded to give me the same customer service number insisting that I misheard them and then implied that I was trying to get free credit. 45 minutes and a headache later Im at the gamestop in Margate after the customer service lady told me the same thing the other did. Luckily Corey and Robert at the Margate location were very helpful and took care of it for me. The man at the university location has glasses and a smug attitude. What a joke!
