Exceptional experience was given at this location! All the employees including the managers were very engaged and went above and beyond in selling the accessories, bringing different items to show, gave me and my kids many options in the cases, screen protectors. They also sorted out that I am paying more money on my home services and helped me switch over to At&t. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I am never going anywhere else. Horrible. Ive been with AT&T for about 8 years until yesterday. They refused me to give me service because I wouldnt wear a mask. Im pregnant and I cant wear a face mask because it makes passed out since pregnant women need 20% more oxygen. When I called corporate they apologized for the stores mistreatment and were speechless, so that tells you the kind of people that work in the store when corporate admits their mistake. Save yourself some headaches, I went to T-Mobile and served me kindly and respectfully. This AT&T store will tell you that is local guidelines but 1. Guidelines are not laws, 2. I havent had any other problems in Coral Springs for not wearing a mask, only here. That says a lot about the management and personnel. Seemed they like to be on a power trip, good thing that they are not the only cell phone companies.

I had a very good experience with a manager named Varun in this location. I was originally greeted by another sales rep, she seemed new as she kept asking me to call customer service. Varun took his time to listen and made me feel as if he was only paying attention to me even though he had employees ask questions consistently to him. I really commend at&t for staffing stores with manager like such. He paid attention to me, understood my needs and recommended products that can help my needs. I was in this location after buying some phones from Walmart. I was greeted right away, and waited for approximately 5 minutes before a sales rep was available. Store was very busy but it seemed like everyone was getting a great experience. After being a long time customer with T-Mobile and just switching to At&t seeing this attentive staff helped me realize I have made the right decision on switching over. I would like to say you guys definitely staff the best customer service people. My rep was Waris, he was in training but very polite. The manager Verun made us feel comfortable as he was making his rounds to all tables with customer. As soon as saw our issue needed his assistance especially with someone in training. He switched all his focus on us and resolved it within few minutes. Not sure if this store even reads comments from customers but good work you two. I was in 3 other stores before this store and they are the only ones (the manager especially) that seemed to know the answers and fixed my issue. We got our new phones at the store and they helped us transfer everything. When asked if we could do anything in return of his help, he simply stated tell more people about us so here I am doing my part to showcase a wonderful store that everyone should go see Verun for their AT&T needs or help.

The staff that works at the store are incompetent and doesnt know anything. I place an order for my iPhone and I call the store to see if they have the items in the store. The gentleman I spoke to was great whoever he couldnt hold the phone for me. I went online and the store wasnt listed as available for pick up. The online rep says that they can assist me with my order and have me pick my item up yesterday. The order was shipped instead of me picking it up yesterday, so to the store today because I called and spoke with the same gentleman who was at the store but the stupid females that was there told me that my item was not there. So I checked the delivery and Stacy signed for it so they called her and after 20 minutes I finally got my package. This is unacceptable because they had no clue what was happening why do I pay all this money for phone service and staff thats supposed to help you are incompetent. Att I will be getting rid of your Service.

The problem with AT&T Wireless is this: nothing they tell you, at the store or when you call Customer Service or the Loyalty Retention group, is likely to be true. I mean nothing. They may tell you theres a trade-in program. You find out later thats not true. Or that you are now set up with international calling - but after making 4 calls, you get a bill for $130. Then you are told somebody goofed, because you are NEVER able to add international calling until 30 days has passed, if you are a new customer. They will tell you the monthly fee for buying a new iPhone is $15, but they fail to mention it will be $21.67 UNLESS you figure out that you can ONLY get the $15 by proactively refusing the phone replacement option. ANd your monthly bill will be $10 higher than stated UNLESS you realize - they dont tell you at the store - that you must, on your own, get autopay. Simply put, do not trust anyone from AT&T who says this is the deal, nor you are taken care of, nor you now have that feature added - or anything else. Their convenient excuse is that the store staff must have mixed it up with an expired promotion. Whatever they tell you, have them write it down and sign their name to it. That might help, but - probably not. And - on the phone - customer service is astoundingly slow to find out what rules apply to your account, and they are unreliable too, in ANYTHING they tell you. Count on wasting hours of your valuable time if you sign up with AT&T. Somehow they find a way to frustrate customers, and while T-mobile and Metro PCS are not perfect, the hour-long phone calls only happen with AT&T, and I am not exaggerating. There is never a quick, one -time resolution of any issue with AT&T.
Once upon a time, nearly 5 years ago, this was the only AT&T store I would patronize: the service and attention to detail was exceptional... Fast forward to today: visiting this store was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I came in with an annoying signal issue and after the tech poorly troubleshot the issue, I was expected to leave with a non-functioning phone. No effort was made on his part to, in the least, leave me in the same condition as I came in. After speaking with a manager, at least I was left with a functioning phone, but Im certain its still worse than I came in with. Additionally, any questions I had where answered with vague, jargon riddled, explanations that only revealed how competent the tech was (not at all). AT&T is not the cheapest game in town, but its customers are (at least I was) willing to pay a premium for better-than-average service. The fabled loyalty I once had for this store and the brand, has been burnt.

Juan was wonderful and very helpful. He got my 78 year-old mother set up with a perfect phone for under 100 dollars. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. In addition, while we were there, Dilma handled a very difficult lady like a pro. The woman was mad because her phone was stolen. Her options were calmly and respectfully explained. The woman started videotaping employees and was insulting and extremely rude. The stores employees made the customers feel safe and comfortable. They were all very professional.

I had been assisted over one year ago in another store by this young man. His name is Varun or close to it. My husband had visited another store and was given misinformation. That AT&T store closed. All of our options were explained to us. I have never left AT&T since I moved to Florida in 2001. We left extremely satisfied and will return here only.
I have been a AT&T customer since early 2008, as a long time I have seen a lot of stores and majority of AT&T stores are ok or bad. This store is great and friendly. I walked into this location mad at my phone not working properly causing issues at work. The sales rep that helped me was a older gentleman war something was his name. He was friendly but did not know much about the issue I was facing. He directed me to a manager on the floor, Varun. What a amazing experience, he not only fixed my issue in a matter of 30 seconds but offered to review the account to ensure I was paying the right amount. He immediately thanked me for being a long time customer, and helped me with my account. Helped me add a line for my niece with very minimum of a increase on my monthly bill. During my visit, 4 other reps came over to him to recommend what do with their customer. He was multi tasking yet still kept his focus on me. I will surely recommend this store and this pleasant, polite manager that knows his work. Thank you Varun for your help

Update from a year ago:Still clean and cute. Waiting time down to 15 mins. Bought a micro sd card, but was a mistake to buy it. I wanted to move my photos to the sd card which gets inserted next to my sim card. Moving the photos would give me more storage space on my phone. Warsi, my salesman could not figure out to move my photos to the sd card. None of the other sales people could figure it out either. Warsi was very nice and gave me a refund on the sd card since i could not have photos stored on it as no one could figure it out. This is NOT a place to go to for technical support. Its strictly for sales. If you need tech support, need to call a tech on the phone. I also wanted to get a new case. They had none for galaxy s7 phones. Its an old style. Sure it is, but i bought my phone from att, att should have cases for it. Very disappointed. Bottom line..need to buy a phone or accessory? Go to an att store. Need tech support, call an att tech. Also he knew nothing about the samsung rewards program which i signed up for on line.My review a year ago:Clean, cute place. Staff very nice and helpful. Forgot the name of my salesman, but he was very good. Give yourself plenty as there was a long wait for service, about 45 minutes.

I bought a new construction home and the builder was not careful enough with the pre-wired AT&T fiber boxes on the ground; they broke and buried the boxes so the AT&T technician was not able to install my internet on my original installation date and I was told I would have to wait longer to get Internet in my house. This, of course, is really bad in the middle of a pandemic since I had to start working from home in the next two days after my move. Luckily the box was found; however the next available installation appointment was too many days far out. This is where Sameen, from this store, came in. As a Sales employee she demonstrated exceptional customer service and high devotion to her customers by making the impossible to help me get an installation appointment before the day I needed to start working. She followed up with me every step of the way through the problem I had and was able to deliver her promises. She is one true AT&T hero and totally deserves my respect and recognition as providing exceptional customer service to all her customers.

AVOID THIS LOCATION & ATT! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Im 39 weeks pregnant, and went into this location to upgrade 3 devices since the website said all 3 devices were in stock in store so I could go home with the new devices and didnt have to deal with any shipping or delays. Went to store, was assisted by Lisa, paid about $500 up front but was advised the in stock devices were only available to customers who pay online, but they would deliver in a couple days. Fine. On day of scheduled delivery, we got a delay notification. Called this location but manager didnt get back to me. Called ATT customer service, a manager Michael apologized and assured I could pick up all 3 devices that day at 4 pm and I got a text and email confirmation. I went to store, the rep had absolutley no record of my order. She said she didnt know why an ATT phone rep would say this, that would never happen, etc. and advised to call back ATT customer service. I called back ATT, they apologized and assured all 3 devices will be delivered 3 days later in person by a specialist whod also set up the devices at delivery. Fine. Specialist Giovanni arrives on day of delivery with only 1 device. Hes unsure why his order only shows 1 device but my ATT app order shows 3 devices. But when it was time to scan the item and give to me, his system was requesting to scan all 3 devices. The specialist Giovanni and his captain Ryan couldnt do much as they are a third party delivery/specialist service for ATT so he had to cancel that one device order but other 2 devices would still process. We call back this store to speak with manager Ameen. Never called us back. We then call ATT again and escalate to 4 supervisors. With last manager, Cindy Cooper, she had an extremely poor attitude and said the cancelation was my doing, why would I cancel if I still want the devices, and there was nothing she could do except refund partial of what we paid in store up front that first day; and also wed have to start upgrade processing all over again. The worst customer service, no regard for customer or their money. Im at a dead end without the money I spent and no devices. Reconsider this location and ATT in general!

Absolutely unprofessional. I work at At&t and sent my own family to this store to get a SIM card which is 5 dollars. The rep proceeded to tell my sister that they couldn’t do anything for her unless she added a new line of service. After telling me I called them to confront them and they gave me the same nonsense and then hung up. Do not go here go to the local retailer because this corporate store is Trash!
Excellent offers but the guy (Edgar) signed me up for att next and I didnt asked for it. Then, when I tried to unsubscribe it over the phone, they told me I had to pay the first month and then unsubscribe it. I am still trying to unsubscribe that.

Just saw a video where they were obviously being so rude and disrespectful to a customer who wasn’t being rude or disrespectful to them. It disgusted me. I don’t have ATT and I never will now. The fact this company believes that they should keep rude and disrespectful employees employed let’s me know they do not care for their customers at all!!!!! I’m reading the reviews and this location BEEN had problems. I will motivate more and more people to leave reviews and I hope this store gets shut down one day.
Chris did an awesome job, he spent time helping my mother in law transfer her information to her new phone and went above and beyond. When we entered a man named Waris was extremely rude told us to download an app which we had already tried and said they had no cables either, he also told another customer they had no wifi, go home and do yourself! He should not be in customer service if he isnt going to provide it.

I went to the store to transport a number to another cell phone. The young lady kept trying to sell me an additional line she said you cant do that you cant transport a number from another phone, which we all know is not true. The manager said that it could be done but the other phone line had been on too long. Im just going to go to another store. However the young girl that was assisting me she tried to be helpful she just didnt know her job. I would not go back there again because its all about sales and try to get me another line when thats not what I wanted.
The experience was great the mangers was very helpful and nice. They go over everything with you and make sure you understand the process clearly. Kacey was very nice and helpful also the details he gave to us was very straight forward and understanding. The most inconvenient experience with purchasing a phone. Save your trip and just purchase it online. Learned the hard way and went on a full odyssey to return and exchange a phone. Had to end up driving to 25 min away to get the original phone I wanted even though I was promised that they’d be able to ship it to their store.

Got my contacts on my new phone even tho my old phone was ompletly busted.....the review above was NOT written my me. the store employee has written a false review. so i would like to write my real review. the store was very crowded and stuffy. when it was time for all my contact to be transferred all the sales associate did was transfer my email and was never able to transfer my phone numbers. after hours of attempts at home i finally got my phone numbers transferred on my own. she did not seem to know what she was doing. and my phone was not completely busted as she wrote. the screen was the only thing not working. after this FALSE REVIEW i will not be back to that store.

Went to the store at 2204 N University Dr Coral Springs at 10AM. A man greeted me but was not helpful. I called ATT again. On hold for another two hours. I decided to go back to the same store. As I walked in, Lisa Pudhan greeted me in a professional and welcoming manner. She asked me to have a seat and I explained to her my situation. She apologized for the inconveniences I had been experiencing. She immediately acted and solved my issues within minutes. She took the time to listen, and resolve my concerns. She made the transition from the incorrect hone received to the correct phone given. She was professional, well mannered, and understanding. The worst customer service I have experienced EVER!!!!! Liars !!!! they made me feel so uncomfortable . Absolutely horrible. I advise anyone remotely thinking about going to this store to choose an entire different carrier. Mr. Syed and his manager farhmar did not want to help. They proceeded to put me on the phone with the loyalty program. (And the rewards program people transferred me to a kia dealership in irvine). At&t does not value its customers. I immediately regret signing a 2 year contract. April of 2022 cannot come soon enough. The Comcast commercial slandering at&t is exactly how I feel.

My I phone, a red 7 plus ( loved it) started acting really strange .. all by itself ! Calling people, screen going white, and repeatedly, randomly dialing different numbers ! And that’s just a few things it did . Upon entering the ATT store, Nasir immediately approached me, could see that I was a bit stressed and proceeded to calm my fears and walked me through the new types of I phones that were available.Since I purchased mine, the technology has changed several times and I was reluctant as to my ability to work it !! Nasir showed me that I could indeed do it and offered his phone for me to play with ! After he looked up my account and the other necessary paperwork trail .. I chose a new phone and Nasir just kept on helping me and encouraging me and by the time I left I was so excited that I had a new phone ( gold this time !) and a new friend that I feel I can call on if I encounter a problem I can’t figure out ! He gave me his time, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness and I am sold ! That’s why I will always be an ATT customer .. because of sales professionals like Nasir ! Great job ! The staff in this store are not only unfriendly but completely ill informed of at&t deals and policies. It wasn’t until I went into another at&t store that I was informed that the “deal” I was given at this location was not eligible for my phone or my plan. When I tried to call the store to handle this, no one answered. I spent an hour of my time calling and it just rings forever. The associate at this store was so uneducated on the details of this “deal” that the manager of the other location actually advised me to file a complaint and give them a hard time. Do not go to this store if you value your time, accurate information and decent customer service, because you will not get any of those here. I wish 0 stars was an option 🙃
