I came in for an oil change and I must say this service was by far the best I’ve ever had! Being a female you always get overlooked and Sammy treated and helped me just like I was his own daughter. The store was clean and the bathroom was spotless (which is not normal for most tire shops). Best customer service ever! I will definitely be going back! Ask for Sammy, you will not be disappointed!

I will never be taking my car to this tire kingdom again. Every time I’ve taken my car here there’s a problem. I had an appointment for an alignment last year and when I showed up they said they couldn’t do the alignment because the machine was broken. Now again I had an appointment for an oil change and alignment. I get there and they tell me the guy who does the alignments is out sick. This is beyond unprofessional. I had an appointment both times and they didn’t bother to call me to let me know they wouldn’t be able to do it! Instead they made me waste my time when I could have planned accordingly to take it somewhere else. There was also another time I got my oil changed there and they lost the screws for the plastic covering underneath so instead of finding new ones for it they literally just shoved the covering under there. The only reason I even found this out is because my dad did my oil change the time after that. The only reason I kept taking my car there is because it’s right next to my job but never again. I don’t have time to deal with incompetence. This place needs new staff with working brain cells.

Got 4 new tires installed, when I got home one of them was flat. Had to come all the way back for them to fix it. Never got an apology from the manger. He also had the arrogance to explain the issue with the tire to me, as if it didnt come down to negligence on the part of him and his crew. I dont need to know these things, thats your job, thats why I come to you for this job. Thats terrible service.

Had to swing by here to get a tire due to an allen wrench getting stuck in my tire. I didnt get the service advisor name but he was very helpful. Got a new tire put on and out the door in about 35 mins. Had dinner waiting 😁. If I need any tire work Ill be back at this location.

I can’t believe. The device for this business.The cashier or manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I call early to request just a tire swap. Because they told me my 4 tires have a warranty. I drop my car at 10:15. He told me I will take the whole day to do that. I said ok call me to pick up my car he said before 4pm, it’s 4:10. Nobody call me and just came in to the store and they just took my car in. And I ask the manger or cashier. The guy in the grey shirt and he just explode me and cussing me out and be total disrespectful to me. Saying I’m need to wait un til the finish. What king of this device it’s this. So I’m paying to make me wait 6hrd just to replace one tire to be under warranty. And be told names and be direspectful. It’s not worth It this service.

Brought my wife’s car here because it was the closest recommended installer from the tire rack website to my house. Tires arrived in 2 days and I set my appointment online. Called to make sure the tires arrived and the associate was great. When I took the car in there was an issue with the install price from the tire rack website and the store. It was only 20 different so I did it anyway. Later when they called to say the car was ready they told me they fixed the pricing problem which was great. Car was done in 3 hours which was awesome.

Came in on a Saturday and bought 4 new tires no problem and no waiting! Tires I wanted were in stock at a good price! Car tides much better!

Bait and switch, same guy Samy the crook for the third time no more .Dont bother with this fraudulent practices of online appointments and story when you get there no stock for the tire you ordered but something more expensive.Avoid at all cost if you care about your health .Customer service at its worst .Never again, hope no one else goes through this

Me and my family went in for the buy 2 get two free. We were told we had to buy a package that was just as much as buying 4 tires full price. I didnt mind paying it because I needed tires but the man who assisted us was not nice. He was short, rude, and when I told him we didnt really need the whole package he clearly just wanted us out of the store. So I went somewhere else and paid more simply to get better customer service. Not sure if he was just having a bad day but if he had just explained the package more to me and why it was mandatory I probably would have gotten it.

I recommend this shop. I bought two new tires after my elderly mother damaged a tire on a median. My SUV was towed to Tire Kingdom and Jason helped me over the phone. They took care of me with honesty, professionalism, efficiency, and kindness. I noticed the next day that an additional tire was leaking and took it back where they fixed the additional tire that was leaking from a puncture for FREE... unheard of. I am very appreciative for their generosity and helpfulness.

I called ahead Monday about getting two motor mounts replaced on my car. I specifically asked if theyd be able to get the part on time for an appointment Wednesday and they said yes. I dropped my car off this morning as advised and didnt hear anything until 5:30 pm, when Im told that they are just NOW attempting to order the part. Not only was the part is not available locally from their vendors (as I was originally told), but it was too late in the day to place a special order for the part to arrive tomorrow. Now, after being without my car all day on my only day off, theyre saying the part *might* arrive by Friday. I guess thats too bad for me because I dont have all week to sit around picking my nose like they do. I wont be coming back here, as they either constantly outright lie or are too lazy to check things.Edit 11/19: I took the car back here after I verified that the parts were ordered and had arrived. I didnt want to, but I suspect they have either not replaced my brakes and rotors as I paid for a month ago, *or* it was somehow done incorrectly, and I figured I should bring it in so they can verify. Now I find out that theyve somehow ordered the incorrect motor mounts, and Im having to wait again until they get them from a dealership (more costly). On top of all this, the mechanic here is denying any problem with my brakes (they are squealing loudly when I back up as well as grinding when I have to slam on them, even worse than they were doing before I brought them here). I still dont feel safe driving my vehicle and I dont feel at all like the staff here can be trusted.

Owner was extremely rude and derogatory. Proceeded to cuss me out and make threatening comments when i was needing information to make a payment to them. Will not be doing any further business with this location. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what the issue was. You cannot treat a customer like that.

I took my car for oil change service and when driving back home I noticed my car brakes didnt work . They told me I should take it to the place were I installed it. But, I asked them to check it because the brakes were working great before their service and they were recently installed. They told me to bring the car at 6pm. When I arrived Jason told me the mechanics have left. I spoke to Bryan in customer service and he told me he will call me back which he never did. Worth place for car service!!!

They simply do not want to work they want you to buy new tire! Was there Saturday 3:45pm with screw in tire. They offered to book appointment without even checking on my problem I came with. Than reluctantly he walked to my car to take a look, with very smart face VIP person who “was taking care” of me said that I have to buy new one. Will never be back.I found another Tire service a couple of blocks away. They fixed my tire for $20 with no problem.

Sammy the manager at the Coral Springs Wiles Road location has had me as a customer for 7 years. Ive always been treated well and I would recommend Tire Kingdom to my family and friends. The service level and the people that work there are awesome. I have always been treated well. This is why I rated 5 stars.

As you can imagine... I got a flat within the first few days due to a nail. Sammy went ahead and ordered me a new one, helping me out as best he could and took care of me throughout the whole situation. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Also, the Michelin Pilot 4s tires are amazing!!!

I got the premium Michelin tires put on my Ford Taurus and the tech took 2 hours on my car alone and left the new tires sticky greasy and literally coated in brown soot. And thick Grease was all over rims. Tire pressure sensor is faulting they didnt think to check it, although I forgot to mention it. Tires ride great though.

Very surprised with the lack of upsell typically you see in these places. Honest and fairly priced, only issue was car was supposed to be ready earlier forcing me to be late picking up my son. Overall very good.

The customers service at this location is impeccable. The manager Sammy is very efficient and manages well. There are no hidden fees, everything is explained to you up front. Bejai the mechanic that changed my tires is very knowledge and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend this location.

I used to come to this location and it was great. Today I went for a tire plug that they do for $58 and the new manager told me he couldnt do it and I needed it a new tire. Went literally next door to a midas and they fixed the tire for $24 instead of the $58 they wanted to charge me here. Very disappointed

I had a nail going through my tire, very close to the wall. The dealership had told me it wasnt fixable and that the patch wouldnt hold, so I came to this Tire Kingdom for a second opinion. They ended up fixing it, the patch held and I was told it was finally successful after the third attempt. I really liked that they went the extra mile to make me happy and not tell me I had to buy new tires (which is what the dealership said).Raffi was very helpful and truly had my satisfaction as a higher priority than his profits. Im definitely coming back.

I have been to this Tire Kingdom several times for replacement tires. I have never had a problem with their service. However, the last time I was there for a battery replacement, somehow my parking pass from my employer disappeared from my rear view mirror. I know for certain that it was there when I dropped of the car, and when I picked it up it was gone. When I called to inquire about it, I was told they didn’t do anything with it, and I should just “look in my car”. Obviously I had already looked everywhere in my car and it wasn’t there. This turned into a pretty big and unnecessary inconvenience for me, and I thought Tire Kingdom’s response was unhelpful and dismissive. I am certain the pass was lost while they had my car. While I have always been pleased with their service in the past, this experience has left me feeling like I don’t want to return.

Worse experience ever. I brought the car to get 4 tires, they said it will be ready in 2 hours but when I came back the car was still parked outside untouched. Im not coming back again.

Went to fix the saying in my brake and they changed the wrong brakes but they did insist on changing the correct one without charge. So it was a good experience except for the additional wait!!!

I have been going to this place for years. Sammy the main manager is incredibly honest. On one instance, they didnt even charge me because the noise was something so minor!!!Trustworthy, dependable, and affordable. :)

He did not offer to set an appointment or even said anything after that. I just walked away went to Midas across the street and got my oil changed, it was$5 dollars more but it was worth be treated like a decent human being.Never coming back to tire kingdom.

This place has so much potential. But from management down it lacks so much. Customer service is one area they lack. Poor interaction. They may have one or two good mechanics. Not sure about the rest. The last time I was there for a tire rotation they could not see a three inch nail in the side of the tire. I have always had a good experience with this location until now. I brought my daughters car in to have a tire patched, slow leak. We picked up the car after the the work was done and she drove home to the West Coast. Tire was apparently still leaking slowly, flat by the time she got to the other side of Alligator Alley. My daughter was stuck on the side of the road far away with a flat tire. Ive never written a bad review before but Im very disappointed that they would not recheck the tire after patching it, or else they just neglected to patch it altogether, not sure which.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Extremely bad experience and horrific service. Went for an oil change and after 3 hours of waiting they say cannot be done because I did have a dip stick?? I tried to explain them dip stick is not needed for a simple oil change; just drain all the bad oil and fill the motor with 4 quarts of oil. They look puzzled and refuse to proceed... you can tell they do not know nothing about cars and were also rude and awful. NEVER COME HERE!!

Horrible customer service. Took my car for oil change . My car brakes are no working now. Bryan in customer service told me he will call me back to schedule an appointment. He never did. I dont recommend this place for car service. They dont know what they are doing and they dont take responsibility.

Omg, second time I have been there and they charged me nothing. First time had a leaky tire bead. Second time I had a screw in the tire. Lucky for me the screw didn’t penetrate. I have five cars, so I promise I’ll be back to buy tires when I need them. These guys are awesome.

Horrible experience-stay clear from this tyre shop. They are here to loot u. My wife got 4 tires replaced with warranty. After 10 days car had slow leak. My wife took car they kept car for half day and they said no leak. Come back if any problem. But u have nail in feont tyre and we need to change the tire. We took couple of time thwy keep putting air in. Finally when i went they showed big nail and now they asked to change tire and asked us to pay again. They are just here to take your money. Stay clear of this franchise. Person who is manager very rude. Not a way to do business.

Not all Tire Kingdoms are managed and ran the same way. Ive had negative experiences at other locations (particularly Sample Rd) - but credit where credit is due, these guys are excellent. Sammy runs a tight ship and they are good honest people who know what theyre doing. Ive brought several cars here for tires and tire services and never disappointed.

Got a quote yesterday . Made an appointment for 8 this morning. Got 4 new tires, wheel alignment and my new hubcaps put on. Quick,courteous and professional.

I went on to the Tire kingdom website and saw a $20 promotion which I was very ecstatic about. I made an appointment and went to the shop. When I got there the customer service was just terrible. The person checking me did not know of the promotion, and made excuses saying that it was only for synthetic when clearly showing to him on the piece of paper that it was also for a synthetic blend. After showing evidence he applied a bogus promotion. The original price for a high mileage oil change is $49.99 +tax+ disposable fee. The so called promotion was then applied and gave me a total of the original price. The person then said it was originally $65 so a $15 discount was added.that sir is called false advertising and I hope you get sued. The board clearly showed $49.99. With all that he kept lieing to my face, and finally I decided to cancel because of this ridiculous waste of time.

My daughter went in for an oil change. She was up charged by $400 for 2 front tires she did not need. Tires were $90 more expensive than tire rack including tire racks shipping charges. This is price without installation from either company. My advice is get another opinion before you let tire kingdom perform any service other than what you request.

Walked in to get a simple oil change. Was told I have to leave the car for two and a half hours. I said I would be back in thirty minutes and they said no about six times to me. Denny Rivera, the service manager, needs some lessons in customer service. He kept telling me in a rude tone, Im just telling you how it is. He represents your organization poorly. Many options for oil changes in the area, and Tire Kingdom will certainly never be one of them. I will spread the word.

Really a bad experience ! If you dont bring business $$$ then you are not a priority and you are art he bottom of the list for service. I bought 4 tires like 8 months ago,, I had a leak with one of my tire 3 months after, they fixed but I still having a leak and I had to put air every week I told the situation to the front desk Sammy, first thing he mentioned we do have a lot of customers and you will need to drop the car cause will take long time, after 5 hours they did not find anything to the tire, and he suggested me to bring the car when I lose air again, after 2 visits for the situation I was expecting at least to honor my concerns as a customer who brought business before to the shop and to fix my problem at all. in others words he asked me to continue driving my car see if you have the problem again and bring me the car back with no air in the tire and I believe you. Hopefully when that happens I do not have an accident considering the fact that I need to drive 60 miles Im a daily basis.

Got way overcharged for 3 spark plugs and they did misc services without my authorization. Whats sad is my family and I have been coming here for years. Never will return; you lost 4 customers.

The guy there is suck a racis one. His attitude really made me sick and felt insulted. I came at 3 pm to do oil change and he said dont take any more oil change car. Seriously, at 3 pm.
