Educated me about the IMS bearing issue and I paid him to retrofit my Boxster with the new metal bearing and oil feed mod that he has a patent on. I took my 2013 Cayenne S for a annoying cigarette lighter issue in the main console that another Porsche shop stated its working, theres nothing wrong when I knew there was an issue so I took the car to Tuners RS Motorsports, right by my house in Coral Springs/Parkland. They quickly diagnosed the issue that the previous owner spilled a large amount of fluid down the lighter causing it to arc. They quickly ordered the new Cigarette Lighter from Porsche and even got me the missing Valet key that the original key never came with I purchased the car in May 2018.The turnaround time was superfast, they quickly followed up with phone calls and kept me posted for such a little repair and I am very pleased with their service. I will return to them to service the Cayenne S and also my 1986 Porsche 928S!Highly recommend!! I heard they also work on other makes and models but their strong point is obviously Porsche. ;D

From initial phone call to vehicle pick up, my experience with TuneRS was excellent! Taylor was pleasant to work with on the phone and in person, he explained everything to a tee and was patient with all of my questions. Miguel took the time to explain everything before and after. He was truly thankful for our business. We had their in house designed IMS Direct Oil Feed installed on our 2003 911. We got the car back at the time discussed, for the price discussed and the car was clean! Ill be back to TuneRS for any of my Porsche needs! I recommend them to anyone in South Florida (or elsewhere) with a Porsche, they are truly top notch, and a rare find nowadays.

Awesome group of guys at this shop. Shop is extremely clean and well maintained, which is rare to see at most places! A lot of nice Porsches around and a few projects that I was able to get up close and learn about from the guys here. Mike is one of the nicest guys I have met and was very humble and took time from his day to show me around his shop and explain some of the components they have come up with for the Porsche community. Had extensive work done on my 89 Carrera. I now realize what it is supposed to drive like. It feels like brand new. The work was done in a timely manner and all was photo documented. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I really really wanted to like this place. I stopped by the first time when they were hosting an open house event at their facility. I was very impressed and decided that after years of doing all my vehicle service myself, I would finally take the plunge and allow someone else to work on my vehicles. I was more than prepared to shell out the extra cash to get work done at a place that looked like they were malicious and careful.Full disclosure: I do not own a Porsche. I own a 2001 MR2 Spyder. It is, at best, worth 1/5 as much as even a single vehicle parked out front of this establishment on a normal day. I COMPLETELY understand that sometimes it just doesnt make sense for a high end service center to work on lower end cars like mine. I asked the owner MULTIPLE times if he felt it would be a waste of his time to service my vehicle and he confirmed MULTIPLE times that it was not a problem. I made sure he knew that if he ever felt like my vehicle was not a good fit for his shop, to tell me immediately and I would hold no hard feelings.Anyway, I told them to quote me for an oil change and I would be back.Well, this is where things took a turn for the worst. After a week of no response at all from anyone at this company I knew something was up. No big deal, everyone forgets sometimes. So I went back and reminded them and they said they would get the quote over right away.One week later... nothing. So I went back one last time and got promised a quote. I even called a day later just to make sure.Nothing.So I give up. Ill just keep doing my own service on my car and keep a lookout for other places that Id be willing to give a chance. Its been VERY clear that TuneRS does NOT want my business.

Always super friendly to me and have helped me out with a few of my family vehicles. Honesty is key and I have not met many individuals like them. I have never experienced this level of service at ANY other dealership/repairshop. They are truly second to none. If you drive a Porsche, BMW or Mercedes I highly recommend that you bring your vehicle here.

Look no further. I have tried them all. From factory dealers on down, my search is over. Miguel, Taylor, and team, are amazing. I am such a fan, even though I had my IMS done with L&N, and zero issues, their technology is better, so I am considering having it redone by them for no other reason but the additional peace of mind it will provide. This is a Porsche shop through and through, never distracted by other brands, or trying to serve other high end markets like Lambo, BMW and Mercedes that inevitably takes their eye off the ball. I had the pleasure of talking with Mike today. There is a glitch in the web quote request link, so it is best to follow up with a phone call. The knowledge they have is astounding. They provide a lot of information on every Porsche. They do everything from maintenance, to updates, to race cars. Of course, my call was about the boxster / spyder conversion. My husband lives in Miami Lakes and after not finding anyone down south as experienced and knowledgable to work on his Porsche, he found TuneRS 45 minutes away. After reading all great reviews, he drove to Coral Springs and it was worth the drive. After talking to Taylor and Mike he knew right away that they were the real deal. I brought my 1983 911 SC for new shocks and struts (Bilsteins). Taylor, Mike and the entire crew handled it perfectly. Bringing it back soon for 911 Turbo tie-rod ends and TuneRS steel-braided brake lines as well as some routine service. You can trust your car to these folks!

The guys at Tuners are some of the most helpful in the business. Theyre always willing to dive in and figure out the exact problems youre having and its source, vs fixing a symptom.Case in point one of my cars had brakes warn to the metal. Instead of simply replacing the brakes, they spent the necessary time to discover that one of the modules for the brake was faulty due to metal shards interfering with its function, causing the brake to close even when the foot is off the pedal. Had they simply replaced it, I would have been dealing with the same issue in the not so distant future.This attention to detail becomes clear when you look at some of the cars theyve built, where significant time and effort is spent just in sourcing parts because, in the case of a replica, its what the original would have called for.Cant say enough good things about these guys, so if youre in the area or need anything for your car, especially Porsche, give these guys a visit and see for yourself :)

I drove from oviedo FL to come and get the DOF ims bearing upgrade...the only true permanent fix for the ims problem many Porsche owners have to deal with. I found the family owned business was kind, great customer service, and enthusiasm about Porsches in general to be top notch. They even reserved me a car and gave me a ride to Enterprise to get a rental why they installed the direct oil feed and new clutch, balancing of my tires.
