I came to this location for a tire repair. I mixed up the location that I had made an appointment at. I was supposed to go to the tire choice on coral ridge. Patrick didn’t turn me down. He was more than willing to take care of my repair need even if I didn’t have an appointment at this location. He was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The repair didn’t take long at all and the price was unbeatable. Compliments to him and the rest of the staff for providing exceptional service ! I highly recommend this shop.

I’ve only had great experiences at tires plus. I bought my tires in January from there and the gentleman at the front was a delight. I came back, because I had two nails in my tire, and he remembered me, made me laugh, and there was no charge to fix the holes in my tire. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. The Customer service was outstanding.

I needed new front tires and an oil change anyways, so he made me a good offer on those items for a fair price. The offer was honest - no BS. He had to get the tires from another place, but the car was ready within a few hours. I had appointments close by, so I did not hang out in the waiting area; hence, I cannot give feedback on that.I would recommend this place to a friend.

Patrick, Eric, and Rob are great! Patrick calculated costs of new tires, an alignment, and oil change before I left my car in their care. They applied every discount applicable. Very friendly, honest, and reassuring. When I picked up my car this evening they advised me to replace my wipers soon and that my headlights were foggy, but otherwise my car was in decent shape for its age. I was scared to bring my car in due to issues with the my dealership ripping me off a few years ago. At Tire Choice they try their best to assist you, give you whatever discounts possible, and they are upfront about costs before the work is done. I really appreciated Patrick saying he doesnt see a customer, but the person and he genuinely seems to care about others. I highly recommend Tire Choice!

We were on a roadtrip with a tight schedule. We picked up a nail on a Sunday . We tried 6 places that all turned us away or told us to return the next day which wasn’t a possibility . The wonderful people here, Roderick and Patrick especially, stopped other jobs to work us in and get us back on the road so we wouldn’t miss an event that evening in Tampa. I cannot strongly recommend them enough! They exhibit true customer service which is so rare these days!

Im not much of a chain store customer and have always been hesitant to entrust my vehicles to anyone for repairs. Having grown up around cars and learning the trade, I enjoy working on my own vehicle but my trucks front suspension was clunking at low speeds although all the components were new and checked out okay. It was becoming annoying to the point of neuroticism so I figured Id get a second set of eyes on it.A friend mentioned they had an alignment here so I figured Id get mine done there. I arrived late in the day and Tony offered to schedule me the next morning which was quicker than anticipated. I showed up just after they had opened and Tony got me right in. Then I headed to work. Around lunch time Tony called and said I could come down. When I arrived, Tony greeted me and told.me Jose had found the noise. He then had Jose explain it all.Jose said hed diagnosed and found the noisy part quickly. He then greased my front end, re-torqued all my bolts and provided me with a detailed explanation of what caused the noise. He then showed me his work.Having done plenty of work on this old truck, I could see what hed done. It was apparent that Jose takes pride in a job well done. An inherent skill that is rare indeed.I cannot say enough about the quality of service or the customer service provided by both Tony and Jose. Truly above all expectations and a place I will return to for my mechanical and technical needs.

The most helpful people ever. I was driving down wiles rd with Riverside, and I got an alert on my car that something was wrong with my tire. I was worried, but I saw that Tires Choice was around the corner and I was so relieved. I drove to them and it was already 6:30 so they were about to close, but I showed them the big nail that got stuck In my tire and they agreed to help me out. The manager was the nicest ever and so kind to allow me to get help even when the workers were getting ready to go. The workers were even helpful themselves. I’m so thankful for their service they are very kind, helpful and genuine people.

Worst customer service. service takes for ever. made an appointment day before, and when I show up you waiting time is like 5 hours sir. the technician is not here ok. they play with your time simple as that.

Do not waste your time. The manager is horrible and the customer service is terrible. My wife suffered a flat tire. The tire simply had a nail in the tire.. quick repair. The manager seemed fed up with life and with attitude said it will be three hours before we can help you, I was willing to leave the tire, since i live one block away and come back. I unable to get pass the attitude and disrespect.I guess if I was spending more than $500 on tires, I am sure the outcome would have been different.So sad!!!!!

Customer service goes a long way:Last night I discovered I had a flat almost after closing hours so I wasnt sure I would get it resolved then. I called another tire place closer to my house and even thou they could not fix same day they wanted to give me an appointment mid morning. Since I had to be a work that time would not work for me. I decided to check other locations and Tire Choice wasnt the closest to me but I decided to go there because of the reviews. Im glad I did. They were very professional and I wasnt too late getting work. I was there at 7am and was out about 8am. They were very professional and earn my future business because of the customer service. I even got a quote on a new set of tires while I was there. Wasnt planning on doing that. In todays day when the internet makes it so much easier to decide where and who we do business with I would certainly recommend the folks Tire Choice Auto in Coral Springs.

After being ripped off by numerous shops, including the dealer, I was fortunate to find Tire Choice. Over the years I have received fair and honest pricing including my visit last week. Randy has always been a friendly and courteous representative who carefully explains the work required, the price and the time to complete. On occasion if they are busy I have had to wait a bit longer but, that is understandable. Honesty is what keeps me coming back.

I just took my new to me car to get the brakes checked just to be on the safe side and I was actually told my car brakes dont need anything which is pretty refreshing because youre always go to a place afraid youre going to try to sell you something you dont need it. Philip the manager told me that in the process of looking at my car they found a nail in one of the tires and my wiper blades were torn. They were able to fix that so I would not have a problem in the future. He was very polite and informative and explained everything to me.I absolutely appreciate honesty and I will recommend this place to everybody and will take my car here next time I am in need any of their services.

My car needed more than an oil change he explained and took me outside to the bay area to show me, also offered to explain to a life partner as I was somewhat shocked at the price. He had one of the mechanics drive me home and come back and pick me up. My car is working great and I am a whole lot safe because he stepped up and explained exactly what needed doing. We had a tire blowout on the Sawgrass and found our way to Tire Choice in Coral Springs and they were fantastic! Nathan was our mechanic and he was able to patch the tire and the Manager J.
