I’ve been taking my car to VIP Auto Care for 3 years now and I will continue taking it there due to the great service and friendliness I experience there every time. They have changed my clutch for my car, changed and rotated my tires, done my oil changes, all at a decent price. I’ve brought many of my friends and family here and will continue to do so.

I had my car towed to V. I. P. Auto Care a few months ago, not knowing what was wrong with it. I was not charged for the diagnoses and paid for the part only, once it was diagnosed as the alternator. I was so impressed by this family owned and operated business. They are all so nice and more than fair with pricing. So much so, that when my mom asked if I would recommend her take her car into them, I told her I wouldnt send her to anyone else. My mom brought her car in yesterday to get the brake lines bled and whatever else needed to be done. She dropped it off at 9:30 and it was ready around 4pm. When she asked how much she owed... The owner said NOTHING! Can you believe that? Well believe it because he explained the lines just needed all day to drain then all they had to do was out in new brake fluid. But still, any other place wouldve charged something. But all they wanted was for her to tell her family and friends. My mom wanted to at least tip the owners son for doing the work and the owner brought it over to him to ensure her that he got it. I know this review is long but I cant sing their praises enough. My car needs a lot of work and Ill be back there soon to get it all done. Thank you!

Honest, professional, and reliable car repair shop! My husband and I have brought our vehicles there multiple times and have always had great service. I just had a tune up and it was done in half the day with a good overall price. Lukas the manager is wonderful. He is honest, trustworthy, and has great customer service skills. The prices are very fair and Ive never felt like they were trying to take advantage like I have at other repair shops. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I’ve always been fearful of mechanic shops because I am so ignorant when it comes to cars and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of and overcharged.... Every. Single. Time. Ever since I moved to Coral Springs and came to VIP my fears are put to ease. Having Luke and Matt there is like having brothers who are mechanics. Mom and pop are caring and awesome as well! I love this place. They always take care of me and I have NEVER felt taken advantage of actually I feel like I have family at VIP that will always look out for me and be real with me. All of the people at VIP Auto were so amazing. I went in because my front bumper was hanging off and I needed to get it looked at. The first person I met there was Lucas and he was really nice right off the bat. He took a look at the car and said that hed be able to just take it off for us but then he and the rest of the crew ended up fixing it altogether.They were the nicest people and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Theyre very efficient and trustworthy people and know what theyre doing.I really appreciate their help and Id trust them with my car anytime!

I brought my car in for an A/C problem that another mechanic said would be about 2k to repair. Once VIP Auto Care looked at it and diagnosed the problem it was a simple fix which cost me under $100 to fix! Talk about an honest business! I will definitely bring all my cars here from now on. A friend recommended I try this auto repair shop for an oil change . I have a 2015 BMW M4 I usually pay about $100.00 to do an full synthetic oil change here they only charge $44.24 with tax!! I was very pleased with the quality of customer service. The office is very clean and comfy too!

After going to there first location down the road, I came to this location to get my Brakes done, once again the V.I.P staff treated me like family and was quick to help me. Its pretty nerve wrecking when you take your car to a shop you havent been to. Especially when youre going for something more than just an oil change.. with that being said, the staff here is absolutely amazing and they took great care of my car. They were super patient with me & the 10 million problems with my car. My car is running smooth thanks to their work & advice. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for an honest shop. I First went to the other location to get my Lexus fixed but as they were finishing up they noticed that I had a nail in my tire, they sent me over to this location where Lukas took care of me quickly. I was super happy with how fast he patched the tire and at the end he only charged me $10! I will be telling everyone about these guys!
