I have been going to precision tune for 10 plus years. These guys are real car guys that know the vehicle and do great work. They give honest feedback and personal experience where Frank saved me money with his advice. It is hard to find auto mechanics who not only know there business but are very straightforward and communicate great advice for the best care of your vehicle. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great knowledgeable service at a cost effective price.

Went in after a bad experience with the Precision Tune Auto Care in both the Margate and Lauderhill locations. Frank (the owner) is very straight forward and professional, unlike the other locations he doesnt bug you about getting something you may not need or just try to sell you. Carlos assisted me when I went and he was super friendly. This is the place I will go for all my oil changes from now on.

This shop is a rare throw-back to better times. Ive been going there for nearly a decade now, and have never been disappointed with the service, the pricing, or the honesty. Franks fantastic local auto shop takes superb care of their customers in an old-school way...and thats meant as a HUGE compliment.

Had all 4 brake pads replaced, front rotors replaced and brake flush. Honda gave me an estimate a few days before, which is why I knew what needed to be done, but priced higher than Precision was. Frank took me to my car and showed the rotors to me as well as explain why I needed to also replace the rotors since they already had deep grooves in the front ones which couldnt be resurfaced. Honda never does that. A friend recommended Frank to me and very glad for that. Waiting room is small, so sitting in there for 2 hrs with no TV on seemed long (lucky I had my phone though).

Havent been to another mechanic since my first visit here, which must have been 5+ years at least. Frank and the whole staff are the most professional and honest mechanics you can find! Never have I had to worry about any sort of price gouging as any maintenance issues are clearly displayed and explained. There is no better mechanic in Coral Springs... and probably in Broward County.

Good service

Owner of a Jeep Patriot (100+ k miles) with a #1 misfiring cylinder. This particular vehicle gets very little maintenance. (Gas, oil, tires, batteries. Thats about it.) Anyway, took the car in at 10AM, ready the same day at 2PM. Running much smoother. At Franks (owner) recommendation, we also cleaned the injectors - first time for this Jeep. That seems to have fixed another problem I hadnt discussed with Frank -- the car would occasionally act like it was having trouble shifting or keeping a gear. I guess now that was probably the dirty injectors acting up. Anyway, 4 new plugs, 4 new coil packs, clean all the injectors, new air filter (again, a first for this Jeep!), and they even filled up the tires for me. $600 out the door, in under 5 hours. They didnt try to upsell me with a bunch of repairs I didnt really need, etc... So, yes - I can recommend Precision Tune. Very satisfied with their work, and fast turn-around.

Frank, Jr. has taken care of our entire family’s cars since 1998. He is extremely knowledgeable and is an excellent diagnostician. The work is always done in a timely manner and is always done right. I highly recommend him!

Brought my sons car in for regular maintenance...breaks, oil change, coolant flush, and new wipers as well as a full check up....a week later the wipers stopped working in the pouring rain and now I have a cylinder misfire..they show no remorse or empathy, this is one place to avoid at all costs...EDIT....Yes the car did run perfectly until i brought it in for service by your establishment, its your lack of care or empathy towards your customers that should be a concern not just taking their money and saying its not our fault...I should have listened to others that i spoke to about their experiences in dealing with your shop and shame on me for not doing so. Please dont worry as i will never do any business with you in the future

Walk in and front desk attendant shows after a few minutes and was brash and rude. I will not spend money if that. Is their level of attention to detail. Not to mention to chat on the phone while talking to a customer is rediculous.

When I went to pick up my car today it smelled like mcdonalds and they put 15 miles on it for test driving after the problem is fixed. The car was parked with windows open and key in the car to probably help clear out the smell of fast food. 15 miles may be standard to some but not to me.

Most HORRIBLE place to go for an oil change. He did not put the lid back after the oil change and the oil used to smell in my car because it spilled all over when I drove the car. Least would I suspect such a maniac would not put the lid back. The front desk guy is a racist and would attend to white guys first. He had me wait before he attended another white guy even though I was in the store before that white guy. I was discussing him the enormous bill that he gave me and the white guy walked in and he totally ignored me from that point on, had me wait till he finished with that white guy and then rudely talked with me about the bill. I will NEVER visit that place again. I got the lid fixed by another store, because who knows if I had gone back he would have remove the brakes and had me crash.
