I purchased an ignition coil from another auto store, which looked up the proper one for my vehicle. Turned out it was not, and I found this out 6 minutes before all auto stores were closing. Extremely panicking cause I rely highly on my car for work, i called this location and Raj answered the phone. He helped me over the phone, and waited for us. He got us in there at exactly closing when other stores wouldnt. He honestly saved me. I will definitely make this my new store.

Austin was awesome helped figure out the best wiper blades for my vehicle and put them on for me as well. Very nice and told me about the warranty they offer for the blades was a really great experience. Thank you Austin!

My battery died that I still had under warranty with Advance, and I went to the Coral Springs Sample Road location to swap it out. I was assisted by a very knowledgeable and friendly Jacques Alexandre who explained what was wrong, tested a few things and swapped out the battery. He has 30 years of mechanic experience and was able to look at things a normal clerk wouldn’t. My car is running much better now thanks to him.

Customer service was nonexistent. I was ignored at first (no other customers in the store) then an older guy asked me what I needed and I told him that I had a check engine light on and wanted to possibly get a code reader. He responded by telling me that the code readers were too expensive and I should just go to the dealer. I asked him well how much are they and he said about $300 and walked away. A younger worker in there then approached me and asked me again what I needed and I told him the same thing. He said they had different ones and they range in price and do different things. I asked him why the other guy wasn’t willing to explain the same thing to me and he had no answer. I ended up buying one of the cheaper ones. The people at this place need a lot of training in how to talk to people.

Was greeted upon entering, and was politely ask if I needed help. That was so nice.

Always a let down when I go here, simply wont go back.Tried to give them the benefit of doubt after a couple of negative experiences with no luck. Autozone is 5x cleaner, 5x more professional and actually knows where their parts are at.Tbh, if your looking at reviews wondering where to go, search AUTOZONE especially in south florida or rockauto for parts. I am very hesitant to leave a bad review but at the same time, maybe an honest review will motivate them to step their game up...

I called in before arriving as was informed of my car parts availability at various stores. Upon arriving I was given a free engine check by a well informed employee. The service was great but the employee let me know that they were always understaffed and it made his job unpleasant.

Only customer in store employee could not be bothered..needed help with wiper parts..had a take it or leave it attitude and couldnt return if opened..(which I know doesnt apply in this situation..also..dismissed me when I showed him price on my phone vs price on shelf..

Although the staff is usually never helpful, the store almost always has what I need. The place is typically a bit dirty yet relatively organized and easy to browse. It’s conveniently located. Their prices are pretty reasonable. Keep an eye out for discounts for joining their email list.

Ive been to this location a few times now. The employees are helpful and try to help move the line quickly so no one is waiting long.

I was there around 11:30-12:00 on Sunday June 23rd .Walked in not one person that worked there in the entire store visible from any counter. 3 guest at part counter I asked how long they have been waiting they said 15 min and have not seen any employee they have just been standing there . I walked around store for 10 min looking for items still no employees to be found for help. I walked outside older man where an advanced shirt smoking . That was my experience I recommend not going to this location. I left and will not return.

Super helpful people here, no doubt. They work great as a team too from store to store if parts are not at one store, theyll find it somewhere for you to make your life easy. Theyre going to also make sure youre passing a fair price by scanning for coupons and comps to other options. Youll definitely come back here as youll depend on them to help with all your vehicle needs.

Walked in at a time the store was having a rush of customers and it was handled with the upmost customer service care. While I stood in line the employee Milky had a request to do a diagnostic test without missing a beat assured me she would be right with me and, within a reasonable time frame was back assisted me with a speedy return. She was courteous and, pleasant all while the line continued to grow. Thank you and the staff that were in yesterday for the great shopping experience.

Very good, local, hometown auto parts shop, just like the ones I remember when I was growing up and could not afford to have my car repaired.Everyone who works here is super helpful and will go out of their way to help you find what you need. It is small, but very much worth a trip if you need anything for your car or have a question you need answered.

This is my home store and I have found this store to have the most knowledgeable employees. Any questions that I have had have always been answered and if they havent had the answer they would always find out. Brian and Mark know their stuff. I am grateful for their expertise.

I just called to ask a question. When the associate Josh picked up the phone he put me straight to hold without saying anything. I waited over 15 minutes for someone to pick up. When the associate josh answered the phone from hold he was very rude and short. I don’t how you train your employees but that was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not ever shop with you again.

We have used this location in the past and have been pleased however, our last experience was not a good one. There was very little care and very little customer service with the issue that we had regarding our vehicle. Now, months later our issue was not resolved and there has been no follow up from the manager as promised. Overall extremely unsatisfied, with the way everything was handled and the lack of communication and following up with us on their end.

Great help from a you guy in there. He saved me money! And was honest about product.

Made order online at 2 pm. when i came to the store for pick up at 7 pm the reps didn’t know where my order was they still did not have it set to side for speedy check out after 10 minutes of waiting i asked if they had found my order. they informed me they didn’t have that piece available and will have to cancel my order. what a waste of my time. i have been ordering online from advance auto parts many times it’s always a hit or miss always an issue.

All the parts you need. Fairly helpful and informative people. Most times, friendly. Patience is necessary. Compassion for others is good. Rude, obnoxious, impatient people make this a bad experience. Dont be that person.

Workers are all over the place, I was up to be helped and was asked to wait so that they could help 2 other customers that came in after me. I only needed a simple OEM reading. He was done with me in 3 minutes. Not sure why I was pushed to the side so many times..

Came in to get a code scanning performed for a CEL. It was evening (7PM) and it was raining; the clerk claimed he could not perform the scan at night. Upon seeing my discontent, he changed his story a bit to say it was due to the rain and assured me nothing was wrong with my car and that any Autozone could do it at another time. One and done.

Horrible return policy from the manager. I picked up a box of gloves which did not fit and was told no returns allowed on open box latex gloves even though none were used
