I took my car here to get an alignment. The service seemed prompt and as if all was well. Little did I know, they did not tighten my tie rods on both of my front two wheels!!!!! (Had this confirmed by another mechanic shop)The front wheels wore terribly on the outsides of the tire. They would not own up to the mistake that was done and instead, continued to shift the blame onto me and kept trying to sell me new tires.DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!!Go to a reputable mechanic shop and save your money. This place will screw you and your car. They will NOT take ownership for their mistakes, and refer you to corporate, who will just continue to give you the run around.Again, DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!!

I bought tires on Amazon and opted to have Sears in Coral Springs, FL install them. Sears was great. They gave me a total up front in writing. Really nice, polite and professional, and the installation went smoothly. AND - they dont charge any junk fees for disposal of your old tires! Nice.They asked if I wanted an alignment, which I declined as I have my alignments done elsewhere. No up-selling, scare tactics, etc.One thing though:I expected the job to take about an hour, but it took a bit longer. I wasnt in a rush, so that wasnt an issue for me, but if you are in a hurry, you may want to take that into account. Plan for 90 minutes or so.

This is the only place I trust with my vehicle. Their prices are fair and they won’t scam you. The wait times are a little long even with an appointment, but its worth it for proper service.

There is only 1 decent employee that works at this location and she works behind the desk. The staff that works on your car will be bad. Not just bad, but unpredictably bad from visit to visit. You will never know how bad until it costs you a lot of money. If you ask for the screenshot theres a good chance the form will come back blank. This form has to be filled by the tech by hand. So its not q computer glitch. On my last visit i purchased 2 front tires. They not only over inflated them but the back ones as well and none of them match. I could go on and on but that is just a glimpse into how bad this location is.

Fantastic service! Couldn’t believe it. I bought my tires with Amazon prime. They were shipped to sears service. Installing was only 10$ per tire and alignment only 74. They did all in less than hour and half. I was so surprised and happy! Great job! I definitely strongly recommend!

After they verified they work on luxury vehicles, we drove our BMW into them because it wasnt starting properly (but still able to drive). They changed out the battery and said the car was working fine and offered a 3 year warranty which we thought was great since no other mechanic offered this includes the BMW dealer. Car worked for a day and then wouldnt start at all. Had to pay $50 to tow it back to them. They couldnt find the problem although they spent hours on it and said the starter was too difficult to get to to even check on it. Also admitted they had a difficult time installing the battery the day before. Refunded the money for the battery and reinstalled the old battery. Had to get it towed for another $50 to a local BMW mechanic. Had they told the truth from the beginning and said they cant handle BMWs, we wouldnt have had to pay an extra $100 for towing! $100 loss and have worse of a problem because now we have to tow it rather than drive it into another place!! Sears Auto doesnt deserve to earn our money. NEVER AGAIN! If I could give them ZERO STARS I WOULD!

Went in for an oil change. Simple. Some how they managed to mess that up and my car. 2014 Audi, all it required was an oil change, but I assume in a rush (appointment at 5, they close at 6, and were backed up) they put the wrong oil or not enough because as I was driving home (I live 25min away) Low Oil Pressure warning flashes. Turn of engine as indicated by the car. Now the car shakes as it turns on or sits in idle and the check engine is flashing. I assume the engine is misfiring now because of the oil. I went out of my way to go to this auto center because it was recommended to me. HIGHLY REGRET IT. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I was going to rate at 3 stars, maybe 4 because the staff is friendly and professional. What got me to 5 stars was the fact that Sears honored a 10% discount for military and veterans. Therefore I give a salute. I had an appointment for brakes service at 9am, got there early, walked out later that afternoon at 3pm. So, Sears does not have a parts warehouse and they have third party suppliers that deliver parts as needed. My brake pads came in wrong twice, so this caused abt 2-3 hours of delay. Nevertheless, they knew what they were doing and werent trying to put a squeeze on me, they were honest.

I went to sears to get my Kumho tires solely because my family have been loyal Sears customers for years. Although that is true, I was happy with the service I received when I initially installed my tires. They told me to install road hazard & it’s a good thing I did cuz I picked up a nail, I took it in and they ordered me a new tire and it was installed within 5 days. Just last week, I picked up nails in both front tires and of course I took it in. My tires are special order so I had to wait a couple days but when I did go to have them replaced, Carl made sure to have me in and out of there within good time & he made sure my tires were good to go before I left. I must say though, wait times are a little long if you don’t have an appointment so make sure to call ahead.

I had the most wonderful experience at sears auto. As a new car owner with little knowledge of car maintenance procedures, the employees at sears ( Farouk) took the time to educate me and make me feel safe. I will always go to sears for my car maintenance needs!Im so grateful to God for Farouk and his kindness and helpfulness to me!

I still trust my car to this Sears Automotive. For several visits, Ringo was my service advisor but he no longer works here. Recently I called to see if I could come in for service. I was told to come in as a Walk In and it worked out fine. In the past I had a terrific service advisor named Skander (he is awesome!) and he is still here.My service advisor this time and the time before was Rob Gorman. You cannot go wrong if you ask for Rob Gorman.Carl (the Manager) and his staff do a fine job here at the Coral Square Mall!

Normally I use this location because of convenience for how close it is to my house. The wait times are long, and if you ever drop your car off after 1pm plan on getting turned away or leaving overnight.Recently I called prior to arriving at this location to see if they would have enough time to install four brand new tires I had bought online for my Buick LaCrosse. They said sure, as long as I can get there before 3pm. I arrived at 215pm. A tech, that Ive never seen before by the name of NOS, walked out to my vehicle and asked me what brought me in today. I explained I called and wanted to put the new tires on my car, I already had an alignment contract through Sears that I wanted to utilize as well as balancing the tires.He proceeded to tell me that they were busy and wouldnt have time today. I explained I had called 10mins prior and was told differently. He said, I guess you didnt hear me, were busy today and dont have time. Youre going to have to come back.I immediately was upset because I already was there after being told to come in. I asked if there was someone else I could speak to. He, NOS, said, youre speaking to him!I said well youre not treating me fairly, Im not a new customer and have utilized this locations services before and have never dealt with someone this rude. He proceeded to say, you have a bad attitude sir!He also then said that this location would not be able to accommodate me because I had aftermarket rims on the car. I explained again that maybe he wasnt listening, that I have been here many times before with this vehicle and had similar work done including an alignment with these rims. It was never a problem before. He immediately interrupted me and said, sir, we dont have time, we dont have the equipment to provide the service and I said were not doing it, so thats it!I was in total shock of how he was talking to me. I explained to him that I will take all my future business elsewhere and he better watch the way he talks to people because next time someone may not be as patient as me and come out the car to give you a good old ass whooping, which is exactly what this tough guy needed.I literally went 0.2mi down the street to Tire Plus.Exact opposite, said no problem, they closed at 4 pm and said they are busy, but have No problem getting the job done same day!This place needs new management! And this is coming from someone that owns, manages and runs not one, but two of my own companies. I would never treat a customer the way he represented Sears. The sad part, nothing will probably be done from this review, but I am always a believer of reviews. And if this helps one person, then its worth it.

If I could give them ZERO stars and still write a review I would. I made an appointment in advance to have a simple oil change done, got to my appointment on time but they refused to take my car. They have done it at two occasions! Only because my appointment was at 4 and they close at 5 on Sundays!! If you cant accept the car, why would you confirm an apointment for 4? The staff at the reception is rude and unprofessional. Please avoid this location if you want to be treated better.

Really disappointed. We purchased a battery like I have many times before from this location. My car kept dying.. I would take it there and theyd charge it. Finally I took it this sat and told them the battery was bad after being advised by another mechanic,again they charged it.. The next day it wouldnt start again. Finally forcing us to just buy a new battery else where...we found that they put in s battery that was too small for my car and was so warped it looked like it was going to explode. Its a shame used to be my go to place. I have other complaints but this was the worst

I made an appointment a week in advance to have a simple oil change done, got to my appointment on time and asked the rep how long it would take, he assured me an hour and a half the most; I explained I had to leave in an hr and a half to get to my next appointment. I roamed the mall for an hour and a half went back, just to find my car sitting in the same spot I left it. The reps were NOT APOLOGETIC NON WHATSOEVER, I asked to speak with a manager and was given a business card for Carl Pereira the Auto Manager - no form of management onsite. I am deeply disappointed in Sears Auto Center. Do not bring you car here and expect to leave within any time frame they give you. They lack of customer satisfaction and trustworthiness.

I was in for a OIL CHANGE I made an appointment online when I get there THEY tell me no appointments are allowed for the same day...I got there 1 pm THEY told me its going to be 2 hours which I waited patiently when I get there THEY tell me they just started... I waited again...and then they finish my car is outside and Im waiting at the register half an hour for them to bring me the keys of my car and I go outside and one of the guy that work there ask me if he can help me I told him I have been waiting for my keys for 40 min and he tells me he is doing something and the WAIT time is normal and walks away .....he was rude and dismissive after I waited for 3 and half hours for my OIL CHANGE. I will never go back to change my OIL there.

I bought a set of four tires from Bill at this location several years back. The tires were rated to last 100,000 miles. I argued with bill that Id heard Sears wouldnt honor the guarantee even with regular tire rotations, he became very angry and said he personally guaranteed it. He said any Sears will do it which was important as I was moving out of state.At 50,000 miles these tires were bald & I mean smooth, I had MORE than the required rotations. I went to every Sears in my area 5 in all & every single one refused to make good on the warrantee. These tires were nearly $200 apeice times four! I did everything they required and proved it and they STILL refused. I no longer do buisiness with Sears. I told you Bill and I was right, Sears absolutely will NOT keep its word. You lost a customer forever because of this.

Worst place to bring your car. The techs are nasty and dont wanna do anything. Went in for an alignment at 9am had an appointment go to pick up my car at 330pm... and its on the lift nothing was done. Asked for a manager and thigs just got worse Carl is unprofesional and beyond rude. I was charged so i called corporate because nothing was done to my truck i still needed an aliment. After 3-4 attempts and esscLation to teir 2 i was promised a call back from a supervisor within 48 hrs on 3 occasions no call.Sears is a joke!Dont waist ur time here!

Lady at front desk so very unprofessional. I stood there and waited over 10 minutes while she was helping another person. She didnt even look my way or acknowledge me once. Several different employees came and walled away and nothing from them either. Finally after waving my hand for someone to pay attention I was told 3 hour wait for a oil change! Very disappointed..

I sent my mom to this establishment to get my oil change for my car. I get free oil changes from Sears through my car dealership because I lease the car. My mom did not explain to the rep that I got my car from Drivetime. I get that part was her fault, so she called me and stated they said they are not giving free oil changes. I told my mom no it’s free through my warranty and she turned around and told the rep that. He then tells my mom you should’ve have said that in the beginning. I ask my mom to get his name and manager number he then refused and instructed her to get paper from the car saying that it’s from Drivetime. I did not have to do that the last time I went. The guy just called Drivetime customer service line and it was done. Once I told him that he then told my mom just pull the car up with the nastiest attitude. The level of customer service is sad and if people do not want to help and care for the customers they should not be working for Sears. They just put a nasty taste in my mouth and I will never go back again.

DO NOT GO HERE. VERY DISHONEST.I got a groupon for a routine oil change, when i got there the guy told me that apart from the groupon i had to pay extra because my car supposedly required more oil than what the groupon covered. I was charged almost $40 more which i was fine with because my car requires synthetic and its a lexus is250.2 hours later i pick up my car and everything seemed fine.The next couple days i noticed a slight vibration in the car that was not there before so i took my car to the lexus dealership to get an inspection. The lexus dealership informed me that whoever did my oil change overfilled it and whenever i turned, the oil would spill into other parts of the engine causing the vibration i was feeling. My car had 10.4 quarts of oil in it when it only required 6.4.It is downright outrageous that these people would do something like that, my guess is they didnt even bother draining the oil and just decided to add the new one on top.This is not how you run a business, something as simple as an oil change turned into a huge inconvenience for me because someone couldnt do their job right.I have heard other complaints too about this location and i didnt believe it until it happened to me . Save yourself the trouble

The people here have no sense of service. I sent my wife with a valid 18$ coupon for oil change and they try to charge her for 77$.They dont even know what type of oil im requesting cheap mineral from the promotion and they try to offer something more expensiveTotally disrespeccfull what those careless employees did, Thats why you only have negatives reviews and the store is losing money instead of being busy and full of clients. Dont go there dont waste your time.
