Fazlul Karin is one of the store managers who assisted me. I thought I had an issue with my auxiliary battery and he went the extra mile to make sure what it was and determined it was just my main battery. He was attentive, personable and provided excellent customer service! I highly recommend this AutoZone. Not only was he helpful, but all the other employees were equally friendly and customer service oriented. I am happy I came to this location and will be a regular for any of my car needs.
I had the pleasure of being attended by Juan Gonzalez today at this AutoZone location! Juan is very open minded and knowledgeable with parts and a solution! I had a check engine light on my 2009 BMW 328i, turns out my leak detection pump went bad ! Juan assured my concern and filled me with knowledge of the part ! Once I get my pay I will come back to get my part and have it changed at a local shop. Juan was a really great help on a day that instead of dark and dreadful, turned out much bright and relieved of stress! Thank you so much Juan! Will definitely be coming back

I came in with A nail in my tire and a baby In the car. The Tire kingdom location I went to prior would not help me temporarily because I needed new tires. I did need new tires, (already purchased sitting at home) but I also needed to get home safely despite the fact that autozone does not offer this service one of the gentleman could see I was in need. He found coverage in the store and helped me plug my tire, showing me how in The process! This mama was super grateful a I wish I had his name but YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE :).
I am a shop owner and heavy equipment mechanic for over 15 years I’ve been to every AutoZone advanced O’Reillys and various parts and dealers in Broward county and the store by far was the most helpful and completely professional with an extensive patience and knowledge for a customer not only they find the parts that I needed with no hesitation they were able to help me with my personal situation of tow truck driver taking off with my truck they extended their personal time to make sure that I had a ride to my shop. The level of customer service And professionalism far exceeds any retail store let alone automotive supplier that I’ve ever shopped at every employee in the store work together as a team without hesitation solve my problem while still assisting other customers.
Went in for a simple item after seeing it listed as in stock online. The one I had seen was not in the store. Had to ask employee to see if anything similar was in stock. There was misunderstanding about year of the car (misheard what I had said) and instead of just moving on and updating the criteria, employee insisted I said the year they heard - for an uncomfortable length of time. Finally - confirmed that the part would still work for my actually model year. Employee didn’t seem to care about customer service, humility, or products they sold. Maybe just having a bad day but not worth finding out for sure with a second visit.

Definitely would not use this AutoZone again I will stick with the I normally go to on Mcnab Best Staff there and very knowledgeable especially management not like the at 8850 wiles rd. Adam is very rude and likes to get loud and argue and I do believe some of the employees there could use better training and knowledge I never experienced anything at any other location than 8850 wiles rd location. Never again

Just went into the Coral Springs location located on Wiles Road, and had awesome customer service. The person that assisted me was Christian. Really impressed with the service.
I was trying to return a old car battery for the core charge and a faulty air pump. The person helping me didn’t know if he could return which was fine, till he got a manager. The manager told me he wasn’t going to take it back and then proceeded to point around at random spots at the store saying that they do not take returns mind you I have receipt in hand. It then called me a liar and accused me of using the item then trying to return it. No I’m sorry or offering another product to help which I probably would have purchased. I asked for his name and he refused to give his name. He’s short hair, tanned, with an accent and reviewing these comments this isn’t his first time doing this to customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!! #4482
Christian u0026 Adam were awesome! I needed a scratch fix paint and NO auto store in the area carries the exact code. I called 10+ stores and they were the only ones willing to help. They took A LOT of time helping me find two colors to mix that matched perfectly after the first try went horrible. I would definitely recommend coming here.

Today i needed to have my battery checked because it failed to work yesterday so i came in the store and An associate named Juan Gonzalez helped me and was extremely polite, friendly, knowledgeable and more than willing to help me.The process was done quickly in a professional manner and his sense of humor made it very pleasant.

It was my lucky day when I went to AutoZone - Coral Springs for what should have been an easy battery replacement that Michael Gonzales, Parts Sales Manager, was there that morning. His prior experience as a mechanic and expertise came in handy when my replacement went from common to almost not happening after we pulled the battery and found so much corrosion that was originally not visible. It was not an easy feat, but he had the know-how and ability to get the battery disconnected, the connector cleaned up, new battery in, and me back on the road in about an hour. Along the way he took the time to educate me on his findings, what he was doing, and how to take care/prolong the life of my battery and vehicle as he went about the repair. I am one who typically avoids running to the dealership unless I absolutely have to… I definitely will consider AutoZone next time for minor issues with my car as their knowledgeable staff, cost effectiveness, and location convenience, will save you time and money.
The employee who took care of me, Christian, was very unhappy, unprofessional and rude to me and my kid. I hope he can find a job in something he likes.

He even asked if there was more he could help me with after he finished replacing my battery. Please tip your AutoZone guys/girls when they take care of you! Kuddos to the parts manager Brandon P. This young man knows his stuff. A mechanic me gave me a list repairs (3k) based on issues Im having. I stopped here on my way home, and ended up venting to the parts manager. He asked to run a test. I obliged having nothing to lose. I showed him the repair list while we were waiting, and he began to explain why each one was not the issue. Turns out my alternator is the culprit. This guy just saved me unnecessary repair expenses by an unscrupulous mechanic who came through a referral. This store, specifically the parts manager, will be my new go to. Not many employees actually listen to customers. Its get them in, upsell them, and get them out. Brandon P. listened, went out of his way to verify what he suspected was the actual issue. Hes honest, friendly and knowledgeable; definitely an asset to any team hes a part of. This young man will be going places.

He was such a nice and respectful person great customer service. He is someone I would recommend to if you need help with finding parts or anything in the store.
I had a persisting battery problem that I was not able to fix after going through several different options. I called AutoZone and I was very pleased with my experience. The store manager Fazlul was able to effectively and efficiently walk me through a solution to the problem over the phone. When I came into the store, I was pleasantly greeted as the store delivered excellent customer service. The location itself had a clean atmosphere, friendly environment, and dedicated employees. I am extremely impressed with the over the top service I received and will definitely be back again in the future for all my auto needs!!

I had to visit AutoZone because I was pretty sure I needed a new battery living in Miami you could imagine how panicked I was. When I arrived Martin and the young lady behind the counter were there for every question I had. Martin was able to not only reassure me everything would be ok but that he would install the battery as well. He was very professional and was able to get me back on the road ASAP. Because of his welcoming demeanor and get the job done kinda guy I would advise to go see MARTIN!! I wish I would have gotten the young lady’s name as well but you know who you are... a huge Thank you from Miami!!!

I went yesterday April 4th to get my battery charged. Ramos was extremely awkward and not friendly nor customer oriented at all. There were two other associates there whispered amongst themselves while still staring at me and my friend who I walked in with and laughed which is unprofessional. Came back today my battery was not where pick ups were located in the front of the store. Gentlemen he was working with told him it is still in the back. He came to the front with my battery and told me battery did not hold charge I need to get a new battery. So I was in the process of getting a new battery but changed my mind because it just didn’t make sense. I went to another auto zone and they were able to charge my battery with no issues and it held charge. What stood out to me is this auto zone did not give me the little ticket that states the battery was good/bad but the other gave me a ticket that says my battery was good. Overall I would never come back to this auto zone customer service is not up to part. Unprofessional and not knowledgeable. DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP!!!

We found ourselves in a very frustrating situation when our car died and we were desperate to find a battery at the end of the day. Our luck changed when we found Martin, the AutoZone sales/service employee who took care of us. Martin has the kind of can-do attitude that automatically gives you confidence you’re in the right place. We wanted to acknowledge his energetic, very efficient, helpful spirit! Martin is truly an asset to AutoZone! Any employer would be lucky to have him. Thanks for having the parts in stock and for being open late!
Had what I thought was a dead car battery. Brandon tested it out for me to make sure it wasnt the alternator. Francisco helped me pick out a battery in my price range. They also helped me change the battery. These dudes were awesome. Would definitely recommend this location. They were quick and super friendly. I didnt feel like I was being pushed around because of my gender like a lot of other places will do. I really appreciate you guys.

First off, I want to say how clean this place is. Well staffed and very well managed. 2 managers on helping people out. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. I lost power steering and air conditioning down the street in my Jeep and limped my Jeep to there and aaron s immediately came out to help me since he said he has one also, He grabbed a machine to test my alternator since I said it might be an electric problem. When I popped my hood he saw what I thought looked like a snake and stepped back but he said it was a shredded belt and found me the right one and asked if I thought I could put it on myself, because he can get me the diagram for how it goes back on. He got me the right tools and even offered to help me since I haven’t done this before. Super helpful and super quick service. I’ll definitely come back to this store!

Terrible, I would never recommend this store.My friends battery came apart while he was parked and he desperately needed a battery. I stopped at this autozone because it was the closest store. The battery was $159 plus tax and plus an $18 core charge.I could have gotten an equivalent battery for significantly less but we were stuck and we were desperate. I told the gentleman at this store that the old battery had come apart and was in pieces. He said to bring it back in pieces and I would get the core charge credited.When my friend came back he was treated very poorly and was told they would not refund the core charge. I don’t know if it’s because he has an accent or what the reason was, after telling me they would refund the core charge as long as we gave the pieces back.I realize $18 is not a significant sum but this is unacceptable.To add insult to injury he left the old battery and they called the police. This is an unacceptable way of doing business.

High quality, compassionate people as employees. I showed up here just before closing time wanting to order a part. I was eligible for a $20 discount and during the transaction I realized I didnt have enough money on me to pay for it. The $20 discount was at risk being mid-transaction and after exploring all other options Devonte, one of the employees there, paid out of his pocket for the part. He trusted me to pay him back the next day. I always have a great experience at AutoZone but this leaves me with a lot of respect and admiration for the company and this store in particular.
Francesco (excuse me if I misspelled it) was a great help. He helped me speedily, and was able to change my battery in an instant. I was in a big rush and was very grateful! He was very nice and deserves the best!

Called the store and asked if they can scan why my ABS light was on. They said they could, and would print out the code for me. Drove there the next day and was told that they do not scan for the ABS error code, that they can only scan issues with the check engine light.
Yesterday I went to this location to test my battery. Michelle helped me and made the whole experience very fun. She was helpful and was able to answer all the questions I asked. Andrew T. is the definition of a great employee. He went out of his way to help us when my brothers car wouldnt turn over. When he came out to give us the standard battery check, he let us know it was the starter and not the battery, and lent us some his personal tools. Amazing service, amazing employee this man deserves a good raise.
I stopped by this morning not knowing much about wiper blades and no clue how to put them on. Fransico greeted me when I walked in and immediately looked up what size my wife Yukon took. Then walked me down the isle to go over the dozen choices. I told him I wanted the best and showed me the ones he felt where them. After ringing the up he walked outside with me a d showed me how easy they were to install. The work awesome and Fransico refused the tip and stated they do this for all customers free. Fransico proves there is still good people out there and I will for sure go back there again and I ask you ask for fransico when you go to this location.

Easy location to find. Well stocked with mid to high prices, and although the store appeared to be understaffed with only 2 people, eventually (within 7 minutes) an employee was able to help us find a cabin filter. Id go again for my auto needs.

Was in the store 2 days ago. I approached the manager and asked for a headlight bulb. He told me to go to the register as he was typing on his cell. So I waited in line and 15 mins later comes up and asked me: Can I help you? I said you just told me to come over here and now your asking me this? He said: Just tell me what you want. I said: Bye and have a nice day. I then went to Advanced auto where they helped me in 10 secs.
Our employee was mistreated by store Manager Fazlul Karim after trying to return a Battery we purchase yesterday 01/27/20202, not only did he talk with profanity he didn’t want to look up the phone number to assist us on the return, he said it’s company policy to have the receipt, at that moment our office call Auto Zone corporate offices and they told us that any store can look up a purchase using our phone numbers.We are disappointed of this StoreAuto Zone Store # 4482

I called the Autozone in Margate about a battery they told me the price and I asked if they can install it on my Audi they said no.I called the Autozone on Wiles to see if they can do it,low and behold I spoke to Fazal he said why not come in and he will check it or if he cant install it they dealt with a shop 2 mins away and he can get it done.He did install it and I offered him $20 dollarBut he refused and said he was the Store manager but he would appreciate a Google review. Ear Autozone,Closing early does nothing to help prevent/ decrease/ eliminate or even remotely effect the amount of people being exposed to this little determined organism. The store lights go out and there is no employees in sight after 6:30 pm. It stays this way until opening time next business day. Autozone stores are NOT being sanitized daily (again your not helping ANYONE). If autozone stores closed for a week or two it would help. as of right now since thats not the case it shows your company leadership not concerned with helping customers/ associates/ and overall American citizens that are the reason you exist.Keep up the great work. Scrooge Mcduck would be proud.

I would like to say Thank you to Brandon and the Auto zone team. Today, I went to Auto zone looking for a particular item to remove rust on my mountain bike. Brandon recommended Rust Oleum Rust Dissolver. It worked like charm. I sprayed the areas that had rust. In 30 minutes, I rinsed with water. All done. No scrubbing. Brandon, Thank you.
