Our clutch gave out on a cross country drive and the guys at Cookeville Goodyear were lifesavers. They went above and beyond to get the flywheel resurfaced for us and get us back on the road quickly. Brian, Don, Carlos and everyone else were super friendly, explaining the problem, driving us to and from a motel, and playing with our dog. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I got a flat on the interstate near Cookeville. I called them and they were booked, but worked with me to get my tire replaced within that hour. They are very understanding, kind, and helpful people. I was amazed at how polite and helpful they were. Ill always go here for tires based on their overall service.

When I initially went in I had all my paper work and the man at the counter called Goodyear and they provided the needed information to perform the service. Interestingly they honored the repair of the tire numerous times and even did two alignments on the car. If it was not under warranty they would not have done that. You had the paper work which is why you performed the previous services.

After taking my car to a couple certified dealerships in town over the course of a couple wks, and they couldnt fix it, I took it to Goodyear off of a recommendation... A small diagnostic fee and a half hr later the problem was fixed 100% I couldnt be happier. Behind the counter theyre relaxed and friendly as can be and they really know what the hell theyre doing under the hood without a doubt!

Can’t say too many good things about this place. All the guys there are super helpful and they give fair prices without trying to sell me on extra things my car “needs”. I’ll always bring my car here.

Finally, a place where I can go and I do exactly what I request be done for my vehicle, without charging me extra for a bunch of stuff I dont need. They did exactly what I asked to be done to my vehicle, didnt tell me I needed something else, like every other place does, and didnt charge me more than what they said they would. I will be coming here from now on.
