Unfortunately I the repair work I received from Julians Autobody was subpar. Despite others having a wonderful experience, the work completed was very poor. Possibly it was the specific person completing the work on my car. I will say, I know that Julians will make it right, but finding the time to go back and leave my car after they had it for almost 6 weeks is not feasible for me. I was paying out of pocket for a rental car during the time I was without my car and I travel for work.Issues: air bag light was on after getting my car back. This should have been checked before telling me my car was ready. I had to take it back and they did fix it. Currently I still have LOTS of rattling due to clips not fitting tightly. I also have paint flaking off after only a few months of being repainted. These two issues are not safety related so I have not returned to have them fixed yet. Most recently I realized the brand new head light they replaced is already burned out (possibly due to a used part) and the head lights are not aimed correctly. I will be having this done elsewhere, again, due to time constraints. I had hoped that Julians would have been worth the time and money spent based on prior recommendations. Unfortunately, for me, that was not the case.

They ALWAYS do excellent work! They dont cut corners. This shop has high integrity. My family has had many cars repaired here. I never consider going anywhere else.

I HIGHLY recommend this place. The customer service was the best Ive received in a very long time! They went above and beyond for me with my car repair. The process was painless. I would definitely come back here.

I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, expertise, and integrity they showed throughout the entire process of repairing my truck. They did an outstanding job on the repair and made sure that the repair was to my satisfaction. They treated me like I was important to them, and thats something that you see less and less these days. Hopefully Ill not need them again anytime soon but I wouldnt trust anyone else. Very happy with my experience.

We wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. They took longer than quoted which we thought was too long to begin with. There is ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL. My husband has called them every day for a week only to be told the same BS that theyll find out and call us back. They wont call you back. So if you dont mind just leaving your vehicle and forgetting about it for a month, without being told whats going on, then this place is for you. We were told several different times our vehicle would be ready only to have to call and find out that something come up and it wont be ready. It really puts you in a bind coming up with a vehicle when you expect to get yours back and come to find out they dont know when itll be ready, but they dont care. Its an over priced place for as slow and unprofessional as they are. We understand that stuff happens. You would think they would care enough about their customers to let them know whats going on and put priority on vehicles that are over quote time.

This company is fast and thorough. They handle all of the things with the insurance company directly so you dont have to deal with the headache. Repairs are guaranteed for the life of the car.

This body repair shop is terrific. I wouldnt trust my vehicle with anyone else. They really knows their business. I have taken in a car with so much hail damage I thought it would never be fixable, but they worked their magic and made it like new. Recently I had a close encounter with a motorcycle and again, my car is perfect! Thank goodness for the competent folks at Julians.

I recently had substantial damage to the front of my vehicle, due to an accident. I took it to Julians and they did an outstanding job. The paint job was perfect. The hood needed some bodywork, and you cant tell that it has ever been damaged. I had a couple of nit picky items and went back. They got right on it, and fixed them while I was there. I would definitely recommend Julians. They do a great job and they give you the feeling that they care, which means a lot.

This place does amazing work. A lady pulled out in front of me which caused me to wreck my vehicle and my insurance sent me to them, which Im glad they did because they did a wonderful job. My vehicle looks as good as new.

I have to share this because its truly a blessing! I was in an accident last night and had my car towed here and left it over night well called this morning to tell them what I needed done and if it could possibly get done today because I was supposed to go out of town today. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful and the guy fixed it in a small amount of time and the best part is they didnt eve charge me how much of a blessing is that!!!! Juliens is a wonderful place. They take pride in their work and truly desire you are happy with the end product. The staff are all friendly and professional. I have had need of their services on several occasions and wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

On our way to moving to the area my husband hit my car with the moving truck due to a trailer truck & SUV. (long story) since were new to the area we had no idea where to go. My husband called our insurance company which gave us several options. So glad we chose Julian. They were so nice, efficient and had out quote wrote in no time. Julians is an excellent body shop. Ive dealt with them a handful of times for hail damage and fender benders. They do great work and get it done when they say they will. If you find yourself in need of body work, I highly recommend them! They even washed and vacuumed my car!

Zero stars. My insurance company recommended I take my car here after I hit a deer. I took it in for an estimate. They wouldnt return my calls. Owner/manager was rude, dismissive and insulting to my face, then was nice to my husband on the phone after I left. They had my car for two full business days and hadnt even started an estimate. I took my car elsewhere to be repaired. There are several other good body shops just down the street who care about their customers.

Great place! Roy had my car fixed and ready to go in a matter of a couple hours. Excellent service and they even scheduled me in quicker than originally expected.

After the wreck Julians kept me informed about insurance adjusters procedures and explained what was going on with the settlement. In a word, Trustworthy.

ZERO STARS. Matt Julian, who was doing my estimate, was rude and insulting to me. My car was there over 48 hrs and they had barely started my estimate until I came in to see about it. After waiting 10 minutes to speak to him (he was on the phone), he then got on the phone getting prices on parts for my estimate. Then he answered another call and complained to that person that he had to move my estimate to the front of the line because I was in the office waiting. This was while I stood in front of him. I understand now that there was a family issue that had others out of the office, but we all have our own issues. Had he explained when i called that it would be another day or two I would have understood. Hes very rude for someone wanting my business, especially when I drove past 5 other body shops to get to his place. I went there because its a family owned business and my insurance works with them often. Luckily, Cookeville Collision Center is just down the street and they were VERY happy for my business. One of their guys came with me to retreive my car from Julians. AFTER I picked up my car, Matt called my husband with the estimate but no apologies. I wont go back to Julians since they clearly dont value me as a customer.

They got right on the repair and finished it in the time stated. When we got the car back, we heard a rattle. I took it back and they immediately got to finding the source. They found it and promptly fixed it.

Rude people

Rude manager and took 3 week to get the bumper done tryed calling and they would dodge the question looks fine but has more miles on it now and. Biggest things was the rudness the man was pretty much yelling at me for asking a question. Would not go there EVER again.

Took my sons Sentra in on a Monday morning for fender and hood repair and told them they had all week. Our plans changed on Tuesday morning and we needed to get it back by the end of that day. They stayed an hour past closing to meet our request. Work was above satisfactory. This is the third vehicle Ive taken to them in my lifetime. Roger and Matt are the best in my book. Kevin McBroom

They wouldnt work with me at all .. basically I was told if they cant get the job from insurance they wouldnt touch my vw gti ... They did do great work on my grandmothers Jetta a few years ago (it was a huge job ) but it never drove the same
