These guys were great! My bumper got messed up and they fixed it like brand new and detailed it inside and out so it looked brand new again! And helped me when my insurance company kept screwing up. Id recommend them and if I ever need to, Ill go there again.

This place is awful. They may or may not do decent work but the customer service skills are horrible. They tell you whatever you want to hear to Get your business but then they do not fulfill what they say. Would not recommend them for my daughters Barbie doll car !

Had a run in with a deer. Since I have a Nissan it was suggested I take it there. They were very professional, friendly honest and most of all did an outstanding job on my car. I picked it up quickly and looking like it came off the showroom floor. Very satisfied with their work and will recommend them to all.

Took my daughters car to get fixed from a front collision, they did a great job fixing it, it was fixed in a few days. I would recommend them and most of all they were honest. Thank you soo much.

Hitting a deer busted up the front and down the side of my Rogue. My insurance recommended I take it to a certain (other) shop. I took it there and after not hearing from them with my estimate for two days I called them. They said theyd have to call me right back. After two hours I stopped in to their office to save them the call (and see what was going on that they hadnt called). One of the owners of this family run shop was rude and insulting right to my face. Not to mention he had not even started my estimate. They knew that this was my only transportation and I was having to rent a car while mine was in shop. So I went just down the street to Cookeville Collison center. I entered this shop upset and not sure what to do. The folks here immediately made me feel at ease. They assured me that they could help and even went with me back to the other shop to retrieve my vehicle. Cookeville Collision did the estimate right then, and had talked to my insurance and called me back by the time I got home. I had my car back, in like new condition, within a week. I recommend them to anyone needing body work. They are professional, do great work quickly, and theyre just good people.

Told me they were gonna fix the front bumper and head light from a hit and run, then lied to insurance company about it. That is messed up!

They did an excellent job of repairing my car after I hit a deer on Sparta Highway, and believe me, a deer can do a lot of damage! The only problem was that the new headlight they installed shined up into the trees instead of ahead on the road & I had to drive the 60+ miles round trip to let them correct that

I was rear ended, my insurance company suggested them they were so helpful in dealing with the other parties insurance very friendly, helpful when I dropped my vehicle off they made sure I was taken care of and when I picked up just as friendly very happy with the work my car looks good as new, they ever detailed the inside. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident. We chose this location because of the good reviews and primarily because we own a nissan. Thinking we would get the job done right we were proven otherwise. After a very long process, several trips we are not very satisfied with the outcome. (I included a picture to show the large gap Im stuck with.) Hopefully there wont be a next time and if there is we will gladly take our business elsewhere.

After the tornadoes hit us in March, my sons car was heavily damaged. Went over to Cookeville Collision to see if they could help and they performed exceptionally! From the customer service to the actual work....A+ I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for work to be done on their vehicle without hesitation.

Awesome company with excellent customer service and support. They did a quick and thorough estimate, and handled all the paperwork for me and the insurance company, they even drove me to the rental company to pick up my rental, and dropped it off for me too. And it only took them a little over a week to fix my van. Everyone there is friendly, and eager to help. I wouldnt dream of taking my vehicle anywhere else.

I just picked up my car from Cookeville Collision Center and it looks amazing. They did a fantastic job of repairing the damage after my car was hit in the front end. It looks like it had been washed and even the inside was cleaner than when I dropped it off. The staff was very nice and handle the insurance claim for me. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. They were up front with me on all the cost involved and did an excellent work in a sufficient amount of time.

I shopped 3 local body shops and priced the same exact replacement of my front bumper. I got a quote in 15 minutes, compared against the other 2 and found that Cookeville Collision beat the others by hundreds of dollars. I arranged for them to make the repair over a week while I was out of town. I came back and my car was perfect. The front bumper fit perfectly, was an exact color match, and my car was clean as a whistle. I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the repair work and I got a tremendous value. Paul was a pleasure to work with and communicated the whole way through the repair. The work was done on schedule as promised.

The staff is beyond gracious and helpful! 10/10 recommend their body work, always have used them and they always taken care of my car. Ive had to have body work done to my car 4 times in the past year due to hit and runs, but I always use Cookeville Collision Center. This last time I was hit, the rear left bumper came unattached with no paint damage, I ran it over to Cookeville Collision and they had it fixed within a couple hours, no charge.

Well they did good work . Ill give them that. But the customer service was horrible and they didnt do what was quoted and then wanted more money than the original quote to do what was already planned. Badddd business ethics.

Washed out- Sevreral times of working to fix my bumper and many excuses later i came home to find my stinky car had a reason to smell after all. The shop did not properly seal the bumper and left my car out in the rain. I would NEVER recommended this place to anybody after all the trouble i have been through. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. Had to go through management at the dealership to finally get this issue resolved.

I just bought an awesome scion xb from the pre-owened lot. My salesman was Mike Frizell (spelling?). He was very helpful and gave me an excellent deal on my trade-in. I am a big guy and he found me a great car that I fit in and is a blast to drive. I never would have considered an xb on my own, but to my surprise it had tons of room in it. I love it! If you need a car go see Mike and he will take great care of you. This is my second vehicle to buy from Nissan of Cookeville, and probably where I will buy my next one too!
