Originally i came in and spoke with Chas, who was great! i came back with my husband to buy the mattress and he wasn’t there someone else who also wasn’t the owner was there. He didn’t know what he was doing, very confused, was on the phone with the owner for 45 min trying to get our paperwork done, we’ve been here over an hour. Really wish Chas had been there instead

If you too are in search of the perfect pillow, don’t walk, run! My husband got the Z CarbonCool and I got the Z Zoned Dough Lavender pillow. Mine came with a lavender essential spritzer and it is lovely! There is a peppermint option too (FYI).Highly recommend the store and location.

I recently moved back to Texas and needed a new mattress. Josh, at The Woodlands location, referred me to the Conroe store. There I met Brandt, who was very kind and accommodating. Because I needed a full-size mattress, it needed to be ordered, as that size isn’t kept in stock. I was looking at waiting possibly 3 weeks for the order to come in. Six days later Brandt called to let me know that the mattress had arrived! He delivered it that night and I’ve been sleeping well ever since. This was a great purchase experience for me.
