The staff there is so kind and courteous . They are always well stocked withe the items they have. But they lack verity.

They were very helpful I was stranded there and one of the employees was willing to take me home after work

This store stays busy but the line moves fast. I like having the cold and freezer items available. No one wants to fight the crowd when just getting off work for just one thing.

I found bathtub stoppers, 2 sizes, 1 pack for $1.44. I found a bathroom mat set for $12. Happy. They also have a box of hamburger patties fir $5

10/10 this location is always clean. They keep product on the shelves and the staff is super kind!

This store is really trying to get better

This is the best store they courteous and polite associates and theyre cashier are always friendly greeting customers they have nice things and they have the family dollar app you can get coupons and you save!

Was pleased to see store back to how it used to be. Stocked shelves,clean,BUGGIES! & oh my goodness courteous & polite cashiers/help. Been going by & across town but had emergency needs, and glad to have it back!

12/07/2016 10:30am I was in line to pay for my items. The lady paying in front of me didnt speak English, the cashier made a racial slur and handled it very unprofessional. My husband stepped in to translate for the lady and the cashier just laughed, making fun of the Hispanic lady. Family Dollar should not be having people working in the front with that attitude. Unfortunately I was unable to get her name. But I will NOT be going back. I understand the cashier didnt speak Spanish but theres many different ways to handle a situation like this. There was no need for the racial slur and her attitude...

Very very poor customer service.Today 6/26/19 wed it was literally 15 people in line with 1 register open and the customers asked the other employee Jessica who was there can she open the other register she ignored everyone with an attitude and 20 mins later she gets on the register and asks is there anyone with cards only to pay smh, this store always have had poor management its only getting worst.

Everytime I come here cashier Rebecca is rude! She is always gossiping about how she hates her job or if someone calls out she has to work a double. This lady customer service is not acceptable. That is talk for the break room not the floor. I love family Dollar but the customer service needs to be looked at.
