Oh I always love visiting the store the prices are great Cynthia at the register is awesome always friendly and always completing all of her steps to close the transaction love it. However today I stopped in the store to grab my chips and was grabbing of course more items that I needed while in the back of the store, Ben stopped what he was doing and immediately approached me and asked if he could get me a buggy I was very apprehensive, didn’t want to get too many items, then he offered to get me a carrying basket immediately ran to get the basket and brought it back to me, helped me place my items in the carry basket! So thoughtful of Ben great job Ben and just and all around outstanding employee! Cynthia and Ben You deserve a raise!

Wow love this place. Its only my 3 visit ever but I will definitely be back again. They have more than I expected. About to fill out for the rewards card. Ben and Bob at the Conroe location were amazing. Keep up the great customer service guys. Thank you for making our shopping experience a great one.

I saw a chair I really wanted and the website said they had it in store but it wasn’t on the floor. The guy was so helpful and looked for it in the back and brought it to me. Super helpful!! I love this location. One of my favorite stores to shop at. Def get the rewards!!

Its been awhile since I have been in here. They have made some great changes, moved some things around and is now offering new lines of products. The new layout is much more appealing and this store is always clean and organized. I have noticed many products on the shelves with past due dates many times but this has improved over time. I did not go into the bathroom on this visit but I have been to this location many times over the years and their bathroom is always dirty and stinks. Toilet paper on the floor, trash over flowing, out of toilet paper, sinks and mirrors filithy. I hope the new changes have drifted into the restrooms as well. I will definitely check them out on my next visit.

Used to shop here a lot but after today probably not so much. Their prices are much higher than they used to be. Saw lots of items that were actually more than Walmart.

The store was clean. The staff was super nice! What we needed was in stock. I wish more recliners were in stock but we found one. The cashier, Desiree, was very personable!

Found exactly what we needed furniture associate very helpful great service.

Bought a comfy sofa from here and had it delivered. I was very happy with the gentleman who helped me and helped arrange delivery.

We stopped by yesterday (10/30/2020) in this Location around 6pm and we were looking for a 75’’ Tv stand and one staff member (very helpfully lady) told us about the items they had and not in stock. So, today my husband went to get one of those that the lady told us they had in stock and other staff member said they didn’t have ANY in stock and he couldn’t sell anything displayed, but at the same time, didn’t give any recommendations or advice how we could get in other way the Item we were looking for. * Very Rude and careless about customer service.* My husband asked to one cashier if there’s somebody else could help him and she said that the Manager was who he spoke with. So smh and a really bad experience.

I really like this little store. Bit of everything offered here. Furniture, household, toys, home deco, garden...and more. Good value and sales. The food items they offer are good and fresh. When I come to Conroe its one of the stops I like to make.

Great place to shop for something different. Easy access, lots of parking area with easy access too.Always find a treat. . Nuts, chips, drinks and such not carried by other local stores.

Always find a bargain that I was not even looking for. I reallly enjoy browsing the whole store.

Displays are neat and tidy, restrooms are clean and wide selection of reasonably priced items. I mostly like Justin, the cashier. He never has a bad day. He definitely deserves a promotion 😀

Upon walking to the front entry way we were presented with the site of two employees smoking within 20 feet of the main entrance of the store. The quality of the furniture was very low as several pieces that were on display looked like someone took a box cutter and cut slits into several sections of the sofas, not to mention several pieces of furniture was falling apart in the store as the seams and staples was clearly visible. When we checked out our cashier, Victoria was rude, she never made eye contact with us she seemed like she just didnt want to be there. Overall we were NOT satisfied with this location and are unsure if we will ever return to this location.

The staff was very helpful. We were looking for something in particular and the staff helped up pick put a few extra pieces of furniture that we really needed to give our apartment a home feeling.

Its a good place to shop with a list, otherwise you may spend too much, Lol.

This store has some good items and at good prices but since management changed a few of the employees couldnt care to help you out I came here to buy some furniture from Roy the furniture manager who Ive always had a great experience with but since he wasnt there I was helped by another employee everything was good until I had a question about a TV stand and the assistant manager who had just come up overheard my question and answered me in the rudest way and acted like I was wasting his time and tried to rush me out of the store my husband and I havent been back there since so all I have to say is watch out for the asst manager other wise this is a good store
