Was refused service due to wearing a backpack when I am riding a motorcycle, I will not be returning, terrible store policy, I can wear my backpack in any gas station, government building, or major retailer with no issues, ridiculously poor customer service. Ive even rode to other family dollars and this issue was never a problem.

Family dollar is one of my favorite stores to go to, theyve got more house Ware available for reasonable prices .

Horrible service, went last night to buy a couple of things and they refused my service because I asked if he could hurry since I had someone watching my kid. I was trying to pay with a 100$ bill but it felt too thin they marked it 3 times and he looked at it under light and it was good and it was good!!? Manager got mad, refused my service and said to go back. Not to mention he chased a gentleman to the door because they thought he was stealing, lady at register said it was her fault that she didnt see he also had that on the counter but as soon as the gentleman walked out she said he was trying to steal, that he never put it on the counter. Never again, rather spend my REAL money somewhere else than to deal with ignorant people.

Cleanest FAMILY DOLLAR / any Dollar Store I have ever been. You can just tell this store is managed well. I moved to Florida and visited a few family dollar stores and I could not get over how messy they were so I asked a few employees what was the problem. And each time the team member would say poor management in store and district too.

Well kept little store, and all the employees are kind and helpful. I usually drive the extra few minutes to avoid Dollar General, which is close to my house.

Diego I believe was the name of the cashier that helped me last time, It was his first day but he was very polite. Great customer service on his part.

Staff needs training. Couldnt find keys to cigarette display. Wouldnt make change for a dollar. Totally frustrating shopping experience. Youll need patience. I got on the bus and went to Walmart.

Small and dirty. But they have nice worker who is helpful. I was able to shop and check out as soon as i can.

I sure hope HR looks at the camera of the guy working behind the counter I asked for some help he told me hes busy then he cant come out from behind the cash register cool I get that but he was more interested in watching a show on his telephone if you would look for me cameras obviously you would know I think this issue needs to be taken care of because you have a rude employee

If there was anyway to give no stars I would. The VERY rude manager treated me as if I was trying to rip them off somehow AS SOON as I started my return. He kept asking if it was a clearance item when he had the receipt in hand that said I paid $30, the full price, in cash for it, then proceeded to say he had to be sure it was the right merchandise and when I said ok he hesitated and I asked if he treated all his customers that way and he kept asking what way with a HORRIBLE attitude. His name was Elberto and yes I said some very rude choice words as I walked out but I had even expressed to them I had a sleeping child in the car and was trying to do this quickly, yet they still went slowly, Almost as if to try to taunt me. Manager(?) swore so loudly you could hear it across the store. While I will give them points for being well-organized, swearing with multiple F and S within earshot of customers, including small children, is extremely unprofessional. By his tone, it was conversational, regarding a floor set, but “I don’t give a f*** about that s***, he wanted all that s*** here” is inexcusable. Keep that language for when you have no customers.

Thought they were nice until my friends (their customer) got her car towed from tneir parking lot where she had left it to go to a movie with friends. That was after she had been told another time that it was okay to leave it there.

Cashier was extremely rude and salty, refused to scan my manufacturer coupon because the items were half off ( this has NEVER been a problem) he wouldn’t even try...dude needs to work somewhere customer service and reading isn’t a requirement.

Good place to shop for items. Location is one factor. Prices are reasonable on most items. Great place to shop for decorating items.

The store was very clean and organized however the customer service was very whack. The gentleman that check me out was rude before he even began to ring me up. It may be because of the area I dont know but needless to say I will not be going back to that location.

Was at Family Dollar at 9:45 pm and the doors was locked. Door read opens at 9 am and closes at 10:00 pm. Im so tired of the closing when the feel like it sometimes it be 9:30 pm and the doors be lock. Maybe change your close time to 9:45 pm but I guess if that happens they will lock the doors at 9:00
