My salesman was eduardo. he was absolutely amazing! i bought a 2022 pathfinder had no idea about any of the features and he showed me everything there was about it and made sure that i was okay with driving off the lot comfortable. he helped me with everything and is just absolutely amazing i will definitely be back to visit him when i’m ready to trade my other car in !!

Bait and Switch Operation. They lure you in with an attractive online price but wont give you an Out the Door price without coming in and discussing with the manager.Just tell the customer the additional taxes and fees on top of the price you quote for the vehicle, its simple math. It has nothing to do with cars are sold first come, first served. I can easily give a non-refundable deposit over the phone.Bait and Switch. Avoid.

Shady business period! Not delivered as promised. Worked with Chad Johnson & his sales manager. They were so anxious to have me sign the car title right away. However, I have been waiting on my check for about a week, they will not come on the phone or return my calls. I was supposed to get the payment the same day. Please DO NOT sign your title until you have the payment. Proposed a low ball offer due to busted fog lights and tire tread. Later they turn it around & listed my car on their website for $4K more WITHOUT replacing the tires or the fog lights.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business here at Keating Nissan. As far as the process it took about 3 hours and we walked away with an amazing deal on a new Versa. After my last visit on 9/30/2021 I’m convinced to better prepared myself next time I go to a car dealership. Those visits can be exhausted, it always take long hours. Within 1 minute of pulling up to Keating Nissan service the technician ( Chris ) was welcoming me & getting my routine maintenance started. In today’s world it’s a rare occurrence to mark the highlight of a Wednesday as your hassle free trip to the dealership for an oil change. They sold us a truck that has been leaking from the heating coil. The oil has not been changed, filters were very dirty. Nothing was done to the truck before they sold it. So they sold us a hazardous vehicle. We been breathing in the chemical for 2 months. Even my 1yr old. That is dangerous. Its also very flamable. I dont recommend buying a used vehicle from them. I know small dealerships that inspect & fix them before selling. This is sad.
This place is the worst if you go here you may as well agree to get lied to and be told its marketing. My wife and I went on a Saturday explained we saw a nissan titan avaliable for lease we expected the cliche sales tactic which they executed textbook. While there we asked if their sister store in college Station had the truck and color we wanted they lied and said no it was sold today conveniently. I was so irritated with the experience I later asked my wife to call college Station they confirmed they had it but were closing. Fortunately we arrived on Monday and I bought the truck. I explained our experience they were disappointed. I want to thank all the guys at College Station Nissan for restoring my faith in decency. Everyone was A1 but if you go to Conroe expect double talk stalling and flat out LIARS!!!
The service I received from Keating Nissan was excellent!! They respected my time and coordinated the ordering of parts and repairing my vehicle so that I didn’t spend a lot of time waiting. I will definitely use their service department in the future.
My daughter has been looking for a used car all over the place. Last week, she just happened upon Keating Nissan in Conroe, and from start to finish, the level of service was exceptional. There was no shady finagling with price or any other things one might expect at a dealership. She ended up getting a brand new car for a great price, and the sales person there (Michael Slater) was likeable, helpful, and super attentive. That level of customer service is not something you experience much of nowadays. I highly recommend both the dealership and Mr. Slater if youre in the market for a new car.

I post this as this dealer slow or even non-response to progress my extended warranty refund after the cancellation was completed and its return to this dealer a month o more. It difficult to contact or get response from finance team. It took a while, and they reach me after posting - the issue was solved and satisfied when they reach me. I brought my vehicle in for a routine maintenance and care. The team at Keating noticed a few things that could become very problematic in the future. They recommended the work, but didn’t push to do all the work immediately, but instead, separated the “urgent” items from the “needs attention soon” items to break up the cost of the visit. As my vehicle is almost 8 years old with over 110k miles, I was expecting to need some work done, but the professionalism, courtesy and care provided by the Luis and the Keating team was beyond expectation. Highly recommend!
Connor, Connor, Connor.... Almost 4 months later and we STILL dont have the title for the car we bought. We SPECIFICALLY asked Connor to have the title sent to our new East Coast address but SOMEONE thought it would be better to change it (without notifying us mind you) to our TX mailing address... Now MONTHS later I have called the dealership, Nissan, and 3 different departments within the TX DMV (all multiple times) trying to get this stupid mistake fixed. Very long story short, thanks to Connors customer service, weve now had months of frustration and time spent on something that could have EASILY been avoided (if he had just listened to us).
They got me in the door for a car they had listed on autotrader.com I loved the vehicle but once the price negotiation process began they couldn’t tell me the final price of the vehicle and then wanted to sell the car for $9,000 more than it was listed online. I’ve never been to a dealership in my life that couldn’t tell me how much the vehicle ACTUALLY costs. It seems like they are running some sort of scam and trying to rip customers off. I didn’t end up buying the vehicle I came in to look at and potentially buy after all and found a much better deal elsewhere on a brand new 2021 vehicle compared to the 2019 I came to see at Keating. They used to be a better dealership about 4 years ago, not sure what has happened since. Save your time and go to a different dealership that won’t give you the run around 👍🏻.
I’ve been a customer for years. I can’t say I was quite as impressed before it was Keating Nissan. No complaints before, but the service department seems to somehow get kinder, more personable, and more professional since the name changed to Keating Nissan. Today they sent a whole video of my oil change/diagnostics. It was so convenient. There was a long wait on a Friday, but that little touch allowed me to go to lunch and a movie with family while they worked on my vehicle. (Also, very big shout out to Amber and Chris G, who have helped me most recently.)
The salesman was great. The loan/financing guy made a comment about dropping his pants on the deal when I decided not to get the vehicle. It was gross and he was extremely rude. I honestly felt bad for the salesman. The service department was helpful when I had been in but repairs are higher than local shops.
I love my new used car! Jerome Dorio was our salesman, he was upfront, honest, knowledgeable, and just very helpful throughout the whole process. We got a 2019 Jeep Renegade Latitude 4x4 with low mileage for a great price! Would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to get a new or used car. Ask for Jerome Dorio.

Got it done in a timely manner dropped my car off Monday and they told me 3-4 days but I called on Wednesday just for a small update and that I had to take a 5 hour round trip on Saturday and they had my car done Thursday!

The salesman told me, because it’s a pandemic I have to put at least 35% down on a used car. I tried calling back to get clarification but no answer and the operator kept sending me to the wrong salesman. Not to mention that they did not honor the Internet price of the vehicle.

Tried very hard to purchase a Pathfinder Platinum from a sales rep at Keating. I have been buying cars for over 45 years and have had only a handful of bad experiences. After more than 2 hours of going thru the various iterations of well we have this dealer add and this market adjustment...but we can deduct some here and add some there it got to be way to much. Had to walk away after investing a whole bunch of time. But the good news is the Hyundai Palisade I am purchasing has many advantages over the Pathfinder Platinum. Better warranty 5 years/60,000 miles to 3 years/36,000 miles on Pathfinder. Also has a 10 year 100,000 drive train warranty and in todays market sells for less. It also has better driving/ride and better finish/features. Would never had known this if not for convoluted doomed to failure experience at Keating. So I did not like my experience at Keating but it all worked for good!
I purchased a car on 6/19/21 I went to my Bank to get it financed and they gave me an approval letter only when I got there the person I was dealing with would not even look at it or accept it he said I had to go through Nissan which I didn’t want to do that I wanted to use my bank only he says I can’t, he said he had to run my credit In order to get the interest rate he came back saying I had to get outside financing only not with my bank first they said capital one. Then a credit union in San Antonio, but before that he said I had to purchase something called Apex for 1,999. My son ask what if she don’t want it he said will still charge her for it or else she will get charge full price for the car, then later I found out it was not 1,999. That it was 2,500. And was also charged for a GPS. Then I found out by the financing Dept that since I didn’t get financing through Nissan, I Didn’t get the discount price of the car. The Car Had A Sticker Price Of 16,951,But I Didn’t Get It For That Price. I can’t believe the salespeople there are trained to take advantage of us. They don’t explain things thoroughly to people who are buying cars. It Also Has A Dent On The Drivers Side And Was Told To Bring It To The Dent Man To See If He Can Fix it, Was Told Call First But The Times I Did Call He’s Not In, Then he’s On Vacation In Florida. I notice on the complaints that most of the people are complaining about this Apex protection plan and how they have to get financing through Nissan or you don’t get the discount. I should have just gotten up and gone somewhere else. But the damage is done. I Have Bought And Paid Off 4 New Cars Here In Conroe And One In Spring And I Have Never Been Given Deals Like This, That If You Don’t Purchase This You Can’t Have The Car For The Sticker Price. I’ve Never Heard Anything Like This Before. This I Just Wrote Someone Answered And Said To Call Them Well I Did And Got No Place With The Manager I Even Went In Person But After You Buy A Car From Them, They Want Nothing To Do With You. Or Is it Just Us Old Senior Citizens. Thanks
Let me begin by stating that I love my Nissan Pathfinder, however I purchased an oil package through Keating Nissan and would not recommend it to anyone. First when you make an appointment, it is not honored, my appointment was for 1:00pm, I left at 2:44pm. Secondly, when you arrive, there is no customer service etiquette, the personnel is laughing and no one greets the customer. Lastly, they tell me the car is ready, they don’t drive it up for customer convenience, I have to walk to parking lot to get it and my hood is open after they have apparently washed it. I don’t have this problem in other Nissan dealerships, I will not recommend others to go here, nor purchase more Nissan packages or products from here.
If you are looking for an easy, low on stress and no pressure experience, go see Susan! She is absolutely amazing and was so understanding and and answered all our questions. She will work hard to get you where you want to be on the purchase of your vehicle. Robert in finance was just as friendly and answered all our questions. No hidden fees, no last minute changes! An excellent experience from the door to drive out! They have made us customers for life!

If you expect that having an appointment makes your time there any shorter, you are in for an unpleasant surprise! Called to make an appointment for routine service(10k). I was told you don’t need an appointment for routine service just come in. I arrived and was told it would be a a three hour wait. I asked if I could make an appointment for the next day to expedite the process. I was told no problem, you will go right to the front of the line when you arrive! 2 hours and counting for an oil change! No update from the service department, crickets!Don’t waste your time here. I’ll go to a quick service facility next time.

Overall good experience with my vehicle purchase. I did the pre-qual. on the computer and after setting up a time to be in, I went to the receptionist to ask for the person I had set the appointment with(believe her name was Katie). However, I never met her. The receptionist did call her but guess she was busy so the receptionist had to find a salesperson. She went to 2 male salespeople and neither of them seemed interested. This is what keeps me from giving 5 stars. I was quite taken back to see salesmen who were just sitting around turn down a potential sale. Michael Slater was the 3rd salesperson she went to and he immediately came to meet me. 3 hours later I drove away in the car I came to purchase. Thanks Michael for saving the day for your peers, I guess they didnt need the sale. Also thanks to Gary Weaver in Finance. Process was quick and easy.
Extremely dissatisfied with the Used Car side of the dealership. I was interested in purchasing a Nissan Armada. Sam Ontiveros was my sales consultant. My interaction with him started on a Monday. I submitted my personal info that day and my husband the following morning (Tuesday). We never heard from Sam. I finally contacted him via text on Wednesday. He was very slow to communicate and did not answer my phone calls. I asked several times to speak with a financial advisor but was never given his name. I asked several times what bank was doing our financing and what the interest rate was. I was told by Sam that I could not have that information unless I came into the dealership and was on camera. I live 2 hours away. I needed the information to make the decision as to whether or not I wanted to pursue the loan. The whole experience was very shady and extremely unprofessional. Three days and still couldn’t get a decision about financing. I literally phoned the dealership 6 times and left voicemails on all 3 financial advisors voice mail and also on the 2 managers, Gabriel was one name I remember. Very, very disappointed…but glad I didn’t go through with the purchase as the windshield of the vehicle I wanted had a very bad crack. If the sales department can’t be trusted…..service could be just as bad.
Buyer beware. The prices listed online are only available if you agree to their 6 percent financing. If you want to pay cash they tacked on an extra $12 k to the listed $31,400. They did not honor the listed price. How do you all sleep at night?

This wonderful person got us into a rental and we were able to continue on our vacation. Kelly did everything possible to get our vehicle repaired and back on the road. I worked with Conner. Hes young but very knowledgeable about all the Nissan vehicles. Hes patient and not pushy which i like cuz I have anxiety anyway and pushy people...well....I will just walk away. Anyway, our situation was a little difficult but we ended up with a brand new car that met my requirements both payment wise and automobile wise with features I like. We had one small bit of miscommunication but it was quickly resolved. Will I return?...yes!

Had a great experience Royce Trotter. He was very friendly and helped me through the process. He also knew a lot about the car I was looking at and explained all the functions. I was impressed at how knowledgeable he was about the vehicle. I had drove to Conroe from Houston and had no way of bringing back both vehicles so he delivered my new vehicle to my home in Houston.
Their CPO vehicles are just your typical used vehicles. I had to take our Armada Platinum to a different Nissan dealership to bring it up to spec. CPO vehicles should be in like new condition and you should not need any repairs!! We had to get the driver seat repaired, power side mirror, & a rear molding repaired!! After noticing the front factory bracket that holds the license plate was missing and informing my sales man Collin Kraus he just ignored me, go figure!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

Routine oil change and fuel system service. Also got a new battery for my key fob. All staff were helpful and friendly but the cashier was very nice. She has great customer service skills and she put the new battery in my fob for me.

Ready to buy a great car but they require you to buy a $2,000 anti car theft kit which my full coverage auto insurance already covers. This is not anywhere easily read on website. They kind of blindside you with it during final sale. Its not optional. Could have sold a car today but they will not remove it. Other dealerships do not have this.While I appreciate the reply other dealers do not have a fee. Actually many of them do not or optional. Purchased from 4 other dealers in the surrounding area that do not require. Its your dealership wanting to make mo ey and you guys dont waver on it thats fine. But you need to be way more upfront with it. Put it on your prices online. Also should say non negotiable. Was looking for a new dealer to eventually replace both family cars. Looks like online like carvana with no hidden fees may be right for us.
Usual car dealership kept me there all day. We asked to come back later. Since our kids had now gotten out of school. Whats really irritating. I was told we have 2yrs of oil change services. Get to the dealership for the first oil change. I am informed. That tire rotation is not included in the oil change. Really need to get over on people like that. 👍. Well when dealing business like this. You better read everything and ask all the questions
I previously purchased a truck here. My experience was good. This time, no so good. I was shopping for a Titan. I saw they were offering $12,000 in rebates. I did the online appraisal, offered $27,700 for my truck. Well, then the internet sales person says they will offer more, and since Im a repeat customer, they will take care of me. I went in. I asked them for a real appraisal, and numbers . They took my truck. Well, an hour later, after test driving and such, I got my appraisal, and it was only $21,000. I knew immediately I couldnt do business, and I would have to wait. I asked for my keys and kept getting, let me talk to my manager. After the third try of talking to the manager, and asking for my keys, the manager comes out and says he wants to help me. I said No, I cant, I just would like my keys and I would like to leave. He immediately gets huffy and puffy and tells me to calm down and hes only trying to help me. I say, If you want to help me, please get my keys, because Ive asked for them 5 times already. He then gets angry and starts talking loud telling me I have the worst attitude and trying to embarrass me. Acts like he wants to kick me out of the dealership, which I was trying to leave anyway, so that would have been a blessing. Then the head guy comes over and hands me a new deal. I go to apologize for anything that I may have done to get that response, when he tells me to stop talking, and listen to him. I stopped talking because at this point, its becoming comical. He says You can listen to this deal and either do the deal or you can leave. You wont find another place to offer you better. Hands me the paper, and says, Theres your truck, take the deal or leave. So I turned around and walked out.The thing is, youre not the only dealership in Houston, and certainly not in the nicest. Youre not doing me the big favor you think you are. You offer big rebates, but then suck them back up with dealer add ons that MUST be purchased with the vehicle. While I appreciate the haggle process, low balling out the gate is rude and sets the negative tone. From the buyers perspective, you look like youll try to screw me first, act like Ive done wrong, then try to butter me up with a deal so it looks like youre doing me a favor.I would have came back in the future, but now, Ill never even consider your dealership. And I will be sure to let everyone know my experience. Since Im in the medical field, I get to meet lots of fresh faces daily.BTW, someone was able to beat your deal and top it with 0% interest. Meet me new truck. And gave me $31,100 for my trade. Oh, and the sales guy and sales manager treated me like I was their best friend during the entire process.
I went to Keating for a routine oil change. The staff member who worked on my vehicle sent me a video on the service that he performed. He did a good job explain in h his work.
Our salesman Drew was fantastic! He was very attentive to our needs and kept to our budget. Very polite, very professional and very willing to accommodate our needs.
