Super disappointed in the salesman I dealt with. He lied to me multiple times in order to get the sale. I live an hour and a half away. He knew I was on my way up there to get a mini van that we had been talking about for a couple weeks and waited until I was 30 minutes away to tell me the van had sold.We went to Gullo Toyota instead and they sold us a great used minivan for a better price.

Im a HAPPY customer!My salesman CHAD was awesome. It began as an internet sale. They had the vehicle I wanted (EX-L, Platinum White with Ivory leather interior). I cannot give them five stars because they have that horrible business practice of adding dealer options AND those options are not listed on their web page price. My vehicle had $2800 of options that I did not want. I was also prepared with vehicles and offers from several other dealers in the area.That being said, CHAD and I were able to agree upon a reasonable price, I qualified for excellent financing, and BRETT understood my financial situation as a retired educator when I was in financing with the final paperwork. I think I got a good deal on the vehicle price and my trade in. Im no fool. I know they made a profit. After all, they are a business.I love the vehicle and Im happy with the deal. So there.

Brought my car in for a safety recall job that takes the whole day but the recall notice from Honda mentioned it will take about 1.5 hours. Service advisor (Amber) checked me in, make sure parts are in stock and arranged for shuttle to bring me home. First time using a dealership workshop shuttle service, not sure what to expect. It turns out to be a pleasant experience. The driver is an employee from the workshop and not a third party driver. The young man driver was courteous and drive without rushing. The same shuttle service came to my home to pick me up when my car is ready to be picked up. Happy that they offer this arrangement.

The first time I brought in my car was to get my brake pads checked. They ended up saying my brake pads were fine, and tried to sell me multiple things. I ended up spending $350 for a transmission flush and some other routine service.The second time I came here was because my rear brake pads were making very loud noises when I braked. I brought it in, and they figured out that I had to change my roter and brake pads. I was pleased with my experience the second time. It took them about 1.5 days to get my car fixed, but they do provide a rental car if you really need a car.

Salesman are friendly. Prices look great online but the out the door price is insane. You can get wayy better quotes elsewhere. We ended up walking away. Do your research.

The sales team was very good; we had visited a couple of other Honda dealerships in the area the prior days and had terrible experiences with salespeople lying and being inconsiderate and lazy. The Keating experience could not have been more different, we had features shown that we didnt know about before, we were listended to, we found what we wanted and made it happen. It was a great experience and worth driving to a further away dealership.

My service manager tried and tried but Honda took two months to deliver the parts to fix my Passport. Kudos to the Keating service manager (Hickey) I dealt with, he did what he could; but a thumbs down to Honda for not having parts ready for an issue that they warned their customers about in the fall of 2020.

Darrell took care of my service needs. He was very thorough and kind during the whole process. He explained each issue in depth, and was not pushy to get other items addressed. My service representative Amanda took care of all my needs concerning my repair. I cant say much about the actual repair since I went in to replace a part thats been recalled. I strongly recommend NOT going through their phone appointment setting option. Its a third party, and they have no idea how long it will take to fix your vehicle or if they will even have the parts in stock, nor do they bother finding out.. Go online or speak to a service representative.

Very disappointed with my salesman. He literally said he didnt want to do business with me because I wanted to go through my own financing. He said if I didnt finance through them, he would have to up the price? And the price online was different when I showed up to make a deal. This was going to be a guaranteed sale. But with a salesman like that, Id rather go somewhere else. A salesman that thought he could intimate me and deceive me due to my gender as a woman is bad business. A womans money is just as good as a man.

My 2016 Honda Pilot was displaying intermittent warning messages about problems with the ignition system. My wife drove to the service center on a Friday and was scheduled for appointment early Monday morning. The problem was diagnosed, parts ordered and installed, and the vehicle was washed and delivered back to me shortly after noon. I am very pleased with the service provided.

The part for my car had a 4 month back order but they got the part in in about 6 weeks and fix the car.The part shortage isn’t their fault so I’m happy they fixed it as fast as they could. The service writer was good at keeping me updated on part arrival changes.

Each time I take our Pilot in for service - I speak with Darrell - he tells me what needs to be done - gives me the precise amount of time I’ll need to play with my iPhone - we meet at the cashier’s desk - I pay while he praises the condition of our SUV - I leave happy!

The Salesman was Rude and the Worst Customer Service I have experienced in any of the dealerships. We Went to see Certified Honda Pilot that i looked up online and it turns out they add Certification Fees, APEX Gps and Windshield protection to each and every vehicle. Upon questioning these extra addons, the salesman literally stood up and said Goodnight and walked out. I have never dealt with such dealership before where the salesman just walk out on you. We also wanted to see some other vehicles but looks like the Salesperson did not want to help. I would not recommend Keating Honda to any one. Please stay away from this Dealsership where they add Bogus addons to each vehicle and Customer Service is the worst. Before visiting Keating honda I was told over the phone that the addons are negotiable but when upon visiting this place I noticed thats not the case or maybe thats what I was told. Thanks Keating Honda for wasting my time.

We will not buy from them again. We purchased a used 2017 Ford Escape from them. We drove home the hour drive, stopped to eat, and the car wouldnt start. The battery was dead. When we called them, they admitted that they had to jump it to get it started, but since their service department was closed, they didnt test the battery. They had it started for us to drive off in, so it would be cool. They did agree to pay for a replacement battery. However, the bad battery had corroded so much, it had damaged the battery cables. We had to replace the cables to get the car to start. Keating has refused to pay for the cables to be replaced. So our new used car, lasted an hour, and they refuse to make it right. The mechanic who replaced our battery cables said anyone who looked at it at the dealership, would have easily seen the corroded cables. I am only giving them 1 star because Google requires it - if I could, it would be 0 stars.

Darrell helped me on a warranty work on my pilot. I was offered another pilot as loaner because the job would take more than one day. I went back at the third day and picked up my car. Everything was smooth.
