If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The facility was clean, the crew was fast and efficient, and the customer service was AWESOME. I heard the crew greet other customers (obviously regulars) by their first names, and could tell by their interactions that they genuinely cared for them and their vehicles. And they had a prime opportunity for upcharging for mine--Id forgotten that Id gotten my tires rotated a few months ago and had requested it as a service today. They were totally honest with me, and they didnt try to sell me anything other than what was actually needed (which had not been my experience with other locations). Awesome experience all around. Will definitely be going back.

Fast service. I had my oil changed, tires rotated and State inspection done all in less than 30 minutes. Customer Service was excellent and lobby was clean.

I had planned on reading my book while I waited for my car to be inspected, but I barely got through 5 pages. Everything took less than 10 minutes. The employees were thoughtful and professional. I will definitely be back.

One of the coolest places in Conroe to get serviced; service is efficient, first rate and reasonably priced, plus veterans are accorded a discount as well.

The place was swamped on this visit! Team members were actually jogging from car to car!! I was there for a vehicle inspection. The team was very professional, courteous and seemed to genuinely care for the customer! Thanks guys for your efforts!!

Hunter in the office was really great, superfriendly and knowledgeable. However, I was sold a new pair of windshield wipersAfter telling him about my road trip coming up and they were absolutely awful, terrible quality and I could have gotten better quality for cheaper at Walmart. Feel like I got scammed there. Also advertised that with the oil change they topped you off on all of your fluids, however I pulled out onto the road from Jiffy Lube and shortly after my windshield wiper fluid light came on that it was about empty. Definitely did not get what I paid for and wont return to this location

I recieved excellent service for brake replacement.

Fast, courteous....only problem, they dont stock the oil filter for my BMW (its a 3 series, nothing fancy) and they offered to install one if I purchased it at an auto parts store and discount the price of the filter. Not sure where they buy their filters, but discounting $2 on a $14 oil filter doesnt seem like a fair trade....but they were very good when I provided the parts.

Very helpful I was low on coolent and pulled up and the hose blow they help me with ahose and I put it on they toped off my coolent and I made it home safe, thanks for your help..

Always informative and know their job

Twice this has happened to me. First time an oil change was done on my wifes car on 1/7/20202 and arrived 10 minutes after location was opened. Only one employee was there and she stated that she called the other employees and it will be an additional 15 minute wait because she could do it by herself. I was okay with the first time because I definitely understand things happen with traffic, personal reason, etc., but this 2nd time..... I arrived 20 minutes on a Saturday 1/18/2020 after opening and got the same exact service on my car, now here we are again only one employee working and the rest are late. I was sitting inside waiting until the second employee came in at 8:15. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. This will be my last time visiting this location. Just moved to the area and thinking that I could an oil change because the location is convenient. I must say they employee are very nice and thats only reason they received a two star. Will be contacting corporate about the matter. Not sure if they need a morning supervisor that makes sure the employees arrive in time, or just close the location altogether.

This specific location is exceptional each time I’ve come i am greeted with smiles and honest concerns of the type of service I need. The management has impressed me how the employees actually like doing their jobs. I am so glad this location was opened it’s convenient to get in and out and in your way. Absolutely with no doubt, the best customer service Ever! The guy who did my inspection was very professional (I think his name was Richard). My breaks aren’t that bad but I will be coming back here to do them just because of him!

I went there on July 9th 2020 and I am from a different state and I needed a oil change. So I told him I need a oil change and they came back and told me you need a filter and a light bulb I said okay filtering the light bulb thats fine. he told me because your car has high mileage I recommend a certain kind of oil change and never told me the price. So they did the job and at time of checkout it my bill was $125. I asked how much was the oil change he told me $100 and I said I never spent $100 on a oil change before. So I paid for it and he was rushing me to just sign my signature and never said Im sorry or anything cuz they never told me the price. I would never recommend for anyone to go because there are such ripoffs.

Im a senior citizen and I want to commend the great customer service by the store Manager, Hunter Smith in Conroe, Tx. Friendly and informative. Its not often that service with a smile happens these days. This young man obviously knows first impressions are a must.

The girl that helped me was friendly and polite. She got right to work checking my tires for proper pressure and saw that one tire cap was broken and replaced it. Very nice experience.

I highly recommend this one. They dont try and get every penny out of you, very fast and honest people here. The employee that handled my car, Trevor, was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what needed to be addressed. Will be coming back to this location with all of my maintenance needs.

This was the most comprehensive brake change Ive ever had. They inspected all aspects and explained it in a way that I understood everything. They didnt try to add fees or services as often happens. I will absolutely return here and recommend this location to anyone for oil changes and brake services.

Use this location. They are super nice.They work with you and wont over charge or recommend things you dont need. They are Fast and careful. I cant say enough. They also do way more at this location that the other jiffy lubes wont do. Including BRAKES which is what I came for. And they took time to show and explain the problem to know why they were recommending and didnt just trying to sell me a bunch of stuff that was not needed like other places do. yea use this location on 105. Wont be sorry.

These guys are quick and efficient. Did my inspection today and was out relatively fast. Was informed that I need to top off my coolant, which I knew before hand, and they didnt charge me an outrageous price.I will be coming back for years to come.

Had a state inspection done - the online renewal portal indicated they could not verify the inspection ( I have a hard copy of approval in hand). I called them and they told me it was the States problem and there was nothing they could do. After several hours on the phone getting to the proper Regional Safety office, the State confirmed it was a problem with Jiffy Lube - so i had to call them back to get them to fix their system. I then waited for over a week for them to resend/refresh the data. They said they did - but it is still not registered with the State, so now I get to to go wait in line at the DMV to renew my registration or take my car back in and see if it works this time - and possibly start this process all over again..

Very nice people and really appreciated they werent pushy with add-on services. Will be back in the future.

Safety Inspection was fast, no problems. Oil change on the other hand... I have had my car for 9 years and the staff tried telling me i need *at least* a semi-synthetic blend ($62) rather than the ($40) conventional (i have been getting conventional since day 1). Ending up going to another lube shop chain and they never ever mentioned getting synthetic, in fact they said their system told them conventional... i get upselling but they lost me as a customer over ~$20. There is alot of competition in this industry and pushing customers into unnecessary services is not advisable.
