Amazing and helpful service. Amber was very informative and made sure I got everything I needed and answered all of my questions. She gave me an estimate for a list of repairs and helped me sign up for a payment plan I very much needed.Iβve never been so well informed and assisted during a vehicle service. Outstanding customer service by Kelly in their service department she kept me informed and coordinated their Towing service promptly when my scheduled towing company became a multiple delay and eventually no show. She was both responsive, professional and caring and communicated frequently to make sure everything went smoothly. They also sent a shuttle to retrieve my key saving me time and Uber expense and then came and picked me up when my car was ready Raul was the driver and very courteous, I would it Iβd highly recommend them!!!

A lot of the employees were not wearing a face covering while the world is going towards a second lockdown. One of the employees came to greet me with a hand shake plus not wearing any type of face covering. I was so impressed and how all of the customers had their face mask on but more than 50% of the employees were just walking around without it. The service was great, like an oil change regular type of thing. If wasnβt that, Iβd probably give 5 stars, but this situation made me feel unsafe being in there.
They checked all systems addressed in our notice of possible brake problems. Imminent recall notice. Very pleased with communications from service department.
Went in for a key fob and gas cap replacement in and out within 45 minutes. Absolutely love the lady that helped me, her name escapes me bit she was awesome and kept a great attitude the whole time and she was super busy π

Always professional. I went in for a new key fob, turns out my car had a recall. Part was available they did all at the same time + got me a rent car for 4 hours so I did not have to wait in public during covid.

The serviceman I spoke with was EXTREMELY knowledgeable not only about questions I had pertaining to very minor issues and maintenance, but also on the pricing for each issue.I have to admit that for many many years I only relied on Ford, Chevrolet, and GM, and was quite apprehensive about getting anything else. I am slowly creeping up now on 100k with my Nissan Frontier SV and have not only been thoroughly impressed with my truck, but also with the continued service Ive received from Keating! The service representative Kelly was so incredibly nice and professional. She went out of her way to be helpful and make accommodations for me to pick up my vehicle even after the service department closed. I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and car wash at 1:30 and picked up the vehicle at 5:30 to find they didnβt wash the vehicle at all. I paid quite a bit for the service package to receive this service and was very disappointed to find they didnβt even attempt to hose off the vehicle or anything. I know this wasnβt Kellyβs error as she recommended the wash, but it was still disappointing. If the car would have been washed at any capacity this would have been a 10/10 experience.
My service rider was Kelly. She has an amazing personality. Her business attitude is excellent. She had a rental running with heat for me first thing so I can get to work. Definitely two thumbs up with the service Iβve received from Keating Nissan and Kelly Nading.

Always a good time at Keating. All of the staff is friendly and willing to help. Service dept is quick and keeps you up to date. When I am waiting on my car to be serviced my sales guy Michael will always check in to see if I need anything . Dealership is very clean and chairs are comfy so itβs never a problem to wait. I will remain a Keating Nissan customer for life!
The man who changed my oil went the extra mile. When the oil was being drained it flowed back onto the trucks under carriage and the mechanic took the time to wipe it all down so that it would be nice and clean. They even ran the truck through the wash bay.
Absolutely Horrible People, called in the morning to make a appointment for 12:30, representatives expressed no issues, show up at 12 and the place is closed. These people have no curtsy for people safety and time.
It was terrible. Found 24 codes wrong with my car for various things when all I needed was a transmission. I had it towed out of there and sent to a place where they fixed the transmission for much cheaper. Nissan vehicles with CVT transmissions are garbage and I wouldnt recommend nissan to any of my friends or family. There is no way that a 2016 vehicle should have that many problems. Nissan is a joke - a joke that has been told so many times that its no longer funny.

The Service person Kelly, really was great. She scheduled it -got my car in for a recalled part in the ABS system on my 2016 Nissan Maxima. She got me a rental car for four hours, a New red Murano. My car was washed when I got it ! Easy fix to a problem that was worrying me.
We have purchased and leased five different Rogues here in the past six years. The overall experience has been good enough for us to return. The vehicles have been outstanding - easy to drive, great gas mileage, and so major technical or mechanical issues.We did have some incomplete information given to us about the Apex warranty and GPS system, but that was cleared up before the final signing. My suggestion for others is to make sure you understand every number on every piece of paper so there are no misunderstandings at the end. They were very helpful explaining the details after we asked for clarification.

I had a drivers front wheel bearing replaced on our 16 Versa Note. I had about 200 miles of warranty left so it was covered. Drop off and pick up was easy. It was also smooth to get a loaner for my wife. I was able to speak with the shop foreman which was nice for me because I speak car and could describe in great detail the symptoms of the wheel noise I was having. Thanks to my service adviser Kelly for guiding us through this repair.
The wait was a little longer than expected.
I bought my car new over two years ago and had never redeemed my free oil changes. Took my car in for a multi-point inspection with an oil change as well as having them look at my front radar sensor, which had been going in and out.They did the oil change, reported no issues with the inspection and replaced the radar sensor, all at no cost to me. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to Keating for all my future service needs.
I felt very unsafe here. No staff were wearing masks, it is very selfish and unprofessional for them to risk such sickness during a pandemic. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I had a perplexing mechanical issue with my 370Z. Service Consultant, Kelly Nading, did an awesome job of identifying the issue, and, with the timely assistance of Master Technician (Kurt), corrected the problem with skill, promptness and conscientious attention to the matter. It seems to me, whether its routine maintenance or something more major, I can be assured of Keating Nissans competent and timely help.
I always get good service here, not complaining about that, but.... It shouldnt cost close to $300 to get a key programed. (especially when it is just a straightforward key lock, no remote etc.) Not happy.

I have used this dealership for years and years. They always come through. My most recent experience was when a plate fell down from under the front end of my car. Took it to Keating Honda and they fixed it! It was someone elses fault but they took care of me same day I called.

The service department adamantly lied about normal routine maintenance. I had my oil changed then the next day my battery died.
