This store was a breath of fresh air. I was waited on very quickly by an employee with a very sweet personality. I had a several questions and he was so sweet and patient about them all. I will be back in the future due to the customer service and quick speed they provided. I highly recommend!!

The worst. I had my oil changed and I declined to have them change air filters as the cost was $40 versus my buying my own and doing it . When I left there my car was sputtering a bit, but made it home. When I went to go out next day it would not start at first then completely died. I had to be towed from Humble to Montgomery, when I looked under the hood, the hose from engine to air filter(intake) was completely off,hanging. The mechanic said yes this would cause my car to not run. I called Midas and he said the tow truck driver must have done something. REALLY??? He never had to open the hood! Midas said I drove off so not their problem. If I could legally do something I would.Do NOT GO there. They are not even personable, personalities of slug. Yes, I am very upset,would not use them if services were free!!!!!

This store provides excellent customer services with prices that can’t be beat. Great prices on oil changes with speedy turn around. I will be back for my next scheduled maintenance.

I went in to have my car checked because it was shaking violently. I was afraid of driving it. A man at the shop took a thorough look at it and concluded it was a job that would cost about $600 for each tire section and gave me a 20min long speech on what needed to be done while boring ànd angering me simultaneously. I did not believe a word this man said! I thought he was trying to rip me off because I am a woman. So I waited patiently a long time for my Dad and his best friend to get back from a golfing vacation so that they could take a look at it. Sure enough it only needed to have all the tires balanced!!!! Problem solves!!!!! Ladies watch out if a guy doesnt sound honest, is giving you a far out story and is staring at your chest hes probably a con artist!!!! Dont come here! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Dont let them! Watch out. Get a trusted second opinion first!

I went into Midas Conroe last week because my air conditioner was not working. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the business was all of the employees were super friendly. I ended up getting an oil change as well. They were super fast and I was out of there in no time. I highly recommend using the shop I will definitely be coming back.

Thieves!!! Avoid this place!!!Went for an oil change...told me it’d be an hour wait. I waited & it took less time than estimated. The manager was coughing on everything...super gross & unhygienic.Paid & left. I checked my glove compartment to put in my receipt & noticed a card that I had for my niece had been opened. Plus, $$$ had been taken out & the card was smudged & the envelope was smudged & mangled!!! Went back to this place, immediately! The employee admits to being in my glove compartment (again went in for an oil change). What else can I conclude...the guy stole money out of my car!!!!! Avoid this place!!!!!

I guess I came at the wrong time. Saturday after 3 all I got was an oil change. Asked for a diagnosis. Didn’t look over anything. Will NEVER BE BACK. SIGN SAID $60 synthetic. I had a $ 15 coupon. Still had to pay 75.

I got my tires installation here at this place and have to returned twice after they installed the tires because of the shaking problem and they couldn’t fix it. When called them, the guy name David told me to bring my car to Discount tire to fix it.. what the heck?? But I did it anyway and Discount Tires solved my problem.When I got home, I also found out that the technician disposed my good spare tire and left the bad tire in the trunk with the original wheel still attached. He didn’t even bother to put it back to where the spare tire should be. I brought my car back and was told to come back when they have time to look through their backroom to see if they can find the spare tire...I honestly will never come back to do business with this shop and highly recommended to stay away.

They were very nice to me with quick service. I had a bolt in my tire and they took me in asap and fixed my tire. The customer service was impeccable and I would definitely refer to friends.

My family has been bringing cars here for over 20 years. David and the guys here will take care of you and only recommend what is needed on your car. These guys are more than reasonable on pricing and times for repairs. They take excellent care of your car!! People who are not knowledgeable about cars have nothing to fear taking their car here these guys dont try anything and will explain when you dont understand.

I have a somewhat old car, 2007 with 187,000+ miles and have been using those quick oil change shops for a couple of years which i felt like I may have skipped some maintenance issues so nervous about going to a shop like this. I went to this Midas for new tires and an oil change. Since my car is old, I was expecting a laundry list of suggested repairs but when I picked up my car, they only suggested new spark plugs, which put me at ease. The staff was very professional and, since this is a pandemic, very safe. I’m going back next week for the new spark plugs.

I went in to get some I Information and estimates on some parts and I was helped by Dwayne unfortunately he was far from helpful and instead was very rude. He would interrupt me and tell me what I needed for my car when I already knew what I was looking for I just wanted some estimates. I just am astounded at his behavior as an employee and this unfortunately makes me not want to come back or give a good review :( :(

Went in with a complaint that my car was riding right of center and that I would like it looked into, and I gave authorization on an alignment if that was the issue. The reason my car was riding right of center was because of a combination of a bald front right tire and a minor alignment. Instead of notifying me of the tire which I had not known of they went ahead and re aligned the vehicle without calling and left the bald tire becuase they do not sell any. Now I have to go replace the tire, and get another alignment just 2 days later because I had to replace the worn wheel, the original cause to what I went in for in the first place. Long story short: don’t let them touch your car after a diagnostic make them call you or they will scam you out of money & time.

They do great, reliable, honest work. Will not try to sell you extra stuff that is not needed! They actually care about you, your vehicle, and what you are going through. Highly recommended and will definitely be back next time I need work done!

I go to MIDAS regularly for all my maintenance and repairs. Ive been going there for years now. I go because Im always treated with the up most respect and their prices are out of this world they always work with me and I never worry about them doing me wrong. I would recommend this MIDAS to all my friends and family. Ive tried other shops but they never give me the same service MIDAS does. The other shops make me feel like they are telling me I need alot of stuff I really dont need and at MIDAS their integrity is spot on . I just feel comfortable leaving my car with them and know the work will be done right the first time.

Never ever again!!! I got here around 9:00-9:05 and Im not leaving until 10:40!!!! There were 3 people working and 2 behind the desk--when I pulled in there was only one car ahead one car ahead of me a gentleman getting his tire changed who told me he was there already 20-30 minutes! I was really considering going to mobile 1 next door because they do a complimentary car clean and even those people were leaving faster than me and they had a full lot of people. Also the guy that got the tires warned me not to get tires from them ..... Yes the 49.99 Rate was good but an hour and a half of my time is worth the $30-50 I saved going to them

I recently took my car to Midas for an alignment fix. I was told they were not able to do it, yet I was still charged full price for a service I was not given. I offered to pay half price for the diagnostics check considering that’s all that was done, but they would not accept and told me there is nothing they can do for me. I recommend going to a mechanic or body shop for alignment, they are half the price and far more reasonable.

Absolutely horrible. I got there the guy was slow and seemed very unhappy to help me. There was about 3-4 men just sitting around while 2 did a slow job on the lady’s car that was in front of me. Finally get to mine and they start digging threw my glove box. He did that for a good 3 minutes and then proceeded to walk off to somewhere and sit down and I’m assuming to read the manual to find what oil I needed. Then went to put the book back and took another 2 minutes. (Why are you taking so long to find a big thick book that you can see when you open the glove box) & to top it off the office guy is walking around by my car smoking a cigarette. At this point I’m so irritated I ask the guy if he’s even started yet (15 minutes in) and he says all they have done is checked the air filter. I asked if I could have my car back and if I needed to pay for the services all while he’s sitting on a stole with 3 other guys doing the same. I finally got my car back went down the road to take 5 and I was in and out in 15 minutes. They didn’t have to go threw my glove box they showed my my oil and air filters. They also met me outside and gave me a water!!! So If I have any advice never go here save your time and good mood and go to take 5!!!!

Dropped my car off for an oil change 12 minutes later I get a call stating I need three additional maintenance things done to my car. I kindly declined & was then informed that next time I need to not waste their time & state that I only want an oil change. Which is exactly what I said when I dropped off the vehichle.I was also yelled at when I went to pick up my vehicle by the same person. I will never take my car back there again due to the rudeness of that employee. vehicle. I was also told that I requested an oil service & that is where they do a multi point inspection. Those words NEVER came out of my mouth. Oil change is exactly what I asked for!I also notified corporate.

Midas has become my go to place for car maintenance. Being a woman, it is often known that people might try to pull the wool over their eyes but not here. I took my car in to get my brakes done and they did my oil change and checked my brakes and looked at me honestly said that it is not needed at this time. They could have easily told me that I needed a service that was not needed to make money but they did not. I have never had to wait when I go there and my car is in and out in a jiffy.

Always on point. David is awesome, always tells you what to be done and applies discounts. The prices at Midas are quite competitive. I do my oil change, injector, filters here. You can also get a courtesy check on your car for free.

Took advantage of me being a young woman and OVERCHARGED me out the rear for a brake job. I am incredibly hurt by this because I have been a loyal customer for oil changes, alignments, and other services since I first began driving. It is very sad to see that this happened to me because I know I am not the first or last woman they have and will be doing this to.

I brought my X5 BMW in for my first oil change since being out of warranty. I had no idea what to expect as I heard BMW’s have extremely expensive maintenance. I brought my car in and was immediately greeted and explained the pricing. Everything was extremely reasonable and felt they worked to earn my business the right way. They had me out the door and on my way in no time at all. Plus there is tons of restaurants and a target right near the shop if you needed to wait longer than I did. I was very satisfied with my experience and will be back!

I’ve been to other Midas locations in the past and have had good experiences. I went to the Conroe location last week and the guys there were great. The manager David was very kind and I like that he was very transparent and honest with me about my car. I definitively recommend them and will be back again in the future.

Went for a promo oil change and verified price and scope of work specifically for my car at Service desk prior to performing service; to my surprise when service was completed I was told of an additional cost added to the bill. Will not be back.

My car broke down and NO ONE could look at it for a week. I called Midas, they said come on in. I had a coupon so I drove to the Conroe location. I called ahead and when I got there I barely waited 5 minutes. The servicemen were knowledgeable and helped me decide what I needed now and plan for later services. They finished under 20 minutes! Great and easy experience.

Excellent Service! My fuel pump went out on my F150 and needed my tires rotated and balanced. Midas was able to do it for half the price Ford quoted me and had it finished in one day.

Ive been to the Conroe Midas many times during the past few years with several family cars. David, the manager, has always been very helpful. He recommends the important repairs I need without trying to sell me extra services I dont need. He and the techs there are friendly and take good care of our cars. Which is important because we have several older out of warranty cars between my wife and kids. Id recommend them to anyone for good reliable service.

They mechanics here are incredible! We were stranded in Conroe after our brakes went out on a trip from Pearland, and the closest place to get the part needed to fix it was in East Houston. They did their best and found a way to fix the problem without having to get that part and got us going in no time. So thankful!!!!

Had an employee yell at me in front of other customers because I took a coupon in there and he wanted to add some additional charges that he said are part of the special. I asked him to explain that because I didnt understand it and he yelled at me and said they didnt need to work on my car. Ive been taking all of my kids and my car there for years but he lost a lot of customers for being so ugly and embarrassing me in front of other people. Dont go to this place they tell you one thing and charge you another.

The prices are a little high but it balances out with the quality and good costumer service that you get when you come here

Seems to be a honest shop, brought my car in with a oil leak in which i did not know where it was leaking from (would have be fairly easy to run up the bill), the repair was quickly diagnosed, fixed very fast, and the bill was much less than i expected. Definitely recommend.UPDATE: I have since got my cars AC compressor (i knew it was bad before bringing it in) replaced, and my brother had his replaced a few months earlier. The price was slightly lower than the other 2 quotes i got (just over $1,100 for my car, his truck was ~$800), same day install, both vehicles AC are running like new.

I was recommended to this Midas because I had 2 horrible experiences with 2 different Midas. I had lost all hope and confidence in Midas. But Mr. David, the manager, and his staff was phenomenal.!!! The shop was beautiful & clean. The assistant working the front desk was kind and helpful. I had work done at a Midas, out of town, 2 weeks prior. My car was running horribly and making noises afterwards. Mr. David was knowledgeable, professional and gave his honest opinion about the problems the previous Midas had done. He recommended we contact the previous Midas. He didnt stop there. He gave us an alignment for a fraction of the cost and rotated the tires so they wouldnt continue to wear down. He genuinely felt bad because of what was done to us. He didnt have to do that. But because he did, I will drive all the way to this Midas from now on. The same way I want the corporate office to see the bad reviews on my bad Midas experience. I hope they see this review and reward them for their excellence! Thank you Mr David and staff.

I first brought my car here on July 9 with the compliant that my tires were going bald rapidly. I left my car there for them to DIAGNOSIS WHY my tires were going bald and then call me with what they recommended. They did this in great timing and explained everything to me. I agreed to let them do an alignment and some other work. They told me I would have no more issues with bald tires. I had just bought 4 BRAND new tires the day before I brought them my car. Today September 1 I brought my car in with the driver side front tire so wore it was already showing thread. I was upset and felt like they had to have missed something. When I brought the car in the man was already short with me (he knew I was not a happy customer cause i called the day before). I gave him my keys an politely waited. Just a few minutes after they lifted my car the guy came in and said come here let me show this. I walked out there WITH HIM he had me go under my car with him and showed me my lower ball joint was loose causing my tire to bald and wear in less then 60 days. I asked him why it wasnt fixed when I brought my car in July he said it must not have been bad then. Which is not true. They only way a lower ball joint would get that bad that quickly is if I hit something which he would have seen the damage. I asked him if this was something Midas would take care of since I already paid them to fix my car balding problem and they didnt he told me no. It would cost my another couple hundred dollars to replace the lower ball joint and I would have to replace my tire myself as well but they would do the alignment. I asked for a corporate number he told me I was all he got. I told him to take my car down they were not working on it, and then asked him how could a ball joint get that bad so quickly he just kept saying I dont know it can happen. I felt like the moment I walked in I was a girl and he could tell me anything I would not know better. My mechanic family member confirmed that the only way my ball joint would get as bad as it was is if I hit something so she called Midas. They guy kept lying to her saying he didnt personally look at my car so he could tell her if there was any damage showing proof I hit something, when he did personally look at my car, he is the one that showed me the loose ball joint. He was very rude and not wanting to help at all. He refused to give me the corporate number and just gave me a card. I asked for a print out of what he did to my car in July which he replied with your car is ready and walked away. This was one of the worst customer service I have experienced. I would never recommend this place.

The workers and manager where polite and professional. I was given one price on the phone and than when the bill was due it was LOWER than the quote because they noticed my retired Navy sticker on my truck(I am assuming this but I got $20 off and didnt ask).I recommend them to anyone and I will return.I would of given them 5 stars but the chairs in the waiting room are standard industry chairs and with a bad back they are not that comfortable to sit in. But I am also picky about sitting in a chair.

My first time at this location and they did a great job on my daughters brakes . She lives in Austin and I needed to have the work done on a Saturday when she was home . David told me to drop it off and we were able to pick it up 3 hours later. Good prices also ...

My husband & I stopped by to get an oil change this morning. As we were sitting there, an employee (possibly manager) came over with a list of things he wanted to upsell, including a new cabin air filter. He said the cabin air filter was very dirty & needed replacement. However, my husband change it out himself a few weeks earlier so we knew it was not dirty. My husband declined. The employee looked irritated that my husband did not want any of the additional services.As we were leaving, I opened the glove compartment to put my receipt inside & noticed that it was a mess in there & it wouldn’t close. My husband took it off to fix it but noticed that the cabin air filter & some parts were missing.We drove back to Midas & told them what was missing & we wanted it back. After they finished putting it back, they brought the car out & upon inspection, my husband noticed that it was still missing a part & let them know.Then the man says that there was never a cabin air filter in there to start with & that he personally took out the glove compartment to check. What?!The SAME man that earlier said that our cabin air filter was very dirty & needed replacement. We were both dumbfounded by his blatant lie. Now we have a missing part that he most likely threw in the trash because we didn’t agree to any of his upsell’s.All we wanted was a simple oil change. It is fine that you try to upsell your products if warranted & we have the option to say no. However, lying and being deceitful is just wrong. Shame on you sir.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Never bring low profile cars here or any car. I went in for a alignment on my car and out of everywhere I’ve brought it not once have they taken it for a test drive before the alignment was even done! They took my car for over a 5 minute drive for no reason at all before an alignment was even done! When asked about it they were unable to tell me why they took it for a drive! and in the process they floored my car out of the parking lot and down Highway 105 for no absolute reason what so ever. They also lack knowledge of low profile cars and took the dip down from the Shop to highway to quick and crack my splitter and scraped it all up! It was just put on Friday and leave it to Midas to screw it up! When confronted about them breaking my splitter the Manager said “ I don’t care I’m not paying for that ” this is completely embarrassing to treat customers like this let alone abuse their own property. DO NOT GO HERE.
