I am so impressed with the customer service I received today. My brakes have been making a horrible noise when stopping for months now, but I put off doing anything about it because of my tight schedule. I came in today around 4 pm and was surprised to be told that I would be able to be served today. The rep who helped me also took the time to teach me what roters look like and what they do. My brakes were completely redone with new parts in such a short amount of time. The waiting area was clean and one of my favorite shows played on a TV on the wall. I was treated respectfully and not scolded for the bad condition my brakes were in, which I appreciated. The price was fair and the process was smooth. Thank you! I would definitely recommend this shop and will likely return if I need tires in the future. It meant a lot to me to be cared for in this way and it made me feel safe. Driving home was a breeze and the horrible noise is completely gone now. I appreciate it 🙏

My 9 months pregnant friend stopped here for an oil change and politely asked the service man who identified himself as the owner to run the code as an unidentifiable hazard light was on. He was very condescending as he flippantly disregarded her stating he will only run it if she will have the repairs done OR else he will run it giving her the code only without the explanation. She informed him that she has a warranty but was lacking time due to work; he did not budge.Luckily, the technician who serviced her vehicle disregarded the rudeness of the manager and provided the code. Our experience left the impression of a greedy misogynistic leadership style fostering to treatment of customers as dollar signs instead of human beings. We will not be back.

I scheduled an appointment online a day prior and got my confirmation email. Hilariously, at the bottom, it has their triple promise, fixed right, right price and right on time. Ya right! I showed up for my appointment and am told they went be able to get to me till 6 oclock. My appointment was for 3. Employee goes on to tell me they had someone call out sick and their alignment rack was having issues half the day. I asked if they had my phone number and he confirmed they did but told me they wouldnt call because they wouldnt have know till 2 oclock.I understand being short staffed and equipment messing up. What I dont understand is wasting my time and gas because you cant give me a phone call to see if I have 4 extra hours to waste sitting in the store. Ill go to somewhere else from now on.

$300 for a $100 part!! I brought in my vehicle and had the new part but they would not install it. They wanted to charge me $200 more for the same exact part! The tech was nice but they would have ripped me off if I didnt know better! Dont go here!

These guys are very helpful and saved me money when I was told the alternator was out by someone else, it was just a bad battery. They couldve been deceitful to get more money but werent. They have integrity. Will definitely be back and recommend.

GO SEE JEFF!!He got me all taken care of, Im disabled, and Jeff made sure the new tires on my truck are highway tires, so the ride in my truck is fast smoother than it was. I didnt ask him, Jeff just saw me walk in with my cane, and HE ASKED ME about changing the type of tires I use. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and Jeff is THE go to guy!!

So much unnecessary confusion. I made an appointment for 10am. I showed up at 9:30, and an older gentleman said “I was going call you, we don’t have your tire size in stock”. I question why he did not call me since the had been open for 2 hrs, he said, “I called some people”. I ask him to call the Woodlands location. He did, said they have my size, and I left. After waiting and not being helped at The Woodlands location (see my review for their location for details), I came back to see if they could order me a tire and have it ready the next day. A different gentleman helped me, and said they had a tire that fit my vehicle! WHAT?!?!? Seriously?? I agreed to get it so I would not have to come back (for a 4th visit in 2 days)...They did not even attempt to hurry, taking 56 minutes to change 1 tire. In addition, they could not find my online account. Just, confusion.

They changed the wrong tire! I had a leak in a tire that I had most recently purchased from firestone. I specifically told them which tire had a leak and told them I have to drive 90 highway miles after getting this fixed so please make sure you change the correct tire. They said it was a bad stem valve.Behold... 90 miles later I had the same leak but now my so called new tire was almost flat.Again?! Nope! They changed the wrong tire! Thanks for making me feel safe. Thats a joke!!! So I spent a few hours waiting for them to change the wrong tire?! They replaced a brand new tire with a brand new tire and left the bad tire on! Wow!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service, I have a lifetime alignment with them and everytime I try to get my car alligned they will make me wait hours even when I make an appointment I watch them serve other people before me.

Jeff and the team at the Firestone on W. Davis St. are top notch. I had an unusual and significant AC issue with my car and took it to three different shops over a four month period. This Firestone team correctly identified the issue and after a bit of trial and error determined that the entire AC system needed to be replaced. They fixed it under a deadline that enabled me to have AC for a cross-country drive the next day. They have earned my loyalty!

Would give James and the entire staff zero stars if I could. I went in at 4:45 to fix a flat tire. While I explained what I needed, James continued to hagardly type out a personal email and couldnt be bothered to make eye contact while I spoke, let alone take a look at my tire. Without checking to see if it could be repaired, he said he didnt have the tires I would need and said it would take him 24 hours to get what I need or, I could go to a nearby location and be taken care of immediately. So off I went to the other location where they promptly determined my FIRESTONE tire was in good shape and could easily be repaired. After calling aroundo, I found out that after James sent me to a different location, he actually helped a customer get tires from another location, even though he had told me it would take 24 hours. James and his flabby steroid wannabe arms can go flab around in hell.

Got an alignment and it was so off i could take my hands off the wheel and hit the gas and it would do circles in the parking lot. Took it back right away and they reluctantly fixed it after trying to explain that it must be caused by anything and everything other than their employees. Generally they do pretty decent work though.

BEWARE. I experienced RIP OFF attempt just as other reviews warned. My mistake for taking it there. Nail in tire. Said they could not repair because it was too close to another repair and I had to buy a new tire. I asked how close was too close - they said 12!! Was too close. I asked to see it. There was a plug 18 ( updated with actual measurement) away from the nail. Then they said the criteria was 15 and they could not tell until they took the tire off( attempting to keep me there). Tire industry criteria online ( both US Tire Manufacturers Assoc and Tire Industry Association) said repairs can not OVERLAP. Absolute theft attempt. I drove down the road to a national chain tire company and showed them the 2 locations.. They are fixing the tire now - no problem at all.

Went in because my low tire pressure light came on and got the tires checked and filled for free. Great and friendly service.

The people working are nice and seem to care about you. Only downside is they don’t check everything like they say they do. The said they checked my starter and it was fine but it went out less than a week later. They also replaced my power steering reservoir but forgot to put the cap back on. If I pay $800+ I want everything to be perfect.

Went in for routine service: oil change, tire rotation and general check up of our 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Cant say enough about their customer service and work. Weve been using Firestone for our vehicle repairs and maintenance for years. This store is the best weve used.

I was down in Conroe from Shreveport for the weekend when I hit the grand canyon of potholes. I have a difficult size tire to find, and the gentleman at this location made about a dozen calls to track a tire down for me and have it brought to the shop within 90 minutes, all on a Sunday! They were amazing, and extremely helpful. I was on the road with a new tire by 12:30 when I thought I was going to be rolling on a donut for 240 miles. Would definitely recommend this Firestone location

My family has used the Firestone on FM 1960 for over 20 years. They charge more than a mom and pop shop, but have always done the job right. I have moved around a lot, so I use Firestone when I dont know a local shop or mechanic. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. In the last year they have managed to install new break pads incorrectly (which required three follow up visits), they have charged me over $400 to repair an air conditioner (which still doesnt work), and it took them three tries to remount my rear-view mirror before they gave up and refunded the money (I replaced the mirror myself on the first try with a $12 kit from AutoZone). Each time they have made mistakes they have blamed it on a person who they have since fired. The last person they blamed it on was the mirror replacement specialist. After replacing my mirror by myself in 25 minutes, I am convinced that this is a poorly run establishment. Take your business to a more deserving establishment. John and his staff speak very smoothly, but they have proven to be nothing more than swindlers. Beware.

I sent my teenager there to get the oil change in his car for three days in a row and each time he was given a different excuse and sent away as to why they couldn’t accomplish the oil change. No worries, I’ll never be back for another oil change on any of my four vehicles. Eventually if you send everybody a way you won’t have to worry about even coming to work!

These people helped out great. They offered me tires along with a alignment. Quoted me the wrong tires at first, but kept the same price for more expensive tires at their expense. Very satisfied

Absolutely ridiculous. Con artists are employed here and run the place that try anything to pull one over on you. Stay away at all costs. $1000+ dollar rotors that were perfectly fine were replaced with ORileys first call $60 rotors.

Went with Firestone Destination MT tires this time around. It took about 2 hours of wait time; which I expected.Left there with new tires & immediately felt a horrible vibration. Called back & spoke with John, he asked me to return; which I did the next day.The service tech came to me & told me the tires were adjusted a bit in their balance, but that I had a bent rim & he moved it to the back drivers side, thus causing my vibration.I told John I had no vibration before the new tires & they had to of done something wrong. He adamantly denied his guys doing anything wrong. Wouldnt even discuss anything with me to fix it.Got on a forum reviews about the tires & found the same scenario as mine. Took my vehicle to Discount Tire & they took it back to see if they could diagnose & dispute the bent rim.Those guys at Firestone had added an extra 1.30 oz weights on ALL my tires! Way more than required!!! AND I had NO BENT RIM. I had that put in writing.I drive out of there & guess what??? NO VIBRATION! HA! BIG DUMMIES AT FIRESTONE! HOW DARE THEM! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Honestly, the customer service is great there. Besides that however, everything is over priced and they exaggerate the severity of what needs to be repaired. I went in to get my tires changed and came out with a bill of $3,216! I was told these were urgent repairs, but after seeing another mechanic, I was told different. Still a good facility though and at least they know what they are doing.

Just stopped to check air in my tires.The dude put 49 psi in each tire....POP!!!! I was trippin.... I have a computer system in my Encore, wanted to just even out the psi in tires. I told old dude, only 35 in each one. Never checked inside the door or anything. Muchless hear me.... or care....Hate to go there for anything EXTREMELY important or difficult....

Jeff went above and beyond.. as a female, I feel I am not truly heard in the automotive industry.JEFF CHANGED THAT!!! He not only LISTENED to my concerns but asked questions to make sure he understood and to help diagnose the problem I was having with my car. Jeff got me in the door diagnosed and fixed under a few hours.. out standing! This man deserves a raise!!!!

Tire pressure warning light came on, they checked the tires, found a drywall screw. They helped me out a lot and didnt charge me a thing. How can one not give them 5 stars.

One word...Slow. Have been here multiple times & it is some of the slowest tire service I have ever experienced. Not unusual to take a couple of hours to put on new tires, even if they are not busy.

I got to see, I think his name was John, handle a irritable customer and John did an excellent job handling that situation. I also got to see how their staff handled minor complaints and they did an excellent job there as well. I went in for an alignment and they were very thorough telling me about their alignment service and did not try to force sell me any other services. Two of my tires are close to not passing inspection and John and and older gentleman just brought it to my attention and informed me of a sale they are having next weekend. Not once did anyone there try to make me buy something that I didnt need. Everyone was very professional and knew thier jobs well. I highly recommend this place.

Over rated... not a great experience. The mechanic advisor Jeff, was hot and had huge hands and beautiful eyes. Looked like he needed a good vacation and massage with me.

I was headed out of town to go camping and had a blow out. I called Geremy 15 minutes before closing on a Friday. Geremy and his tech Timothy stayed late to get me back on the road. They went above and beyond to make sure my tires were safe. I highly recommend them. Store Manager James Cobb has two great employees there and I hope he knows their value.

Great location along with amazing staff. Never pushed to purchase anything I didnt need. Quick quality work with a smile.

I been waiting over 3hrs to just get my tires rotated and the alignment. This place is super slow!! Other locations I have gone to and it only took them 30 min. Never Again I’m coming to this location. Don’t recommend it at all.

Great experience, they got something fixed that other places couldnt find. They also didnt try and sell me a bunch of services that I didnt need as was my experience at a different chain auto shop.

I called in on Sunday to see if I could get my car a tune up, they told me they only work on tuneups on Mondays which is VERY unprofessional! I show up on Monday and they tell me only after 10:00 is when the car could be looked at! WHY? didn’t the man tell me this when I called yesterday? And they tell me I have to get there diagnostics ran on my car for 99.00 when I’ve already told them what was wrong with it! DONT GO HERE! They are rude and misinformed!

Dont buy any tires with this company because they wont fit you in to rotate them EVER. Jeff would not even help me schedule an appointment and even kept trying to direct me to a location much further away. This went on for two months. Never spend money at a business that will not honor their side of a deal because they obviously dont want to do something that wont make them anymore money.

Jeff and John were very helpful, very polite. Definitely recommending Firestone to my friends and family.

This place is amazing my tire was flat and the man that help me was so calm and helpful not trying to make any kind of sale he put air in my tires and he told me why my tire was doing what it was and I tried to pay for what he did and he said I didnt have to pay for anything but he was really nice!

I had a AAA tow truck take my truck there because I didnt have a spare tire. They wanted to sell me a new tire because supposedly it was not patchable because of a scrape it had on the wall. Took it somewhere else where they patched it for 10 bucks. These people think customers are idiots.Careful when you come to this place. Will try to sell you what you dont needScrew them

Service is good, I just don’t like that I can’t schedule an alignment after 3 pm. So I had to drop off my vehicle in the morning before work and asked my co worked to pick me up and drop me off.

I went in @ 10:30 am for 4 tires, an oil change and a gas cap. The said they would be done in 2 hours... The 2 hour job took them 3 hours and 45 minutes!!! Be ready to hurry up and wait!

I went one day, talked to John, he gave me a quote on two types of tires for my car, I checked around and their price was comparable or better than others, I am tired of buying tires made by unfamiliar companies. The two types were one by Firestone and the other by Bridgestone. I called and told them what I had decided to buy, went early today and I was out in about 1 hour, the tires are excellent and I was impressed with the service and attention, this is a fine store and someone to trust.

Fix a flat, tune it up, oil change, rotate and balance they do it all. Great customer service.

I am disable and needed my windshield wipers replaced. Geremy, the check in clerk, picked the correct wipers and installed them. I was there for about 15 minutes.

Went in at 11am because rav 4 was humming louder than normal when accelerating, around 12pm was told that breaks and tire bearings were worn out, requested only breaks be replaced, wasnt completed until 4:21pm. I was there most of the time watching from across the street, I saw them park my car at 3:55pm, I called them at 4pm on the dot, was told a lot more work was needed and they were on it and would give me a call. Car didnt move from that parking spot until I came to pick it up when they finally called me after 30 mins of sweating in the sun waiting to see the work they still had to do. I dont fault Jeff who I talked to in person, but John didnt seem like he knew what was going on as he was the one I spoke with on the phone
