I have been a customer for 14+ yrs. The owner has Professional Ethics & is Very Well educated & knowledgeable on the Professional Products that she sells to the customers. This establishment is Very Clean & Organized. I will continue to do business with her. In fact, I would like to Thank you, for your Kindness. I have been a License Cosmetologist for over 40 yrs. I do know a thing or two about Professional Ecthics.

2 stars for the nice staff members, but this store didn’t have any products for people of color. I walked in and after looking at their products, I turned around and walked out... There was nothing I wanted to purchase. Sally beauty mart is more diverse than this place. I am one of those ladies who doesn’t mind spending on hair products so I was a little disappointed...

Just make the drive to the magnolia location. They charge an extra 10% of prices. The litters of olaplex are $60 a RDA. This location is selling them for $66.00 plus taxes. I will definitely just go to RDA or the magnolia location

I love this place their customer service is outstanding Ill never go anywhere else! They always have everything in stock and I love the fact that I dont have to back order like the last place I went to get my products.

Called to make sure they had straight razors in stock and was told that they did, drove down the same day within minutes from calling just to be told that they cannot buy them anymore since you have to have a barbers license to buy them..wish I was told this over the phone instead of driving 35 minutes away.. You do all you can but sometimes you cant help whos on the other side of the register.

Go to the A Mc in Spring. Staff is not knowledgeable. Poor customer service. Today the owner had her wheelchair blocking the main aisle while she talked to an employee like she was her personal whipping girl. The employee is a better woman than me. I would have smacked her face and walked OUT.GO TO THE SPRING STORE!!
