Too many people asked me if i needed help. Every single employee I passed asked me and I was only there for 10 min. Other than that I had a good experience

Genevieve was super helpful last night. I came in looking for shampoo and conditioners, and she recommended a few. Spoke to me several occasions and kept checking on me, and recommended several scents

Helpful staff. Was having an issue with acne scrub drying out my face, and my poor skin was peeling so bad. They recommend the Avocado scrub and within a week of using it my face stopped the peeling and flaking and I have not had that issue since. The face scrub makes my skin feel so clean and refreshed. I will only buy it from here now. Also the candles here smell so good!

They werent friendly at all, I know theyre lady was there and then I was there and Im a senior also and they were rude and didnt even say hello or nothing never going back there again. And Im going to suggest to my daughter not to go there either.

STAFF NOT VERY FRINDELY

What do they mean they dont require masks in their stores??? Sweeties its a state mandated law, its not up to you to require it. It is up to you not to allow people to break the law in your establishment. I couldnt shop there, a bunch of people were not wearing masks and of course had no respect whatsoever for social distancing.

I always go for the hand soap. Everything else is severely over priced. Yesterday candles were ON SALE for $15. Were they special magic candles? No no they were not.

Always a GREAT shopping day when you hit this BBW! Friendly staff that does NOT hound you while shopping and lets a person just meander and smell ( I enjoy this me time :P ) Yet they are always right there whenever a question arises. Great Location, never really crowded, but steady flow. Holiday shopping here is a breeze too.

Went today, and was happy to be shopping... until I got to cashier.. JADA was the cashier!! She was really rude.. she acted like I was bothering her or she did not want to be there. I was still nice and respectful, cause thats how I always am. But she needs to be for customer service friendly...

This was the first time I went into the store after the remodel. I was pleasantly surprised at the new layout and how well it is organized. Very nice. It was bigger than I thought it would be. The manager was very helpful. She made my shopping experience fun and made me feel like a valued customer.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in today with my family and both of the cashiers (Katy & Trace) were speaking to us in such rude tones and acting very put out that we were trying to use coupons. Very, very poor customer service. If you can avoid this Bath and Body works, do so. Pick another location who actually values their customers and practices great customer service.

Only complaint would be the check out line and it wasnt t so bad.

These darn semi-annual sales get me every time, I always end up getting more than I need too but everything smells so good I cant help myself. The staff is also incredibly helpful if you have any questions about products that they have. The only thing they werent able to tell me is the same thing I ask every time I go in. BRING BACK LEMON POMEGRANATE CREAMthat is my absolute favorite bath & body works scent and I cant ever find it anywhere it went out of season and it never came back

We went in as the Black Friday sales were starting. Of course, it was very crowded but we had a good experience. Our cashier was very slow and more interested in talking to us a bunch as opposed to getting customers through quickly, but other than that it was fine. Her line definitely took the longest to get through and was the most backed up. The people ahead of use turned around at one point and told us we picked the wrong line.

Great experience today. However Saturday was a nightmare. I left without making a purchaseStaff was overwhelmed.

Out of all of the Bath and Body Works stores I have been in this has to have the nicest, most sincere staff working. The store is set up very nice and all around its a great experience every single time Ive been in.

Im not that fond of the bath and body works store..i mean dont get me wrong but the smell of everything mixed together gives me a headache ! Its laid out pretty good so its a fast little stop i would go back again, i was just a little overwhelmed at the amazing scents!

Looooooove this store. Tight fit if you have a stroller, especially if you have a double stroller. Ladies are always willing to help you and show you new products! It’s nice for me because I’m never up to date on things ha.
